Loehmann's Plaza Shopping Center has been welcoming customers for a very long time. It is located in the Arden-Arcade area of Sacramento which is densely populated so Loehmann's is always busy. There are several entrances into the sprawling shopping center so drivers need to drive slowly and be cautious and alert. I have witnessed several fender benders in my time. There is something for everyone here. Save Mart is the grocery store anchor. Restaurants, service-oriented businesses (coffee, nail salon, pet food, bagels), so definitely a huge selection of whatever you might be looking for. Even a See's Candy store... my personal fav!:) Having a wide variety of businesses in one place is always a great value. Saves gas! Truth be told... Loehmann's really needs a face lift. A little sprucing up if you will. But I am not sure how that could be accomplished. In the meantime, check out the store/service directory if you are new to the area and take a moment to see if any of your favorite eateries or shopping stores might be listed. Oh! From supermarket to retail stores and restaurants. The stores and restaurants I like to visit in Loehann's Plaza are Save Mart, Bento Box, Chipotle, Jacks Urban Eats, Janbo Juice, Pet Food Express, Smash Burger, Nothing Bundt Cakes, etc. The shopping center is not far from my work with lots of the stores I like. However, the parking lot here is one of the busiest and most confusing. A lot of drivers try to find parking and drive in circles. Sometimes, I get stuck in the parking lot and can't even get out!

Is Arden Fair my favorite mall? No, but it is close to where I live and always gets the job done!…read more Arden Fair is a big sized mall with plenty of parking - it obviously gets pretty busy on the weekends and especially around the holidays! When I visit, I usually stop into stores like Claire's, Foot Locker, Hot Topic, Lush, Macy's and Sephora. They also have a Miniso, Pandora, Spencer's, Coach and a brand new Pop Mart - just to name a few! Their food court is pretty decent offering Charley's Phillysteaks, Taco Bell, Panda Express and even Sbarro. They also offer different places to eat and grab drinks around the mall such as Cinnabon (my family's personal favorite), Jamba Juice, Wetzel's Pretzels and Hot Dog on a Stick. Santa and the Easter Bunny even visit for photos during their respected holidays! Overall, I'm not really sure what to say about the value, each business is differently priced obviously depending on where you go and the service is the same. I tend to only come to Arden Fair Mall when I need something specific and try my best to get in and out!

My daughter was simply trying to choose which animal she wanted to ride, and instead of being patient, the employee told her to "just pick one." When I helped my daughter onto the horse, she was a little scared and said so. Instead of offering reassurance in a kind way, the employee raised her voice and said, "you're fine." It was very off-putting and not how anyone--especially a child--should be spoken to. When working with kids, a little kindness and patience go a long way. This experience definitely took away from what should have been a fun moment.

It has a dry cleaners, jewelry store, shoe repair, florist, beauty salon, nail salon, a Golden One, Beach Hut Deli, and a Starbuck's. In addition it has such specialty stores as the Good Feet, Kombat Soccer, Wellness Mart, and American Fly Fishing. The best part of Arden Town Center is its upscale restaurants. There is Café Vinoteca, Chinois East West Café, and Danielle's Creperie. I grew up within walking distance of Arden Town and have very fond memories of the stationary store, the hardware store and the variety store that use to be there. I can also remember the meat counter at the Holiday Market and the large Bee that was on the sign. I remember my father buying me breakfast at Party Time Doughnuts on our way fishing. I remember the hours spent browsing through the Arden Library looking for the perfect adventure books to read. I remember getting taps on my shoes at the shoe repair when I was in elementary school and my sister and I having new heel pads put on our boots when we were in high school. Not too long ago my girl friend and I went to Danielle's Creperie for breakfast and after eating we needed to use the rest rooms. We were walking toward the restroom when I realized I was in what use to be an outdoor passage way outside of the old Arden Library and all of those wonderful childhood memories came flooding back. Just went to a VR experience at Market Square which was very cool and a great value. It was a…read morepresentation by Fever events inside the area that used to house the movie theater. Signage is poor but we found it anyway. Can't comment on the other vendors in this section of the Arden Fair mall which is at the Cheesecake Factory end, but being an annex area parking was significantly better than the mall overall.

I came to Market Square today to try to have dinner in the Hamburger restaurant inside the food court area. They are pretty good before the pandemic. Unfortunately! The restaurant is gone! Most of the businesses inside the building are closed too. I think they have 2-3 restaurants remaining in the food court. They are usually next to the UA Theatres. I guess all the restaurants in the food court suffer after the theatres are gone! The inside of the shopping mall looks like a ghost town. I don't think I want to have my dinner here. I am decided to have my dinner somewhere else!

The UV seems like it was combined with a few shopping centers of different ages. Some look nice, but some areas look pretty old. They have an area with good restaurants and bars. It is the busiest section of the shopping center. Safeway Supermarket also brings in much traffic to the shopping center too. Parking lots are in many sections. Some sections are pretty good sizes, and some areas can only park a few cars. It looks pretty safe and clean.

Parking is pretty bad if you go during the day or have a car bigger than a Prius - the spots are small and the parking lot is one way, but in a very confusing way.

This is the shopping center where you'll find Target, Ulta, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Tj Maxx, Barnes & Noble, Old Navy, Big 5, Burlington, Ashley Furniture, Bank of America (branch & atm) dental office, nail salon, Wing Stop, Tokoyo Steak, Bjs, Panera, & Panda (Target side). Across the street is Buffalo Wild Wings, Vampire Penguin, Beach Hut, Indian food, BevMo, Best Buy, & tx roadhouse (I think). And a few other random places I cant think of. It is a nice shopping center. I love to go shopping or dining, if not because of their super narrow parking space! I like the choices of the stores and restaurants in this shopping center. I can check out multiple stores and have my dinner done without moving my car. However, the parking lot is a mess here. Their parking spaces are one of the narrowest in Sacramento. I don't want my car damaged. So I usually parked a little farther away, but sometimes I still found a door dent on my vehicle! One section of the driveway in front of Ross is not wide enough for two cars. Suppose you see a car coming. You must stop and wait for the other vehicle to pass that section before you can go. I can't believe the county will let this happen here for the last at least 30 years! I hope the management will cut one parking space and make the other a little wider. Sac Central Shopping Center also has a couple of restaurants and a coffee shop. El Pollo Loco, Dutch Bros, and Subway Sandwich are all here. I usually eat before I go home.
