They moved out of my way so I could get to the door. I looked at the one who was originally behind the counter when I walked in and asked "Do you work here?" He responded Oh, he used to work here. I asked again... "But you work here, right?" He responded yes and I asked him if he would kind getting the door for me since my hands were full. It could NOT be controlled or monitored, but the people did their best to be courteous. All of a sudden when we were near their doors a mad lady (which seemed to be the owner) came out and was extremely nasty telling us (me in particular) to MOVE! She never said please or thank you kindly. Her facial expression was very aggressive and angry. Super irritated- MAD... When you treat your potential customers and existing customers this way, it leaves a bad impression. I've been buying my water at this Water and Ice location for around 22 years now. This store is a little larger than the other Water and Ice locations, including an area to sit and enjoy your ice cream or other treats. They have a vast selection of sodas, candy and other fun items. However, the staple is the tasty and available water all hours of the day. Inside there's around 12 water dispensers for ~6 customers at a time which limits or eliminates waiting. If you found a slower dispenser, move to the next one as they all have varying speeds. The workers behind the counter are always fast and courteous. I even got money back one time when the outdoor water dispenser ate my money after hours but didn't give me any water. The price of water is still reasonable at 50 cents per gallon for the quality of the water you're getting. It's the only water my cat will drink...she won't touch store water, fridge-filtered water or tap water. That's how you know it's good! I highly recommend this place for your water, ice and treat needs!

The employee was smiling waiting for us down at the counter. We put down our big water gallons right in front of her, and she kindly greeted us. She grabbed them and rinsed every single one of them out, before she even filled them up with fresh water. We had six big water jugs to get filled, and it was 30cents per gallon to fill them up. They have regular water and they also sell alkaline water for an additional cost. The owners were there on that night, and they were both super friendly! They definitely won our business! More than just the average water and ice spot, they also sell Thrifty ice cream and advertise that they have $4.99 boba as well. While I didn't partake in purchasing either sweet treat, I did stop in to get some water. Water is $0.55 per gallon but if you get the prepaid RO water card, it would be $0.50 That's all I wanted to say. That and it's quite warm in here!

We needed enough water to make our baby's formula and cover our basic needs until morning. I completely understand that I arrived only eight minutes before closing, which is exactly why I brought in only one of my seven jugs. I didn't want to be the customer who comes in right before closing with a large order and keeps the employees there late. As soon as I walked into the store, an employee immediately told me they were "out of water." I thanked them politely, assumed there was nothing that could be done, and walked back to my car. About a minute later, I saw another customer carrying five or six empty water jugs into the store. They were able to begin filling all of them without any issue. Naturally, I was confused because I had just been told the store was out of water. I turned around and went back inside since it was clear there wasn't actually a problem with the water. Once I walked back in, the employee said, "Oh, I guess they're working now." While speaking with the other customers in the store, they also shared that they had initially been told there was no water, but decided to try anyway and it worked. I understand that things happen and equipment can be unpredictable, especially near closing time. However, as the other customer was finishing up, the employee walked over and said, "Well, are you going to pay for that or what?" Both myself and the other customers were stunned not only by what was said, but also by the tone in which it was delivered. The overall attitude made it feel as though we were a burden simply for trying to purchase water and go about our evenings. I completely understand the need to complete closing tasks and manage time efficiently, but there is still a way to do that while maintaining basic customer service and respect.
