Has amazing chicken, it has little crunchy bits in it. Juicy chicken also in chicken sandwich they have a good buttery roll. The nuggets have a good juicy, but not super dry nuggets. The milkshakes have creamy milk ice cream. read more

Chick-fil-A, the pinnacle of what fast food aspires to be. I've been to this Chick-fil-A a few times now, most recently being my trip on November 15th. For this trip, I made a mobile order on the app to pick it up via drive thru. Ordered my standard spicy chicken sandwich, large fries, and a large sweet tea. Made my way on over to the restaurant. Greeted the ever so friendly Chick-fil-A staff, and I continued my way down the drive through. I received my food and drink after waiting a minute, and then I began my trek home! Upon entering my home and settling down and preparing for my feast, I stuck my straw into my drink and took a sip. Lo and behold, it was not sweet tea! It was UNsweetened tea. Now you might wonder what the big deal is, but as someone from the great southern state of Georgia, we take pride in our sweet tea. So expecting some sweet o' sugary goodness and instead being greeted with an absence of flavor was a big let down. Aside from that, the spicy chicken sandwich and fries were standard like usual. I did leave feedback that I received the wrong drink, and the restaurant was quick to resolve it and then some. I don't think this is something to ding them on as we all make mistakes, and it is probably easy to mix up. They were quick to fix it, and I still would recommend this location. read more

They close at 10p, but at 9:05p, they essentially flood the floors in the dining area and the rest rooms AND roll up the door mats, so not only is it unpleasant visually, there is not one inch in the place to get traction for walking. We drove past two other CFAs to come to this one because we heard the food was still hot at night. Quite the disappointment! read more

ALWAYS check ur bags on mobile order.. went in to pick up my order, kids meal was missing drink, dipping sauce was missing... I showed the bag which had the order on it to the young teenage girl and she looked at me and asked what was missing...l I told her to read the label and see for herself.. she didn't have a clue.. Been years since my initial 5 star review and it's time to reiterate that 5 star rating! Looking at all the 5 star reviews here, I'd say you are safe to skip over the 1 and 2 star ratings. There is no "ick", just eat here quick! I was part of the "Belly" rewards program in 2013, which has now been replaced by the Chick Fil A "A list". The Belly program, if you are not familiar with it, gives you points each time you visit a Belly participating store which you can redeem for merchandise. I went over 100 times in 2013. Kinda scary to think of...and what did I get from it? A Chick Fil A party for 10 guests which included a visit from the Cow! It was a lot of fun and Danny, a manager here, really hooked us up! I will admit I was a bit ashamed when I saw exactly how many times I ate fast food, but at least it was all at Chick Fil A, which is a shining star in the dark night of McDees and the King... IMHO, this is the fast food restaurant that every other fast food restaurant should be modeling themselves from. The location is well kept, well lit, clean, and staffed and run by a great team. This place PACKS during lunch hours but the staff is amazing and really keeps things moving. As I said before, they even send staff into the drive thru lane to take orders from folks in line. They really do things right here! Great management and staff at this location. Fantastic employees, they do a good job hiring these folks. My only complaint is that they say "my pleasure" just too much for it to really be their pleasure! These folks are enthusiastic, even tho many of them are very young, management does a great job vetting these folks out and getting them started in the workforce. Employees make rounds clearing trays and offering to get refills for drinks. They embrace the local community with regular events for families, open mic night, and always seem to have something coming up on their community calendar. Food. It's Chic-Fil-A...It's delicious! It's much more than a "tasteless slab of fried chicken on a bun". Give it a shot and see if you don't agree with the 4 and 5 star ratings for this location. read more

Dude working the counter super rude. It's the morning. All I did was ask when my order was gonna come out. I ordered a 8:40am and it's now 8:55. I asked a simple question and then guy got really rude with me and like argued saying it was only active for 5 min. Then I ask to cancel and he disappeared for a half hour. I mean honestly get a new job if you hate working mornings. Honestly cool on giving my money to this place. Chick-fil-A isn't the same anymore. I won't be back to this location. Like again if you hate what your doing get a new job. Pathetic place. 25 min to get your breakfast order with attitude read more

Step 1- Start with what is probably the best run fast food chain in the country. It's the model that every other fast food joint should aspire to. Step 2- Now add a truly superior manager who gives 110% all the time and instills that same feeling in his employees. What you get is MAGIC! This place is mobbed almost all the time even though it is surrounded by competition. If you crave great chicken fast food it simply doesn't get much better than this. The quality and performance of the employees compared to any other fast food joint is simply amazing. Every time I come here I'm just stunned by how much better they are than the folks at McDs or BK or God forbid Taco Bell. The chicken is OMG juicy and flavorful and never dried out. The fries are always hot and crispy. The portion sizes are great. For $5-$6 you can enjoy a great meal. It's an easy choice, 5 stars! read more

Among fast-food, this clearly deserves 5 stars. More notably, among chick-fil-a's this one is 5 stars. It's the little things.... the lines move super quickly - they come to your table and offer refills or to take your tray when you're done. They are speedy to wipe down the tables in between customers. And the way they respond to every "Thank you" with a "My pleasure?" If there was an extra star, I'd give it. read more

this is probably one of the healthiest, cleanest, fast food places on earth! The original chicken sandwich is amazing and that's what we usually order. The food is fresh, hot and delicious. The employees are extra nice, not like the lethargic looking zombies that are typical in the fast food industry. Everyone is anxious to help and with a smile. We love, love LOVE ChickFilet. P.S. Five stars for this location easily! Not sure why it took me so long to contribute to the reviews of this place, but better late than never. Everyone at this location is friendly and it's always sincere. Aside from having customer service that would shame some high end Philadelphia restaurants the food here is great. It is delivered efficiently, hot, and cooked properly. I personally am addicted to the spicy chicken sandwich and love to dip my fires in the Chick-fil-A Sauce. I also like that this location has family friendly nights: my favorite is taking my daughter to the annual father daughter date night around Valentine's. My little girl and I look forward to it - probably me more than her she is five and has no sense of time. I also really like their milk shakes and breakfast sandwich selections. Keep up the good work team Chick-fil-A, it isn't going unnoticed or unappreciated! read more

Free wifi, great food, very quick service even during lunch hour.... Very clean..manager works with the community to include everyone. Love the waffle fries (excellent amount of salt and nice and fresh). Everything is good on the menu especially the chicken sandwiches or the nuggets. Breakfast is awesome, especially the chicken minis or the chicken biscuit. Cinnamon bun with icing are pretty good. Staff here have always been very polite and very quick even when I customize my order (more pickles, etc). This particular location is great and the manager seems to make the effort to improve the community and even to have family nights, etc. Overall very clean.... Great tasting food for a good price combined with friendly staff and quick service gives this place a 5 and is recommended. As with most Chick-Fil-A's this place can get swamped during the normal rush hours but it is worth it. Plus the free WiFi has decent speeds and is a welcomed addition. read more

What we got was burnt and cold ham and cheese omelette, and burnt, cold home fries. The second order we received was a cold burnt fried well done egg burnt and cold home fries, pre cooked cold bacon and overcooked cold toast. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Always a pleasure eating at this chick-fil-a location. Service is on point: they're friendly, they keep the place clean, and they're quick to deliver your food. Speaking of which, don't judge these chicken sandwiches by their cover. They are VERY tasty even though they might look a little plain. Easily the fastest Chick-fil-A I've been to. I admit I don't usually stop by at peak times, but even when the line is full wait time is typically five minutes or less. Usually less.
