The staff are always friendly and efficient, willing to make modifications so that you can craft the ice cream of your dreams. Worth noting is the very silly water station near the front door. I tried two flavors: Oreo Brownie Smash and Orangey Eggnog Stracciatella. Oreo Brownie Smash is Oreo cookie ice cream with brownie batter swirls, Oreo cookies & cream cookie dough, and half-baked brownies and Orangey Eggnog Stracciatella is spiced eggnog ice cream infused with Jim Beam and Platter's dark orange chocolate stracciatella. Just. WOW! Absolutely no complaints, each was bursting with flavor and packed with so many mix-ins. I loved finding huge Oreo cookies & cream cookie dough chunks and just how chocolatey Oreo Brownie Smash was thanks to all the brownie bits swirled in.
