Of all of the boutiques I have visited in the area this is by far the best one. Everything about this boutique surpassed my expectations. If you shop online at stores like Fashion Nova or Pretty Little Thing, this is definitely a great place for you to shop. She has clothes to fit almost any style, or occasion, the shoes are to die for, and the quality of everything was beyond what I expected. Flight 713 Apparel - My Personal Experience…read more I want to preface this review by saying this reflects my personal experience. While I placed this order on behalf of my son's football organization, these opinions are my own and may not reflect the organization's official position. We began working with Flight 713 Apparel in early February or March of 2025 to order uniforms for one flag team and five tackle teams. We intentionally start early each season to avoid the summer rush. Initially, communication was good, mostly via text with the owner, Mo Williams. In hindsight, the lack of structured email communication should have been a red flag. We agreed on pricing and design for a large order that included: 250 tackle jerseys 250 integrated tackle pants Flag compression uniforms with home and away sets Socks included in the package We scheduled uniform try-ons and requested a run of sizing samples. We were charged a $250 deposit for sizing samples and had to overnight a check because electronic payment was not accepted. The samples arrived just in time, but they appeared dirty. We proceeded anyway. The breakdown began with sizing charts. It was extremely difficult to obtain a proper youth size chart, and the first one provided did not even include youth sizing. After back and forth, we eventually received something usable. Our main order was submitted May 1 with a six-week turnaround estimate. When the uniforms were ready, we were told shipping would cost thousands of dollars, despite both parties being located in the Houston area. We were instructed to bring a truck and pick them up ourselves. We drove from League City to Conroe at our own expense. When we opened the boxes, there was a strong fish odor. The uniforms had clearly just arrived from overseas cargo and had not been inspected. Multiple jerseys had stains, dirt on stitching, and what appeared to be mold or dye marks around design elements. Around 10 to 15 uniforms had visible dirt on name placards. Sizing was wildly inconsistent. Two jerseys labeled the same size did not match when laid on top of each other. Pants with integrated pads were extremely tight compared to the sizing samples. Roughly 30 to 40 percent of our athletes had sizing issues. When we raised concerns, the response was dismissive and combative. We were told to ship dirty uniforms back at our own cost for dry cleaning. We ultimately paid for dry cleaning ourselves. Some families washed uniforms at home and experienced severe dye bleeding. Navy dye ran into white fabric immediately, even in cold water. During games, sweat caused dye to transfer. We placed follow-up orders for corrections. We were charged additional discounted fees, but still spent roughly $5,000 more beyond our original $25,000 budget to fix issues. Replacement orders arrived just days before the season began. We were again asked to pay high delivery costs, which turned out to be a personal delivery by the owner's wife after being charged courier fees. Replacement pants were incorrect. Integrated pants were ordered and billed, but non-integrated pants were delivered. This required families to share pants to get players on the field. Some items never arrived and we had to purchase replacements locally and have them customized ourselves. The sock order was another major issue. We received mostly youth sizes and no adult sizes. After weeks of back and forth, we were told socks were ordered based on jersey sizes because sock sizes were allegedly not provided, despite having sent a detailed Google form of sock sizes. The socks we did receive were poorly sublimated and unusable for many players. We ultimately had to source alternate socks elsewhere. Communication throughout was extremely difficult. We had to repeatedly request updates via text and calls. There was no structured process, no quality control verification before delivery, and no meaningful accountability. While the designs look good on social media, our experience managing a large multi-team order was extremely frustrating and costly. Quality control was inconsistent, communication was poor, and we absorbed significant unexpected expenses to make things right for our families. If you are placing a small, simple order, you may have a different experience. But for large, multi-team organizations requiring reliability, quality control, and professional communication, I would strongly advise caution.

Our organization ordered 2 sets of uniforms for four teams ranging from flag to 12& under. We received normal football jerseys and pants for our flag team instead of what we ordered. Upon contacting the owner our AD was told to ship them back and he would add material to make the jersey's work. Upon realizing it was all of the white jerseys and pants the owner pretty much called our AD a liar and refused to fix the product as promised then proceed to conduct himself in a wholly unprofessional manner. The white jerseys were a completely different material and the numbers were a completely different style. We are over half way in to our season with a whole bunch of uniforms we can't use and a whole bunch of disappointed boys and upset parents! I will never recommend Flight 713!
