Had an issue with my code so I had to use the register to order and not the kiosk. Had to stand there for awhile before someone came over, I think she said a total of 3 syllables the whole time. The food took a little while but it wasn't too bad, in that time I tried to find a table that was clean and the only one I could find was next to the bathrooms. Food came out after a wait, dine-in was packaged to go, warm. Chicken sandwich is very dried out, I think I would have had a bigger piece of chicken if I got a McChicken instead. The fries didn't taste all that good, I think they're the first time I've left fries behind in quite a few years. Soda was strong, the coke zero had a lot of syrup- it was pretty much the only thing that this place did right. Every mcdonald's that i've ever been too their breakfast starts at 10:30. However when i arrived at 10:50 they alleged that it didn't start until 11 even though there website states different, might wanna update that. This is the slowest McDonald's I have ever been to in my life, doesn't matter if you go inside or use the drive thru. If the drive thru line is more than 5 cars deep, plan on waiting for at least 30 minutes. Last time I was picking up a delivery I waited over 45 minutes for a 10 piece nugget order! No drink, no fries, just 10 nuggets. Tonight I sat at the speaker for 20+ minutes before the person taking orders told me they were closing, even though they had told me as soon as I pulled up that they would be with me in a moment, and I had to cancel my delivery after wasting almost half an hour. 9 Feb 2020* The burger and fries were as expected. What gives them a one star is the lack of service. I went through the drive through. I was unable to understand what the woman said, Poor diction, articulation and enunciation, so drove around to pay. While paying, I saw what appeared to be one employee training a new employee mouthing an expletive starting with A. I drove to the next window and waited five minutes for the food to arrive. The young women at the window walked away as I pulled up. A male employee came back and tried to give me a very large order of food which was not mine. When I mentioned he had the wrong order he found my order on top of a machine out of the normal food pick up location. He apologized and said he thought I had all ready picked up my order. This occurrence happened at approximately 6:30pm on Sunday. This whole experience was different then that morning when I had picked up a quick meal prior to going to work. I have been here twice. The first time I would give it five stars but then after my recent second visit I give it one star, thus three in the end. The first time we went here for lunch and it was really busy inside and the drive thru. We went in and expected bad lines and prepared for bad service. To my pleasant surprise the staff were very organized, fast and still managed to be friendly. In fact, I was so impressed I went up to the manager and thanked him for running such a smooth show. I vowed to come to this location if I could in the future. I changed my mind today and will not come here if I can help it. They got our simple order wrong and then looked at me like it was my fault. As a lifelong local resident, I've been visiting this McDonald's for as long as I can remember. For the most part I've had positive experiences, but the last three visits have really soured me on this store. If you're visiting this McDonald's, especially if you're going through the drive-thru, check your order BEFORE you leave. On my last three orders I was charged for items I did not receive. (Large fries three times, apple pies twice.) When I brought these errors to the attention of the manager, I was accused of lying and the manager did nothing to make things right.
