Kitchen stuffs! Whole aisle of it.

Came in around 10 ish before it started getting crowded. There's lots of stuffs! Everything a household would need would mostly be here! They have a ton of cute stuff! It's hard to resist buying! Store was clean, organized, bright and well lit. Aisles may be a bit small but it's okay since it wasn't so crowded. Cashier was nice. Value of items are pretty reasonable for most.

Second day open. $30 purchase required for Goody bags to first 100 customers. Large selection since it's nice and new. Helpful staff.

Daiso finally opened up in Arden! I've frequented all the other Daiso's and had to be here for their grand opening in hopes of finding the pins I was looking for that sold out at all the other stores. There was a long line of people and the hosts were playing trivia games and passing out candy to those who answered correctly. The store was well stocked and is a pretty good size. I got hello kitty reusable bags and found the pins I was looking for! The goodie bag was so cute with stationary items, snacks, and a plushie. They have both self check out and cashier options. Def recommend this location! Great grand opening.

5-05-25, This was my 1st visit to this location, it's hidden between below 5 and hobby lobby. The store was neatly organized and clean, great customer service. Everything was fully in stock and they have self check out.

This location is in the Arden area in the same parking lot as Cinemark and Home Goods. It was very well stocked and organized! When we walked in, there was a display of Quay sunglasses and lots of Easter items. They also had a ton of designer purses and jewelry! I saw some nice pairs of shoes and even perfume and cologne. We ended up buying a couple of small items and 2 outfits for our daughter, but being as it is still Nordstrom's, I found a lot of items were pretty pricy. I did like looking through all of their items though and would definitely come back, but I think my budget prefers Home Goods and TJ Maxx. Staff weren't anything special or friendly at check out and I don't recall seeing any employees walking around or helping customers. Check them out!

A gentleman greeted me in the Men's section and asked if I needed help - he was kind while we chatted and brought me to the dressing room. That's the main reason this isn't a one star review. I was met by a tailor that measured my chest only and told me a number. I was confused, so I asked if they could do out seam or any other measurements, and explained that I called ahead to confirm I could get detailed measurements for a wedding suit rental. I even asked if I could pay. The tailor scoffed at me, shrugged, and said she couldn't help me. I get why they do it. It's been awhile since my involvement in a wedding but I walked into a big box store in the past (that wasn't associated with the wedding party) and they helped no questions asked. I'm going to assume it's a store or upper management policy Maybe the employee on the phone misunderstood my question, but the real issue was the dismissive nature from the tailor like I should know better. And to make it a whole review, they have a decent selection but I'm not buying from them, and the value wasn't there because I couldn't get what I thought was a basic service, even after offering to pay for it.

Is Arden Fair my favorite mall? No, but it is close to where I live and always gets the job done!…read more Arden Fair is a big sized mall with plenty of parking - it obviously gets pretty busy on the weekends and especially around the holidays! When I visit, I usually stop into stores like Claire's, Foot Locker, Hot Topic, Lush, Macy's and Sephora. They also have a Miniso, Pandora, Spencer's, Coach and a brand new Pop Mart - just to name a few! Their food court is pretty decent offering Charley's Phillysteaks, Taco Bell, Panda Express and even Sbarro. They also offer different places to eat and grab drinks around the mall such as Cinnabon (my family's personal favorite), Jamba Juice, Wetzel's Pretzels and Hot Dog on a Stick. Santa and the Easter Bunny even visit for photos during their respected holidays! Overall, I'm not really sure what to say about the value, each business is differently priced obviously depending on where you go and the service is the same. I tend to only come to Arden Fair Mall when I need something specific and try my best to get in and out!

Was never really all that great unless you were a nearby teenager who thought it was sooooooooo cool to cruise the mall back in the day. Well it's no longer back in the day so I cruised the mall at lunchtime on a weekday! (wut up *gang sign*) At present, being lunchtime on a weekday, the parking lot is less than 20% full so park like a dork and take up three spaces with your nifty Honda if you want. Short walk to the front doors and there's an automatic slide door on the right as you enter the main set of doors. Service was fine. There's an Apple store for the fruity folks and trust me when I say go on a weekday at lunch time for no wait. It's true. Selection is getting thinner and thinner. Amazon is winning the war and it shows. Value...was there ever really a value coming to the mall? Delinquent youths aside, the value was partially social when this existed as an actual destination. And trust me, you can find it cheaper on Amazon...delivered to your door.

My friend and I visited this past Sunday to do some Christmas shopping and I ended up buying at least 2 or 3 of the items I needed. This location is actually a lot cleaner and more organized than other locations which was nice! It is located off of Marconi Ave in the same shopping center as Trader Joe's and Five Below. They had a ton of wrapping paper and lots of great items for stocking stuffers and White Elephant gifts. I love finding random items that I never knew I needed! I bought around 8 items for under $60 so it was definitely a good deal! Staff were friendly and the check out line moved quickly!

I opened a cologne to smell it before making a purchase decision, and he immediately told me, in a rude tone, that if I was going to smell it, I needed to buy it. I politely explained that I wouldn't want to purchase a cologne without knowing whether I liked the scent, but he responded by saying, "You're just going to have to buy it to find out." Throughout the interaction, he came across as aggressive, hostile, and unwelcoming, which made for a very uncomfortable shopping experience. Because of the way I was treated, I left the store and went to Ulta next door, where I received much better customer service. I ended up purchasing the cologne there, along with another one as a graduation gift for my cousin. As a result of this experience, I will not be returning to this location. I would strongly encourage management to address customer service concerns, as shoppers should not feel harassed or intimidated while simply trying to make a purchase decision.

There's still the problem with different brands having different sizing, so a number is more like a range. The plus is that with fitting rooms available there's less guess work and it's easy to come home knowing you either found something or you didn't. We walked through a few areas to find various styles and sizes of dresses before heading to the changing room. And the changing room really could use some attention, from the carpet to lighting, and even carpet, it looks like the place hasn't been updated or properly deep cleaned in a while. Luckily I was shopping with another person because I would have felt a bit uneasy in there alone. The staff who helped us was very friendly though and as we paid for our items, (yay we found a few things) they let us know about some return policies and where the return area is at that location in case it was needed. Overall it is a great option, but it could really use some attention and care for the customer experience.

His real favorite store is Bloomingdales they don't have one close by. I saw on TV or online that they were having a great sale on sweaters under $20 each so I wanted to check them out. I was blown away by their selection. At first it took me awhile to find the sweaters. I went though juniors that had one or two, but they were too short. Then I went through formal wear and they had a couple of nice sweaters, but a little too dressy for everyday wear, but I did love the rhinestones. I was getting pretty disappointed at this time not finding any sweaters. Slowly I went around the curve and saw one that was a nice style, but too baggy, then I saw another that was a possibility, then they all came pouring in. I even found a petite section so they arms were shorter and they didn't hang too far down my waist. If you look hard you can find lots of sweaters for under $20 each, that is with their black Friday sale. Everything was either a special buy or 50% off. I bought 3 sweaters and with tax they were $51.08 or $17.03 each. What a steal. I know JCPenney's may not be your first choice in Clothing stores, but you should give them a try. They have great deals and really nice sweaters. A few years back I also bought some shorts on sale and a swimsuit. I really need to think of shopping here more often, they fit in my limited budget.
