    I'm a tenant for over 3 years. I won't even get into the continuous issues related to the…read more building. However I will say that I maintain my apartment to a certain standard, there was a flood in my apartment due to a neighbor leaving running water. My rug was damaged in the process but saved a lot of furniture by absorbing and creating a barrier to keep the water from getting further into my apartment. This occurred in February, I've been calling down the general manager for my building and the insurance claims specialist, whom never responded. I emailed. It's shameful that people have jobs but don't want to do them effectively. Especially when you're serving others and providing services that adhere to their shelter! I have receipts, I won't be chasing, I'll just go to small claims court. Any apartment rentals you see from this management company, keep scrolling. Save yourself the trouble. Terrible service, there are a few good employees in the office and maintenance workers who are helpful, but they are overworked too and don't have all the answers. The upper management don't value the tenants nor their impact. 0 stars

    The building is clean. The customer service is horrendous from the top down…read more Pros - Building is clean Cons - Worst customer service ever!!!! The super is not readily accessible. He is always late when an appointment is made (minimum of 1 hour late). He visibly annoyed if you have an issue. If you happen to be locked out of your apartment and it is a weekend you can be sure he will take an eternity to assist you and his relatives will say he is in Long Island when he is just across the street. For plumbing issues his solution is to put toilet paper in the bin and not in the toilet. Calling the local office is very frustrating. The ladies who answer the phones can never offer answers to your questions and the people you need always send you to voicemail. Nobody returns calls nor do they respond to emails. The ladies are quite content to tell you they sent an email and they can do nothing else about your issue - because calling somebody is not an option. If your situation is urgent and you ask them who will tend to it in the absence of the specific individual they will ask you what you want them to do. The head office is not helpful either. They have the same attitude as the local office except they do not even care to listen to what went wrong they just try to run you off the phone immediately or pass you on to someone else - usually a voicemail. The financial controller is very condescending and has no business interfacing with any tenants. Nobody every apologizes for their errors. They charge fees for unstated rules and suggest taking you to court even when you have no arrears on your account. All in all it is a terrible company and that is why tenants are leaving Payment system is archaic! You have to mail a check after they send you a rent request letter
