Totally miserable customer service! NOBODY here knows how to make a sandwich, today's Big Mac was sitting on top of the lettuce that they threw in the bottom of the box & had 3 times the amount of sauce on it, so fell completely apart when picked up. Order 2 hamburgers - got 2 cheeseburgers. Ordered & paid for medium fry, got a small fry thrown into the bottom of the bag where all the contents could be found. This is the 2nd time we've been to this location in 6 weeks. Last time it was similar problems, they replaced 2 sandwiches then and the replacements were put together with the meat patty on the outside of the bun. NEVER AGAIN-DONE WITH THIS LOCATION. read more

Ordered Kid's meal Chicken Nugget 6 pc, I got a 4 pc. Ordered extra pickle on McChicken, didn't get any. Fries were old and not very warm. Person taking order got it right, but the one (s) preparing are the ones at fault. Receipt shows what we wanted, but didn't get. read more

I had a fairly large order and was told to pull forward. Three cars were behind me and I was in space 1. All cars behind me left and I had to call them to ask for my food. Apparently food was given to wrong car so had to start over. I should have been given a cert for free food or something for my inconvenience. Frustrating. Not even an apology. read more

Ordered on mobile app. When ai arrived they could not find my order and refused to make it despite having the confirmation from the app, the correct address, the items, and paid trough Google all on screen. The manager was very rude. I had to call McDs customer service to make sure I got my money back. NEVER go to this location. read more

All the food was fresh, but my Iced Coffee was plain, but overall it a was good and very flavorful

If 0 stars was an option I'd do so, I rarely go to an establishment such as McDonalds but with a busy week I've came bye 3 times for a Quarter Pounder Hamburger ( no cheese) I restaurant no cheese as I CANNOT eat it and I make that clear to them ordering yet even with a Certified Trainer at the cash out window, I'm still getting and allergy filled burger, there is no due respect for allergies at this establishment and I will be reporting this to the health department as that is a major issue you can serious injure someone or worst case kill them, this is completely unacceptable. It requires no extra skill to read the ticket printout saying no cheese then to make a burger with no cheese , I fact it is one less step than a burger with cheese. Every staff member obviously needs to be re-educated on the dangers of food allergies to customers, and their PIC and serve safe lvl 1s should be removed, having such certifications required for a restaurant insures that they know about this but fact of the matter is they do not. This will continue to add to the horrible image McDonalds has of dirt poor customer service, no care for the customer , their only concern is going home and getting paid. This is disgraceful. read more

very slow, rude manager, food and drinks were not good. the atmosphere is unwelcoming. The staff and "manager" need to either quit or find a way to me kind and welcoming and efficient. 20+ minute wait with only one other family in here and very few cars going to the driver through which of course all got their food and drinks right away. read more

terrible service and even worse food. takes you 20 minutes just to order then they have you pull forward to wait another 20 minutes. then they don't even give you half of your order and you have to wait even longer to have someone talk to you at the counter. worst McDonalds I have ever been to. rude workers that don't even apologize when they mess up your order EVERY TIME. read more

Bad. Waited 12 minutes in the drive through for 2 meals. Didn't apologize for the wait at the second window or acknowledge that we were even there... this was at 10pm on a Saturday. Not too busy but had a few cars behind us. Didn't even give us one of the 4 things we paid for and ordered. So lame read more

This is probably the worst I have ever been. Took forever to place the order. Then while waiting 16 minutes on my food I seen that instead of an ice water the has charged me for a xs coke $1. Took the receipt back up to get my money back and the manager was to busy. So they have new a bottled water so they would not have to mess with it. Then they have me the wrong order. Then after 16 minutes I went up and asked for the manager to let him know how long it had been. But again he was busy taking drive thru orders!! Our order was wrong even after the wait and the manager never to is what the problem was.....too busy! Oh and there was no ice at all Never coming back to this McDonald's!! read more

I was so mad and upset. I waited forever for my order which was supposed to be a bagel and orange juice. I ended up with fries and a sandwich. I even said the numbers do not match what is on my phone. I was told by the female employee it was my order. So angry that they are constantly messing up at this location. Maybe corporate needs to look into their stores that have continued issues. read more

Went there at the drive thru on Marion Mt. Gilead Rd. at 8:30p.m. and they were closed for maintenance.!!!

Worst place in the world. I will never come to this location again. Waste of time. 3 coffees, 30 minutes and left with nothing. No apologies or anything. read more

Usually very busy, because it's right by the major grocery store in town and the movies. The drive through is great and quick, but the inside service is slow. They once completely forgot my order after I had placed it read more

McDonalds is totally missing the point of a lobby. If people want drive-through they will go through the drive-through. I don't want an ordering machine in the lobby if I am in the building. I want to talk face to face with a person. I hate drive-through. Also, if you are going to bring the food out to me, please bring the appropriate essentials, like napkins and catsup and my drink. I had my granddaughter with me and had to take he with me so I could get all of the necessities. I could not leave her out of sight unattended. She is 4 years old. Go back to doing things the former way. read more

2:30 pm, not the height of lunchtime. Busy but not crazy. Drive thru order of fish sandwich with cheese, no tartar sauce, small fry. They gave me a fish with no cheese with tartar sauce. They made it again while I waited. I got home in under five minutes. Sandwich was lukewarm at best. Half of the cheese was off the bun and stuck to the cardboard. Don't know where they got the fries. They weren't McDonalds. Not warm, (I think they were the fries they had for the first sandwich, they didn't refry me) soft, greasy, terrible. No ketchup. Do I have to order that? They didn't ask. Absolutely no effort by the crew for a good product. read more

Its a shame you cannot leave (-) stars. I would caution everyone to steer clear of this McDonald's. After waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes, making me late for work, I finally arrived at the window only to be handed the wrong order. The young gentlemen at the window was told "pull her up". I explained I did not have time to wait any longer and therefore requested a refund. One would think this would be a simple request. However I was again told to pull up to the front of the building. I again explained I did not have time and another employee (I'm assuming not in a supervisory position, as she had no name tag, long black and green hair not pulled back and an untucked shirt that hung to her knees) informed me she would then call the police. Keep in mind, during the time she took being rude and arguing with me, my refund could have been completed many times over. I tried to speak very slowly as my request seemed confusing for these employees. I explained, you have taken my money, not provided the item I paid for, technically this is theft. Please give me my owed refund so I can get to work. This employee proceeded to call the sheriff department while I sat waiting on my refund. Now you have not only one dissatisfied customer but several waiting in line behind me. Now this is where it gets good... she runs out and starts running around my car to get my plate number, the poor kid at the window was instructed to start running orders out to cars behind me. After she reads off my plate number she then joins him running orders out to customers while still on the phone with dispatch. What a _ _ _ _ show and a true embarrassment for this McDonalds restaurant! I'm not sure what else to say besides they may want to start requiring possible hires have a psych evaluation before hiring??? read more

No syrup for my pancakes , no napkins, and asked mild or hot sauce for breakfast burrito but then didn't put it in the bag either.
