After I spoke with her I called the Ashwaubenon location only to be told " this happens all the time, sometimes our receipts don't print in the store and you have to pay again, you won't actually be charged". He was rude as well and come to find out they are husband and wife and the owner is the uncle. Two days later my bank account was charged the $51 and the are not answering the phone when I call. While waiting at the counter, I could see that one chicken sandwich had been prepared immediately upon placing my order, then it sat for nine minutes under a warmer while the staff waited to prepare my second sandwich. Consequently, when I received my order, one chicken sandwich was ridiculously hot while the other sandwich was hardly decently warmed. Given the delay while waiting for chicken to be cooked, both of my sandwiches should have been prepared fresh at the same time; it was fool-hearty to make the first sandwich before the chicken for the second sandwich was prepared. How did I know that my order was ready at 1:11pm? I asked the young man who handed my order to me to check the time on his register. When I told him that I had waited for nine minutes for my order his simple response was, "It takes seven minutes to cook the chicken." Not one of your employees was responsive to my needs.
