Kitchen stuffs! Whole aisle of it.

Came in around 10 ish before it started getting crowded. There's lots of stuffs! Everything a household would need would mostly be here! They have a ton of cute stuff! It's hard to resist buying! Store was clean, organized, bright and well lit. Aisles may be a bit small but it's okay since it wasn't so crowded. Cashier was nice. Value of items are pretty reasonable for most.

Second day open. $30 purchase required for Goody bags to first 100 customers. Large selection since it's nice and new. Helpful staff.

Daiso finally opened up in Arden! I've frequented all the other Daiso's and had to be here for their grand opening in hopes of finding the pins I was looking for that sold out at all the other stores. There was a long line of people and the hosts were playing trivia games and passing out candy to those who answered correctly. The store was well stocked and is a pretty good size. I got hello kitty reusable bags and found the pins I was looking for! The goodie bag was so cute with stationary items, snacks, and a plushie. They have both self check out and cashier options. Def recommend this location! Great grand opening.

5-05-25, This was my 1st visit to this location, it's hidden between below 5 and hobby lobby. The store was neatly organized and clean, great customer service. Everything was fully in stock and they have self check out.

I really love that they have a good books selection if you've never known that they have a good book selection they really do. It should not be called five and below because there are a lot of items that are above five dollars However, they do have things that are less than five dollars as well Service is pretty good. It's so funny because when I first went to one I did not like that they had self check out and this time they didn't have any self check out and I thought it was weird because I know how to check myself out pretty quickly, even though I don't like to, so it was kind of funny

I asked a sales clerk (possibly Hispanic girl) who was nearby the restroom stocking shelves. I asked her for the code and QUICKLY she said "the restroom is out of order". There was NO SIGN on the women restroom. Maybe she thought I was homeless? (benefit of the doubt). Inconsiderate and insensitive. I make more money in a month than she does in a year. Retail business is very competitive, especially in this dire economy. Customers keep them in business. Be careful how you treat customers. FYI I arrived at this store at 11:15 AM and left at 11:30 AM (28 Jun 2026).

I work 9-6 so it'd be impossible for me to come but I had a doctor's appointment and made a detour afterwards. I was not disappointed. I came on Wednesday, or $4 day around noon. It was busy but not overwhelming. I am a bargain hunter so digging is not an issue for me although I started with The items on the shelf first. They had tons of snack bag potato chips and hot tamale candies. I thought what a steal for $4 and was surprised there were so many left but then discovered they are expiring within the next month but still a good deal if you're going to be eating them soon. We left with 4 items and that was in the short 30 mins I had to look. There are multiples of many items with random onesies of others. You can see the Amazon labels that have a description so that is helpful but some boxes do not and they ask you not to open them. If you are debating on something, do not put it down. I did this and a lady swooped in and grabbed it. Maybe because I went on day two, it was a relatively clean place. Its not like the Goodwill Outlet where craps is broken, dirty, and stinky. I didn't feel the need to go take a shower afterwards. If you understand what you are getting and not getting, You will have a better experience. You will not be getting customer service. You will have to dig and rummage. You may encounter rude people. You may find something, you may not. For me, it was worth the effort and I am anxious to go back. As a matter of fact, I am going to leave work early today and use a few vacation hours to see what $2 is like!

Adj: Bargain Hunters' Shopping Paradise…read more To me, Shop Heroic Wholesale Outlet is like what Big Lots used to be when it existed, except it's not exactly the same. When I shopped at Shop Heroic for the first time, it was at the Wilbur location in South Sac years ago and it was a very interesting experience because I was told Shop Heroic basically sells Costco returns and overstocks so I was focusing on finding deals in items I've seen at Costco before. While most of the items back then were from Costco returns (and maybe some factory seconds), I don't think it's the case anymore now. Visiting this Natomas store, I did notice right away that there are lots of small appliances, kitchenware, pets items, and some toys and sporting goods that were from Costco, either returns or rejects or something. They had item numbers from Costco and I recognize them from Costco maybe from several months to even a year ago. However, the clothing and shoes section had items from Target, Walmart, and other retail stores, more so than from Costco from what I can tell, so I believe Shop Heroic is now more varied in the sources they get merchandise from. Towards the back of the store there's a whole different section dedicated to furniture such as couches mostly and some tables and chairs and bigger household appliances like refrigerators, washers, and dryers. Most of the appliances have minor cosmetic flaws that should not affect their function, I believe this is called scratch and dents appliances, and they were priced much better than at a regular store and they were perfect. Overall, Shop Heroic remains a good wholesale outlet to find bargains on items that maybe you missed out on at Costco when they still had them, which would be a hit or miss thing trying to find them here, but worth a visit, OR to just come to find deals on anything you might happen upon whether you actually need it or not. It was mostly nice and neat, with some sections that were a little messy. One point off for some sneakers that I thought were way overpriced, but the clothes (limited sizes for some items) were very much discounted. Staff were busy stocking, rearranging items, or helping customers, but they were friendly and greeted customers coming in.

Most recently I bought a bicycle from there, the bicycle was a little dinged up but worked perfectly fine. Definitely a fun place to stop in and just see what they have. You never know what you're gonna find.

According to the staff, you have to download the Falling Prices app and pay the membership fee to shop at this location. The rule doesn't apply to the other Falling Prices locations. When the store was still a That's Cheap, the inventory primarily consisted of products from Target and the shelves were somewhat bare. I had gone in last week sometime after the store conversion, was not stopped, and saw that they had much more inventory. There were lots of Halloween-themed items from Target, and the bins were fuller. In the bins, there were unopened cardboard boxes with just a sticker for the barcode and item description (possibly Amazon returns?). The right side of the store and area in the very back was restricted for staff only. Staff warned customers not to go back there, or else they would be asked to leave the store. The checkout line went all the way from the front to the back of the store; I can't comment on the wait time since I didn't end up purchasing anything. There's no store logo visible from the street, which is understandable since they turn away non-members. This location has its own parking lot, which was full Saturday afternoon. The spaces are compact, and some customers don't know how to park. Some will even park where there's no designated space.

I did ask the cashier if we were allowed to go back there or what were those items about? He said the items are for online auctions only. I was not impressed with the store. I don't think I will go back. It doesn't seem like there's much inventory in the store and prices are not as cheap .

This location is in the Arden area in the same parking lot as Cinemark and Home Goods. It was very well stocked and organized! We ended up buying a couple of small items and 2 outfits for our daughter, but being as it is still Nordstrom's, I found a lot of items were pretty pricy. I did like looking through all of their items though and would definitely come back, but I think my budget prefers Home Goods and TJ Maxx. A gentleman greeted me in the Men's section and asked if I needed help - he was kind while we chatted and brought me to the dressing room. That's the main reason this isn't a one star review. I was met by a tailor that measured my chest only and told me a number. I was confused, so I asked if they could do out seam or any other measurements, and explained that I called ahead to confirm I could get detailed measurements for a wedding suit rental. I even asked if I could pay. The tailor scoffed at me, shrugged, and said she couldn't help me. I get why they do it. It's been awhile since my involvement in a wedding but I walked into a big box store in the past (that wasn't associated with the wedding party) and they helped no questions asked. I'm going to assume it's a store or upper management policy Maybe the employee on the phone misunderstood my question, but the real issue was the dismissive nature from the tailor like I should know better. And to make it a whole review, they have a decent selection but I'm not buying from them, and the value wasn't there because I couldn't get what I thought was a basic service, even after offering to pay for it.
