First, let me start by saying that my wife and I are regular Chick-fil-A diners. We visit a Chick-fil-A at least threetimes a week. In all the Chick-fil-A's we visit this one is our favorite. While every Chick-fil-A we visit has fabulous food, this Chick-fil-A also has the best service that can be received from any restaurant, anywhere! The restrooms are always spotless, the dining area and tables always clean. Chick-fil-A, the pinnacle of what fast food aspires to be. I've been to this Chick-fil-A a few times now, most recently being my trip on November 15th. For this trip, I made a mobile order on the app to pick it up via drive thru. Ordered my standard spicy chicken sandwich, large fries, and a large sweet tea. Made my way on over to the restaurant. Greeted the ever so friendly Chick-fil-A staff, and I continued my way down the drive through. I received my food and drink after waiting a minute, and then I began my trek home! Upon entering my home and settling down and preparing for my feast, I stuck my straw into my drink and took a sip. Lo and behold, it was not sweet tea! It was UNsweetened tea. Now you might wonder what the big deal is, but as someone from the great southern state of Georgia, we take pride in our sweet tea. So expecting some sweet o' sugary goodness and instead being greeted with an absence of flavor was a big let down. Aside from that, the spicy chicken sandwich and fries were standard like usual. I did leave feedback that I received the wrong drink, and the restaurant was quick to resolve it and then some. They close at 10p, but at 9:05p, they essentially flood the floors in the dining area and the rest rooms AND roll up the door mats, so not only is it unpleasant visually, there is not one inch in the place to get traction for walking. Been years since my initial 5 star review and it's time to reiterate that 5 star rating! Looking at all the 5 star reviews here, I'd say you are safe to skip over the 1 and 2 star ratings. There is no "ick", just eat here quick! I was part of the "Belly" rewards program in 2013, which has now been replaced by the Chick Fil A "A list". The Belly program, if you are not familiar with it, gives you points each time you visit a Belly participating store which you can redeem for merchandise. I went over 100 times in 2013. Kinda scary to think of...and what did I get from it? A Chick Fil A party for 10 guests which included a visit from the Cow! It was a lot of fun and Danny, a manager here, really hooked us up! I will admit I was a bit ashamed when I saw exactly how many times I ate fast food, but at least it was all at Chick Fil A, which is a shining star in the dark night of McDees and the King... IMHO, this is the fast food restaurant that every other fast food restaurant should be modeling themselves from. The location is well kept, well lit, clean, and staffed and run by a great team. This place PACKS during lunch hours but the staff is amazing and really keeps things moving. As I said before, they even send staff into the drive thru lane to take orders from folks in line. They really do things right here! Great management and staff at this location. Fantastic employees, they do a good job hiring these folks. My only complaint is that they say "my pleasure" just too much for it to really be their pleasure! These folks are enthusiastic, even tho many of them are very young, management does a great job vetting these folks out and getting them started in the workforce. Employees make rounds clearing trays and offering to get refills for drinks. They embrace the local community with regular events for families, open mic night, and always seem to have something coming up on their community calendar. Food. It's Chic-Fil-A...It's delicious! Five stars for this location easily! Not sure why it took me so long to contribute to the reviews of this place, but better late than never. Everyone at this location is friendly and it's always sincere. Aside from having customer service that would shame some high end Philadelphia restaurants the food here is great. It is delivered efficiently, hot, and cooked properly. I personally am addicted to the spicy chicken sandwich and love to dip my fires in the Chick-fil-A Sauce. I also like that this location has family friendly nights: my favorite is taking my daughter to the annual father daughter date night around Valentine's. My little girl and I look forward to it - probably me more than her she is five and has no sense of time. I also really like their milk shakes and breakfast sandwich selections. Free wifi, great food, very quick service even during lunch hour.... Very clean..manager works with the community to include everyone. Love the waffle fries (excellent amount of salt and nice and fresh). Everything is good on the menu especially the chicken sandwiches or the nuggets. Breakfast is awesome, especially the chicken minis or the chicken biscuit. Cinnamon bun with icing are pretty good. Staff here have always been very polite and very quick even when I customize my order (more pickles, etc). This particular location is great and the manager seems to make the effort to improve the community and even to have family nights, etc. Overall very clean.... Great tasting food for a good price combined with friendly staff and quick service gives this place a 5 and is recommended. Love this place. Top-notch service. Great food. Wonderful indoor playground. It's a family favorite! I met the owner and his family. Great people! They've also done a ton for local non-profs (fundraising and whatnot). The last thing I'd add is that about 10 years ago (wow... has it really been that long) the management/ownership changed and the effect was very noticeable. The quality of the food went sky high, and the cleanliness of the store was also improved. Since then, I honestly can't think of a thing to complain about.
