Horrible customer service. I waited at the counter for over 15 minutes to exchange sauces when I was given the wrong sauce for my order. As an ex McDonald's shift manager I know how things are supposed to be run. If I had done this as a shift manager 3 years ago I would have been fired on the spot. 0/5 stars, recommend you go ANYWHERE else. read more

great service, got my order from this amazing employee, she was kind enough to wait and make sure i got everything in my bag of food before walking away, give her a raise! ...big mac..... fries are hot and yummy ..... inside isn't the cleanest but neither is marion in general. read more

This rude condescending selfish bitch at the 2nd window not only forgot my nuggets after I asked if both were in the bag she proceeded to talk shit about me and how junky my car was she obviously didn't notice the window was cracked as I heard all of it.It was not very good employee service if you ask me and also she pulled out her phone and was texting while filling up my drink and proceeded to drop it and she gave me the cup.after it spilled in my car I called after I got home and realized my nuggets were missing I proceeded to call and she said " you could come back and get them or don't eat them" I am very livid about this customer service and I will not be returning as she is in an employee there. read more

This McDonald's is always terrible. Every time I try to give them another chance, I regret it. Today I had to sit and wait almost ten minutes for my food. It was cold when it got to me and ended up missing items. Go anywhere else nearby for a better experience. read more

It is currently 1:54 am. And i have been sitting in line for over 20 minutes. And now sitting at the window for 10 minutes waiting to pay for my order watching people have a conversation sitting down not even acknowledging me at the window. Very slow service and no word on my order that was placed over 30 minutes ago. Do not recommend this Mcdonald's. read more

Their service is very lacking. Managers no where to be seen while two employees are running their behinds off to take care of DoorDash, kiosk, online and register orders. Found out the managers was standing up in the corner chit chatting and not helping the employees get through a busy time. Asked for names and got Late and Kenny. I won't even order fries from this McDonald's anymore because they taste like shit and like the oils needs changed or something. If they look browner than the McDonald's bags, something is not right. Drive thru was busy also and just wish management would do their jobs. read more

It's strange to me how their machines would be down at let's say 10:30pm but be working around 9am... I work 3rd shift and several times I've been in before going to work to be told that basically all machines are down and they can't make a drink... but then after work I'd ask for the same thing and get it with no hesitation... it's not the machines, it's the employees and the managers being extra lazy at night. And these are the same clowns that want 15+ an hour.... Right... read more

Oh, what a mess. They have given up having people take your order. Do you not want a machine to take your order? Never fear! The person in charge of cleaning will take time out to help you figure out how to use the Kiosk. But having a human being take your order? Nope. read more

Slow slow slow! Waited at least 20 minutes for our food. If we hadn't already paid we would have left!

Worst location in Marion by far, terrible service and almost impossible to get eatable food here. I always get a Big Mac with no lettuce and no pickle and EVERY single time they put both on it! read more

Terrible Service. When i pulled up to the window they gave me 1 Sweet Tea when i Order 2. Then put 2 mcchickens when i order 3 of them. The woman had Red Dyed hair. I'd asked for my sweet tea, and she said Nope. read more

Place was absolutely horrible, went through the drive thru, and the entire order was wrong didn't even give any sauces we asked for, fries were cold and unsalted like they sat out all day. none of the food was correct, it was all the opposite of plain(even though the tag says plain) and was like they didn't even try. read more

this particular place very very dirty if you cant tell when you walk in take a trip to the bathroom. im sure you will find a needle or tie off in on eof the stalls. lots of loitering here from unwanted people. food is never i repeat never correct to what u ordered. and as long as there getting there times they gonna just shove out the window whatevee is close read more

Okay so I went there tonight and yesterday and BOTH DAYS the frys were nasty and not salted and not hot

Pull up and 'she' instantly offers me the mushroom burger (b/c she's told too). So I ask her what's on it, she says "I don't know, I'm new here". Moment later she explains what's on it, even the 'meat patty'. Instead I order a double quarter with no onions and no ketchup. She gave me my total and I pulled around, paid and waiting a few mins for them to prepare it. Got to work and of course there are onions and ketchup on it. Calling them is useless b/c they will just offer for me to drive back up there, walk inside, return my food and have a new order prepared then drive back to work assuming it's correct. F YOU! read more

Very slow, unprofessional! I'm done visiting this McDonald's... They can't even get a cup of coffee right!

I am relatively new to Marion and frequently stop at the McDonald's on Delaware Avenue in the morning for coffee. One of the reasons I frequent this particular restaurant is because of a manager---Brian(I don't know his last name but I think he told me he is a manager-in-training). Anyway, it is true that any business is as good as its people. He is most courteous and even remembers my name when I place an order. read more

this restaurant is on a main road coming into town.. There is a large indoor play area and a decent amount of seating.. The cleaning is not always as tip top as Ive seen else where but the employees have always been so down to earth friendly.. So any problems with the food I am sure they would not be hard to deal with. I continue to stop here for a quick meal and recommend to anyone in the area. read more

Depends what time you go, its clean and nice, but times we had to wait 20 minutes for our food. Thats on a slow time. Associates are friendly and kind. Never had to wait that long for Fast food. read more
