This Five Below location is in my neighborhood so we visit from time to time! It is located in the same shopping center as Trader Joe's, Sprout's and TJ Maxx! My husband and I took our daughter and niece this past weekend to pick out some fun items for the weekend. They found plenty of fun items - from little trinkets, to skin care, to candy! This location had a whole Toy Story section in anticipation for the new movie coming out soon. Plus a Love Island (new season next week) section, even a K-Pop Demon Hunters section and some graduation items. Overall, the store was organized and clean. Staff were non existent - they were just chatting away to each other when we were checking out. While I know the name is Five Below, there are a lot of items that are over $5. I always end up spending way more than I plan on each time I visit, but I will give them credit for having different items that you can't normally buy in other stores. read more

This branch is well organized and makes you want to shop more. Everything was in place and pleasing to the eyes.

I like this location it was so clean and so many options. You get in trouble walking into a very clean put together store that says five dollars and below because you end up spending so much money because everything is really a good deal . There was so many things to choose from I have never been to this location before, but it was really nice clean and I do have one big complaint. The restroom smelled horrible. It was not clean and I don't know if they had some type of sewer issue. The inside of the actual store was very clean and put together, but that restroom was awful. I felt like I was gonna throw up . I came to this store getting some good finds! I wasn't a huge Five Below fan until recently when I found out that they now sell books. The service was great. The value of products are excellent, you get some great quality make-up, cosmetics, lotion, toys and snacks. I have not found anything that is above $5 I'm sure there may be some but for the most part I stick to the items that are $5. Would I come here again? A fun place to visit in the Arden neighborhood. The store has ample parking spaces in the large business park (look for the Sprouts and Ross stores nearby). You can find all sorts of cool items including toys, tshirts, seasonal gifts and more. VERY clean and I can easily spend 1-2 hours in here going down each aisle. They have a pretty funny "gag gift" section with hilarious items (think fake poop, funny signs and more). Lots of toys but I found it definitely had more toy options for girls than boys. Arts and crafts section was also extremely expressive! I would definitely be coming back again for family and personal things! Self check-out is easy, bags are free! Customer service was excellent (was greeted very quickly) and the store is very very clean. Would recommend to family and friends! read more

This store is a great addition to the Arden neighborhood. The store has a lot of different items, so I enjoy stopping by this place from time to time to see what they offer. For the holidays, there are a lot of really cool items such as gifts, pet sweaters, and Christmas decorations! If you are looking for a cute gift for the holidays, I would come here. I also enjoy their pet section (dog sweaters, toys and acessories) and their crafts and supplies section. I recommend stopping by the crafts section if you are bored during COVID-19. The store is taking measures to enforce maks, hand washing and social distancing. There is plenty of parking in front of five below as well. read more

Chris, the new CM, made our experience a joy. We were having a blast with the candy department. All the favorites and some novelty candies, that would be hard to find and the grocery store. School supply items and the books were a nice touch. But watching Chris interact with these little kids, and their "credit cards," was pure magic. All that was missing were Disney cameras. Chris helped me purge my four year olds shopping cart, with his impulse shopping too, lol! These kids ran from area to area and Chris could not have been more accommodating. You've got a great hire in Chris. His colleague was nice too. But Chris will bring me back. Keep up the good work. Five Below is the small store version of Costco. This store is located right by Sprouts in the Town and Country Village shopping area. It's hard to miss since there is such a big "5 Below" sign. There is plenty of parking here! I didn't know what to expect going in but I had been wanting to visit this store for a while. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly worker welcoming me in. Most items I purchased were $5 but I did have a few $1-$2 items. I did notice they had a few items more than $5. There were many Christmas bags, wrapping paper, and tissue paper. Also, plenty of snacks and candy here. I was surprised to see they had clothing items here. They were fully stocked on art supplies and plenty of children's toys here. I saw plenty of tech related items such as: phone cases, speakers, LED strip lights, glass phone cases, phone chargers, aux cords, etc. Overall, I was really impressed with the items here! I decided to browse through this location since I was in the area. There were two employees in the store that I could see--one was folding tshirts and the other was at the front. I found a couple of small items and went to check myself out. There was no one in the checkout area. I honestly could have walked out without paying and no one would have known. One of the items I scanned came up as $5, but had a $3 price on it. I looked over the shelves for a bit and found an employee near the middle of the store. I got his attention and he said he would be there in a minute. I explained the situation. He then went into this detailed explanation about how that isn't the price and that someone didn't do their job in changing the price, blah, blah, blah (essentially information I didn't need or care to know about). After he explained, I asked him what does this mean? He seemed a bit dumbfounded and then I asked could he just change the price to what is on the item. He seemed to hesitate at first and then he said he would do it. I usually am patient with workers in general given our current state, but all he had to say was, "sorry about the confusion, it actually is supposed to be $5, but we didn't do our part and I'll go ahead and make the adjustment in price." I should not have had to ask for it. As I was leaving, he made a sarcastic "hope you have an awesome rest of your day!" remark. Really??? I can't put all the blame on the worker. Responsibility lies in training them appropriately. This will happen quite often as there were many of the same item I purchased on the shelves without the proper price. read more

Cool little discount store with lots of neat things for around the house, makeup, cell phone cases & chargers, etc. Store is always clean and inviting, plus good customer service every time I've been in. A welcomed addition to the neighborhood. read more

I probably won't be returning to the store. It's pretty discouraging to not see customers wearing masks and the cashiers were helping those customers and did not ask him to put one on there were several people who are not wearing it. read more

My first time here and I was pleasantly surprised with some of the products they had. The store itself wasn't as big inside as I thought it would be, but they still had good quality products. I did like how the store was organized with their sections. I was able to find 5lb dumbbells, home decor, and family games. That just shows they have a good variety. It was nice that they also had self-check out! Can't wait for the one in Elk Grove to open up! read more

Store had some decent things. A lot of empty shelves. Check out experience was horrible. It's self check out but apparently you can only do cash on one or card on the other... so the girl up front couldn't help and had to get a manager since machine took my cash. "Manager"s codes wouldn't work so it took 5 mins just to void the transaction. Then she said we could do split payment and her register so she rings it up and puts my cash in and finds out no she can't do any split payments. So then has to take an item off and didn't even have any change in the drawer to give me back what I was owed. Then had to go over to the card machine and finish transaction by myself.
