There is no waiting area, so you either need to stand against a wall or sit down at a table. There are no booths, and maybe 30-35 seats total. It was packed, but only because there was so many people waiting for their food to go (only two tables eating there). I wish there was a designated waiting area. You get a buzzer to let you know when to go up and get your food. Service: They had two registers open, and the staff was nice. They do not have online ordering available yet which is really inconvenient considering since they don't have a waiting area. It also is kind of gross that people are sitting at the dine-in tables waiting for carry out with their purses/bags/drinks set on the tables and then the tables aren't cleaned after people are sitting at them. I had 6 groups of people ahead of me who had ordered and it took me about 20ish minutes to get my food. I think once they have online ordering this might eliminate those waits and the crowds. They also ask for a tip at the register...when you're the one who gets your food at the counter and are most likely not eating there? I wish these places would just PAY their employees a decent wage so they don't automatically ask for a tip (I think the lowest option was 10%). Food: The chicken was cooked all the way through and really juicy. The fries were the star of the show though, super crispy, even with the ride home from the place and they had a ton of seasoning.
