Went there today and the ice cream tasted spoiled. The store area looks very dirty and run down. The people inside are usually nice.

The line takes long from what I remember, and the ice cream quality isn't super great (but I think that's a commonality between all the stores of the DQ chain). Not bad to satisfy a craving, though, but sometimes not quite great enough to justify an indulgence. read more

Always amazing - and this time was even more amazing. Kids got their's I ordered my wife's and realized after I paid I didn't get for myself - so I ordered and they were like - it's on us. Seriously?! Sweet. Not sure if it was because I was trying to open the customer's eyes before me to the to absolute huge concrete brick of an ice cream they were trying to give them and they were complaining ?? about it. WTF - I was like crap - I'll take it! That looks awesome! It was like a size I would never order, it was huge!!! And they were complaining like, "That's not what I meant." not sure why the rating here is so low. ordered 3 blizzards tonight for dessert. oreo, pecan pie, and chocolate dipped strawberry. they were all delicious. my father said he would have like more of the crust pieces in his pecan pie blizzard, but that it was very good. the chocolate dipped strawberry was the perfect blend of strawberry and chocolate. we will definitely order again. it was also completed and delivered on grub hub before the scheduled time. read more

Unfortunately there is a male worker there whom I frequently encounter- tattoos on his arms- That has been super rude to me every time I go- like he's annoyed that I'm there. The ice cream is pretty decent but there are a couple things about this location that make it subpar. For example it's just a window, so there's no indoor seating. Also, the menu is very limited- just ice cream and toppings. In terms of service, they have gotten better and faster. Unfortunately, the prices are still high for just ice cream. read more

Blizzard was literal soup. None of it was stirred. Didn't offer some options that you would get at other Dairy Queen's.

Went with a friend, he ordered a blizzard it was literally soup. I asked for the brownie sundae and they said they turned off the oven cause they are closing, we went at 8 they don't close till 9:30. She gave me a room temperature brownie and said that's all she can do. We decided to sit in the parking lot till closing she put the close sign up at 9, and refused many customers. The rest of the time she just sat there till she had to leave at her scheduled time. read more

The workers were very rude. Me and my friends arrived about 20 minutes before closing and when we walked up to the window the first said "hurry up I want to go home" then two of my friends got their orders and me and the rest were still deciding what we wanted. We still has 15 minutes before closing and the workers has asked if we wanted anything. we said one more minute and the said "bye" and slammed the window shut. me and my friends were speechless. read more

This location doesn't serve food. Also, it's just a walk-up window, so be prepared to eat in your car or at one of the benches/tables near the parking lot. (For indoor seating, try the Dairy Queen in Wyckoff.) That being said, it's Dairy Queen, so what you're getting is the same as you would at any other Dairy Queen in the country. The service is quick, and the people working here are always friendly. Really nice spot to enjoy a summer evening. If I have one complaint, it's that the servings are too big. Sounds kind of stupid, but I swear the small cone here is larger than the same size in Wyckoff. The pile of ice cream on top is bigger, too - it's more like a hefty medium, so size down. read more

They must be making money (the line tonight was consistently twenty plus people deep over the course of a half an hour) and they can't manage a free small blizzard every once in a while?!?! My 2nd favorite Dairy Queen. The one in West Milford is my 1st choice but too far of a drive. This Dairy Queen gives you a good amount of ice cream for the price. I get the same thing every time I go so I don't really know if they are good at anything else. My only complaint is, I wish they had inside seating. In the summer I have to sit in my hot car and my ice cream melts faster than I can eat it. read more

This place is way past its prime. Although based on the long lines on sunny days, I guess the locals like it??? I do not know why: it is really just an ice cream kiosk with no decent seating outdoor or indoor, except for two benches, ice cream is bad and prices higher compared to other places. There is another place 5 minutes away, The Ice Cream Station, a real ice cream place with much better ice cream and owners on site everyday making sure everything is O.K. . read more
