They designed and built a large beautiful barn door for our master bath and installed the railing perfectly; and they also designed and created two beautiful gates and deer fencing for our home. They made two beautiful driftwood hand rails, carefully raised our large deck to level, repaired and improved our trellis and steps. Their Trex deck installation was perfect with minimal modification of the existing adjacent siding. They corrected to perfection our stairs and beautifully trimmed our steps and loft. They moved several electric outlets, and did plumbing easily, and installed two outside showers with care and aesthetics in mind. They are honest, friendly, hard-working, neat and very flexible and willing to adjust to my requests. With each project I added, they always completed them to a higher level of beauty and perfection than we expected. And, Delgado Builder's prices were very fair! We have been more than wonderfully pleased with every aspect of their incredible carpentry. We highly recommend them with absolutely NO reservations!

I cannot say enough how completely professional and lovely every single employee was during the entire process. They were meticulous and helpful in every step of the way. No corners were cut and they solved unforeseen architectural decisions easily because of their years of experience. I have seen other remodels and additions, and I have to say, I have not seen finer work. When we tell people who see our house for the first time that they are looking at an addition they are shocked - the materials are consistent with the rest of the house that was built in 1912. We are in the early stages of planning a full bathroom remodel and of course we are hiring Jetton to do the work. We know the end result will be fabulous and the process of working with Bill and Co. will be enjoyable. I wish there were more than five stars to give......

ProModeling earned our business through their strong reputation and high ratings -- but what truly won us over was the trust we built through personal, intelligent interactions with their team: project manager Alexandra Asaftei, designer Andrea Estalayo, and construction foreman Christian Mendoza. Anyone who has worked with contractors knows the anxiety of wondering whether things will be done right and on time. From our very first conversations, that anxiety was gone. Alexandra was friendly, organized, and thorough in explaining their entire process. Andrea used visualization technology to help us explore different textures, colors, and finishes, making it easy to imagine what our small space could become. Once we felt confident in the design, we gave the green light -- and the project moved forward without a hitch. From demolition to completion, the team was skilled, efficient, and professional. Christian went above and beyond to ensure everything met our satisfaction, and his attention to detail helped the project sail smoothly through the permitting process. Every aspect of the remodel -- electrical, plumbing, waterproofing, and tiling -- was handled expertly and on schedule. We couldn't be happier with the result or the experience.
