They always shut down at least a half hour before close, if not sooner. Here's a tip, Wendy's: your supposed to wait until closing time before shutting off the grill and fryer. Had work at the Ups store, and this is closer, and I wanted to try. Ordered their Ghost pepper Ranch chicken sandwich. Went to drive through and ordered it. It was a quick order process and easy to talk to the person. The order was delivered fast, and the staff was very friendly. This place has a decent bit of parking. Getting in and out of the strip mall seems challenging, but may be this was my first time. Coming to the sandwich, it's definitely a great sandwich with the right amount of toppings, and sauce was perfect. The bun was fantastic, and it was definitely worth trying. read more

Sat pinned second in line in the drive through for 35 minutes. I walked out to the speaker to ask what was going on and they told me to keep waiting. When I finally got up to order they told me to wait again. The place didn't look terribly busy, so I'm not sure what was going on to cause the situation. Won't go here again though. read more

No receipt was given to me for my food. The girl at the drive through window was wearing a black and white hoodie. She handed me my drink with ice when I said NO ice. I told her and she just glared at me and took it back. I got my burger and it was COLD. This is not the first time I was not given a receipt at this location. I think it is so you can't give a bad survey on Wendys.com. no store number and order number without a receipt. I will never go back to this place and I honestly hope it closes. After placing my order, the kid asked me to pull up to the railing. This tends to be standard with them. I think this is a way to subvert drive-thru turnaround time. After about five minutes, the kid came out and asked me to drive back around to the window again. I asked why and he said that's just the procedure. I said, "How about I just back up twenty feet to the window?" "Nah, you gotta drive around." I backed up to the window. He begged me not to report him to the corporate office and gave me a bunch of chicken nuggets as an incentive. I didn't bother reporting him because...well, it's drive-thru fast food. Consistently slow, they make you pass the drive through window and wait in the parking lot so it doesn't effect their "drive-through time". You end up sitting there and waiting for 10-15 minutes for your food even when there's no other customers... Very poorly run location. We've had an issue everytime we've went there. This Wendy's and the closest one in Paoli PA must be owned by the same person. What I've found is that all of the Wendy's that have not been renovated to the new Wendy's store standard always have service and quality issues. First, the guy taking the order acted as if taking my order was an issue to begin with. Then I sat at the window for about 15 minutes while they gathered what I thought was going to be quality food. As soon as I got my food I sampled the fries which were a darkish brown color indicating they had been sitting for some time or reheated. They weren't hot but rather luke warm. My wife ordered chicken nuggets which she said weren't hot and needed to be reheated when we got home. This was my first and last trip to this Wendy's. read more

me and my friend are new to the town and ordered 2 of the same size large meals but with no sauce for one, the worker asking for our order was Krystal and she had an extreme attitude, got our order wrong so we had to pay for more than we got, our drinks came with too much ice and she didn't follow covid rules and by what i saw neither were the workers by not wearing their masks and gloves properly. i am so disappointed and would like a refund and will not be visiting here again. read more

However this particular Wendy's is left wanting almost every time. If you get food to go do yourself a favor and CHECK that you got what you ordered. We used to frequent this location a lot in the past, but lately something is really wrong here. For the second time this month, during the dinner hour, we had to pull up to the red railing and wait for our order to be ready. Tonight, our 2 cheeseburgers took so long that I turned off the car at the railing to wait. When we got them, they were dripping in grease and the ketchup was so heavy that you couldn't even taste the hamburger or cheese.
