Because it has a bunch of random vendors you can sometimes find a dress at more than one vendor and just check prices and grab the cheapest one. Happened to me today. Vendor right across the aisle had the same dress for $10 cheaper. The dressing rooms are clean and sometimes they have a live band in the back of the store. You can find so many items here and the prices depending on the vendor can be really great! I guess it's kind of like a flea market but for boutiques or vendors.
