Their special breakfast sandwich, "The Morning Wake-up" touts a "2x the size English Muffin" and they were not lying. This sandwich had cheese, multiple meats and vegetables, and I needed to take half of it home due to sheer size. What it didn't have... sauce. What it needed... sauce, syrup, aioli or something to lubricate all of those toppings. The breakfast potatoes on the side needed salt/seasoning/sauce, too, to be more to my liking. It was a similar experience with my wife's Reuben and the fries that she ordered; the sandwich had its moments, but it made me wish one of us got a burger like most of the other patrons.

The wait staff was fine, nothing over the top but polite and attentive enough. The big issue of the night was the pizza. It took about 45 minutes to come out, which was surprising given the restaurant wasn't very busy. Unfortunately, when it finally arrived, the center was undercooked and raw--a real disappointment. Management was very understanding and offered to make another, but with the time already invested we couldn't wait around for a second attempt. On the positive side, the appetizers were really good, and the wings were spot-on--crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. That alone makes me want to give them another chance. I mean zip zilch zero natta nothing, no service what-so-ever! A man was waiting for his online order for over 20 minutes. I ordered from the kiosk like the VERY LARGE SIGN on the door asked patrons to do. Sooooooo I waited, waited, waited and waited some more! Now, mind you, it's a half-hour drive to get home, so while I am starving in the dining area waiting on my order, I'm fuming inside. Calm, cool, and collected on the outside. When FINALLY they call my name for pick up, I look in the bag and low and behold: THIS IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED! I was so annoyed at this point I just smiled, said thank you, and exited the building, guaranteed NEVER TO RETURN! What a joke! The food is sloppy, messy, thrown together, and wrapped improperly.
