This mall is amazing! Two story and full of awesome stores! We had a blast. It is pricey, like any mall though. The people inside are really nice, it's clean and wasn't overly crowded. They had so many stores we didn't even get a chance to see them all. We are from out of town and this mall is amazing. Would recommend stopping by and checking it out.

Fun Friday at Arden Fair mall. Everything copacetic, chill vibe. Crocs, JCPenneys, Pretzels, gifts, Uniqlo and more. Our small town grandkids especially love the escalators! Take nothing for granted and enjoy small things

This is mall was very nice, a good size and plenty of well known and popular stores. The AC works EXCELLENT in this mall considering that the outside temperature while my family and in recently visited Sacramento was 105 degrees. Definitely a tad warm. The mall was very modern looking and maintained extremely well.

While visiting Sacramento we stopped into this mall. It was very clean and had a variety of stores to choose from. Parking was plentiful.

Apple Store: Enter mall entrance, walk down hallway, turn right, Apple Store is on the left side across Kiehl's.

10/01/2025: Checking into Arden Fair Mall, i.e., visited Xfinity, LUSH, Uniqlo, JV Penny's, and Macy's--perusing all retail inventory. Of course, I brought my stainless steel, folding shopping cart with a zippered, lockable, insert bag in order, refraining schlepping/juggling shopping bags of all the items I purchased at retail stores, i.e., that's how I roll~lol.

This is an OK mall. Reasonable size with decent stores. The downsides are the food court with meh options and the crowd apparently is a little iffy. One of the employees told us that they routinely see fights here. Pass.

Arden Fair is ready for Christmas shopping! I haven't shopped in a mall for almost a year. The last one being in LA somewhere. So happy to see so many stores available and lots of people shopping. The mall is clean and when it was time for a snack, the food court was available with offerings we actually recognized and enjoy. Parking was easy, plentiful, and free.

Arden Fair Mall hosts amazing events for children on Saturday mornings. This past weekend we took the kids to an early Christmas Pajama Event with holiday crafts for all ages! A Charlie Brown Christmas played on the big screen while we snacked on free Auntie Anne's pretzels, muffins, hot chocolate w/marshmallows, Pete's coffee and fruit. So many kids in their cute holiday PJs all gathered to the front to sing along with a solo guitarist. With classic holiday cheer, dancing and eating candy canes, Santa Clause finally made an appearance and we all welcomed him with an applause. The kids sat in awe as Santa read them a Christmas story. There were several Arden Mall employees that kept the event well organized and clean. We would definitely attend another Arden fair children's event, worth costs to us and incredibly fun. Value is affordable with free parking and free snacks/entertainment for the whole family.

This mall was my go to when I was younger and I always try to stop by when I visit family. The spacious, two level mall has an assortment of shops, food court, carousel, and beautiful art work displayed. The mall has come a long way from my teen years.

Checked out Arden fair. Great to see Uniqlo and H&M that have an awesome selection and prices. Nice to see the Christmas decorations as well.

Is there bike parking? Is it open air or locker style like the bikelink?

There is an open air bike rack in the back of Barnes and Noble (not on the Arden Way side), on the eastern side of the mall; not far from the main entrance to the Crunch gym.

It is a nice shopping center. I love to go shopping or dining, if not because of their super narrow parking space! I like the choices of the stores and restaurants in this shopping center. I can check out multiple stores and have my dinner done without moving my car. However, the parking lot is a mess here. Their parking spaces are one of the narrowest in Sacramento. I don't want my car damaged. So I usually parked a little farther away, but sometimes I still found a door dent on my vehicle! One section of the driveway in front of Ross is not wide enough for two cars. Suppose you see a car coming. You must stop and wait for the other vehicle to pass that section before you can go. I can't believe the county will let this happen here for the last at least 30 years! I hope the management will cut one parking space and make the other a little wider. Calm, casual shopping is more my thing and this is the place to get away from the crowds of pushy people with uncontrollable children and teenagers. While you won't find discount department stores here, they make up for it with specialty merchandise that you may not find anywhere else. The shops are neat and clean, with pleasant atmospheres. The plus side was that it extended North Freeway Boulevard from were it used to dead end right through the shopping center to Gateway Park Boulevard. Kind of a back exit/entrance of sorts and to avoid all that traffic from Truxel. The place also had (and still has) an outdoor village area with shops typically found in shopping malls. It included Aeropostale, American Eagle Outfitters, Anchor Blue, Claire's, Journeys, Lids, PacSun and Tilly's. When the recession hit, Linens-N-Things was one of the first to go, as it went out of business. Then, in an unprecedented move, Sam's Club closed down.
