I like coming to this store! Many good Japanese products with affordable prices! The store is well kept and clean as well as nicely air conditioned! They have good selections of products! Fun to look around and do shopping! Recommended! Cheers

When it comes to food tours, I'm the MAESTRO Scarier than Norman Bates in PSYCHO Scarier than the way Pittsburgh folks say GY-RO But if you want an Asian Dollar Store, try DAISO If I use a pen, it's always a BIRO If I drink a Toffee Bubble Tea, it's HOKKAIDO If I climb in Africa, it's KILIMANJARO But if I'm in Katy, I shop at DAISO If I want dancing girls, it's Rio De JANEIRO If I wave a White Flag, call me DIDO If I was better in the 70s, I'm Robert De NIRO But if you can't pronounce "De Niro" you might shop at DAISO Better than a raging fire to a PYRO Better than my missile feels in Barbie's SILO Better than Barbie looks with her new LIPO For cheap Japanese stuff, come and try DAISO! WHAT! A truly magical store with a bunch of truly magical, mostly-imported goods contained within. It's basically a Japanese dollar store, although there's plenty of stuff that isn't a dollar, and is significantly more. They do a great job appealing to a totally different crowd than your prototypical American dollar store, and have a lot of discount goods that really delight my Barbi, and that's why I like bringing her here. I can't decide if I like the Westchase or the Katy version better so I will have to ask my beautiful wife. Okay, I asked her, and apparently both Katy and Westchase locations in HTX are 5 star spots with a bunch of awesome things to buy. She loves them both equally, so I do too. And remember, if you wanna look like Barbi, try Lipo.. If you're with Big Sean, then you're Jhené Aiko.. If you're Norman Bates, then you may be a Psycho.. But if you want some cheap Asian treats, try Daiso.

I was in the area for my internship and saw that they were currently open for their soft opening so I had to go in! On Aug 31st and Sep 1st they will have a grand opening weekend event! Merchandise: 5 What I loved about this store was that it was like a Japanese version of an American dollar store! I also loved that it sold items that are sold in their Asian branches! They have a wider variety of lunch containers, kitchen supplies, and home goods then FIT did and they also have 3 aisles dedicated to snacks! Most things are $1.50 but they will mark the items which are more expensive. Disclaimer: Anime fans will be disappointed since there isn't really any anime merchandise like FIT or Japan House. Miscellaneous: 1. They are getting ready to open another location on Westchase! 2. They have a no exchanges and no refunds policy which is why I am taking one star away. So make sure you want the item or you will not be able to return it!

Why Daiso?? A few people suggested me to go to Daiso since I was heading over to TX. When I visit another state, I like to visit places that I won't be able to find at home. Daiso it is. I was told it's a dollar store type of Japanese store. So Kawaii! Japanese has such cute stuff! Walking in, I was like wow!! So many cute stuff!! I was buying a lot for my daughter. She loves writing on cute stationary and having cute pens. I even bought me some too. There was Japanese snacks and drinks too. I wish there was one back at home in Atlanta cause I would go all the time! I'm going to NYC in a few weeks and I am visiting the Daiso there!!! 106/2019

This place reminds me of FIT which is no longer open. It's kinda like a Japanese dollar store. We decided to check it out based on reading about it in the paper for their grand opening and we were greeted by a horde of people! It was so busy there were lines forming outside and they were letting people in as they checked people out. Man everything is $1.50 here unless otherwise noted and that's practically everything! You can find a lot of useful things here and especially get great deals on ceramics and glassware! Very impressed! I told my wife we need to come by here during the week when it's not so busy! We walked out with about $20 of stuff but felt like it was worth a lot more! So if you like Dollar Stores you will absolutely love this place! Unique. Different. Lots of great inexpensive products for the home. Located in Katy next to Ranch 99. There are plenty of Asian themed restaurants to eat at after shopping! Great experience!

Delivery- 4/5 The positive: Communicative and called ahead of time to let us know they were 30 mins away. What needs improvement: The delivery men mentioned that they were NOT given the correct tools to finish the job of leveling out the panels on the fridge or what was needed for installation of the fridge upon delivery, because they "switched delivery trucks on them". Unfortoley, that leaves us the customer, waiting for them to come back and finish the job they were paid for. It's been a week, and we are still waiting for them to come back and level out the panels on the fridge. This is either the delivery men's lack of preparation before delivery or the owners' lack of structure to ensure delivery has what they need for all to go as needed.

A "bargain outlet" with 500+ locations across 3 dozen states, they have massive inventory that covers everything from mattresses to children's books. If Costco and Dollar Tree had a baby, it would be named Ollie's. I hate to generalize by saying they have everything, but it's really hard to suggest that they don't. There's appliances, apparel, sporting equipment, toiletries, electronics, office supplies, storage supplies, shoes, sporting gear, pet supplies, home decor, etc. It's really easy to get lost in everything they have. However, calling in might be an issue as their customer service is very spotty at best. The website isn't the most reliable in confirming inventory, so perusing in person is usually ideal.
