The roast beef didn't have the hot peppers on it like I ordered so when I called, he just told me he was very sorry and didn't try to make it right. I ate almost half of the ham and cheese hoagie when I bit into something hard which was a piece of wood. I'm assuming the wood came from a cutting board but I still find this completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, this will be my first and last time trying Waskos.

Getting in and out of the strip mall seems challenging, but may be this was my first time. Coming to the sandwich, it's definitely a great sandwich with the right amount of toppings, and sauce was perfect. The bun was fantastic, and it was definitely worth trying.

Although value wise I probably got more than what I paid for, at that moment I was seriously questioning myself what I did wrong to deserve all these on a single day. I called the restaurant, almost crying, and told them I didn't get my order right. The restaurant manager apologized immediately, acknowledged the mistake, and made up with free vouchers. I made the call expecting questions about my order but I got none of that. Thank you, Chick-fil-A Malvern, for treating customers with respect , trust and honesty. The food seems to be subpar. We have tried going there 5 times in the last few months and somehow it keeps getting worse due to poor employee attitude.
