No, but it is close to where I live and always gets the job done!…read more Arden Fair is a big sized mall with plenty of parking - it obviously gets pretty busy on the weekends and especially around the holidays! When I visit, I usually stop into stores like Claire's, Foot Locker, Hot Topic, Lush, Macy's and Sephora. They also have a Miniso, Pandora, Spencer's, Coach and a brand new Pop Mart - just to name a few! Their food court is pretty decent offering Charley's Phillysteaks, Taco Bell, Panda Express and even Sbarro. They also offer different places to eat and grab drinks around the mall such as Cinnabon (my family's personal favorite), Jamba Juice, Wetzel's Pretzels and Hot Dog on a Stick. Santa and the Easter Bunny even visit for photos during their respected holidays! Overall, I'm not really sure what to say about the value, each business is differently priced obviously depending on where you go and the service is the same. I tend to only come to Arden Fair Mall when I need something specific and try my best to get in and out!

My daughter was simply trying to choose which animal she wanted to ride, and instead of being patient, the employee told her to "just pick one." When I helped my daughter onto the horse, she was a little scared and said so. Instead of offering reassurance in a kind way, the employee raised her voice and said, "you're fine." It was very off-putting and not how anyone--especially a child--should be spoken to. When working with kids, a little kindness and patience go a long way. This experience definitely took away from what should have been a fun moment.

It brought new options to shop at in Natomas and a smile to my face, but also brought in more traffic to the already congested intersection of Truxel Road & Gateway Park Boulevard where Natomas Marketplace is. The plus side was that it extended North Freeway Boulevard from were it used to dead end right through the shopping center to Gateway Park Boulevard. Kind of a back exit/entrance of sorts and to avoid all that traffic from Truxel. The place also had (and still has) an outdoor village area with shops typically found in shopping malls. It included Aeropostale, American Eagle Outfitters, Anchor Blue, Claire's, Journeys, Lids, PacSun and Tilly's. When the recession hit, Linens-N-Things was one of the first to go, as it went out of business. Then, in an unprecedented move, Sam's Club closed down. Luckily these spaces have been filled by Bed Bath & Beyond, Ashley Furniture and Burlington. The outdoor village didn't fare as well. Anchor Blue went out of business, then, over the years, AE, Lids, PacSun, Aeropostale, Journeys, Claire's, and, recently, Tilly's all closed down, leaving it a virtual ghost town and utter disappointment in my face. Others that have departed included OfficeMax, Pier 1, Qdoba, Starbucks (in the outdoor village area, not the one inside Target) Johnny Rockets and Mimi's Cafe. Despite all the departures from this huge shopping center, it still has a decent selection of stores and places to eat, with Target and Best Buy being the ones I frequent the most.

The best part of Natomas Town Center is the food court area. Many restaurants, including an Indian restaurant, Chinese restaurant, Japanese restaurant, wings store, boba tea bar, etc. Most of these restaurants have indoor seating, and they have also shared a huge outdoor seating area. More restaurants across the parking lot with a newly opened Tasty Pot just opened a week ago. The shopping center layout is not the best. It separated the supermarket and gas station from the rest of the stores. The entrances on both sides of the shopping center are often traffic-jammed because they have parking spaces right at the entrance. My car jammed up to the street a few times because someone stopped right at the entrance waiting for parking! Also, they have only a few shading areas in the shopping center!

Soon they send someone to follow u around for your whole visit... i hate that. i kept telling the sales guy im poor and dont follow me. hahahaha anyway. it is NOT like that here AT ALL! So i came in, and they just kinda nodded and said hi, and i just went looking by myself. At this point there was only one other family here, so they totally have the capacity to help me but they just kinda let me chill for a bit. THANK YOU. but as i was leaving one of the guys told me there are clearance mattresses that i haven't looked at yet. so i was like wow how did u know that is what i needed. Well, they have pretty good mattresses on clearance tbh, and they are quite affordable for good mattresses. i got a nice serta one for a good price. and they are NOT PUSHY AT ALL. they just answer whatever questions you have and encourage you to just try it. like the other reviews, they will also work with your budget, so i think you can be honest with what you have to work with, also, remember to negotiate! My mattress is getting delivered on Saturday so i'm super excited! I can't say for sure you can find what you need here, but if you are on a budget, you should definitely stop by.

Despite online saying it was refundable, the employee said she would make an "exception" and take the item back. Didn't need to. Online said I could return it. Each time I go into this store an associate argues with me over pointless things. For example not willing to look up a pickup order with valid ID and insist on a barcode and try to look in my customer email, or arguing for a gift item making sure the item really wants to be returned. Online customer service is great. However, twice I got the wrong item from what was purchased online. One time I never got my package. Ridiculous.

I came to Market Square today to try to have dinner in the Hamburger restaurant inside the food court area. They are pretty good before the pandemic. Unfortunately! The restaurant is gone! Most of the businesses inside the building are closed too. I think they have 2-3 restaurants remaining in the food court. They are usually next to the UA Theatres. I guess all the restaurants in the food court suffer after the theatres are gone! The inside of the shopping mall looks like a ghost town. I don't think I want to have my dinner here. I am decided to have my dinner somewhere else!
