If 0 stars was an option I'd do so, I rarely go to an establishment such as McDonalds but with a busy week I've came bye 3 times for a Quarter Pounder Hamburger ( no cheese) I restaurant no cheese as I CANNOT eat it and I make that clear to them ordering yet even with a Certified Trainer at the cash out window, I'm still getting and allergy filled burger, there is no due respect for allergies at this establishment and I will be reporting this to the health department as that is a major issue you can serious injure someone or worst case kill them, this is completely unacceptable. It requires no extra skill to read the ticket printout saying no cheese then to make a burger with no cheese , I fact it is one less step than a burger with cheese. Every staff member obviously needs to be re-educated on the dangers of food allergies to customers, and their PIC and serve safe lvl 1s should be removed, having such certifications required for a restaurant insures that they know about this but fact of the matter is they do not. This will continue to add to the horrible image McDonalds has of dirt poor customer service, no care for the customer , their only concern is going home and getting paid. This is probably the worst I have ever been. Took forever to place the order. Then while waiting 16 minutes on my food I seen that instead of an ice water the has charged me for a xs coke $1. Took the receipt back up to get my money back and the manager was to busy. So they have new a bottled water so they would not have to mess with it. Then they have me the wrong order. Then after 16 minutes I went up and asked for the manager to let him know how long it had been. But again he was busy taking drive thru orders!! I was so mad and upset. I waited forever for my order which was supposed to be a bagel and orange juice. I ended up with fries and a sandwich. I even said the numbers do not match what is on my phone. I was told by the female employee it was my order. So angry that they are constantly messing up at this location. McDonalds is totally missing the point of a lobby. If people want drive-through they will go through the drive-through. I don't want an ordering machine in the lobby if I am in the building. I want to talk face to face with a person. I hate drive-through. Also, if you are going to bring the food out to me, please bring the appropriate essentials, like napkins and catsup and my drink. Ordered in Drive Thru. McDonald employees outside taking credit cards to speed up paying process. I ordered a McDouble and a drink. Later noticed receipt was for 14+ dollars! Took receipt back and they told me I need my bank statement!! This location gets my order wrong at least 50% of the time. Disappointing. read more

2:30 pm, not the height of lunchtime. Busy but not crazy. Drive thru order of fish sandwich with cheese, no tartar sauce, small fry. They gave me a fish with no cheese with tartar sauce. They made it again while I waited. I got home in under five minutes. Sandwich was lukewarm at best. Half of the cheese was off the bun and stuck to the cardboard. Don't know where they got the fries. They weren't McDonalds. Not warm, (I think they were the fries they had for the first sandwich, they didn't refry me) soft, greasy, terrible. No ketchup. Do I have to order that? They didn't ask. Its a shame you cannot leave (-) stars. I would caution everyone to steer clear of this McDonald's. After waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes, making me late for work, I finally arrived at the window only to be handed the wrong order. The young gentlemen at the window was told "pull her up". I explained I did not have time to wait any longer and therefore requested a refund. One would think this would be a simple request. However I was again told to pull up to the front of the building. I again explained I did not have time and another employee (I'm assuming not in a supervisory position, as she had no name tag, long black and green hair not pulled back and an untucked shirt that hung to her knees) informed me she would then call the police. Keep in mind, during the time she took being rude and arguing with me, my refund could have been completed many times over. I tried to speak very slowly as my request seemed confusing for these employees. I explained, you have taken my money, not provided the item I paid for, technically this is theft. Please give me my owed refund so I can get to work. This employee proceeded to call the sheriff department while I sat waiting on my refund. Now you have not only one dissatisfied customer but several waiting in line behind me. Now this is where it gets good... she runs out and starts running around my car to get my plate number, the poor kid at the window was instructed to start running orders out to cars behind me. After she reads off my plate number she then joins him running orders out to customers while still on the phone with dispatch. What a _ _ _ _ show and a true embarrassment for this McDonalds restaurant!
