I contacted the store manager at the location in which she was rude and said " I already told your husband what he needed to do" . She informed me there was nothing they could do in store and would not be making an order unless we paid again. She continued to yell at me and hung up. After I spoke with her I called the Ashwaubenon location only to be told " this happens all the time, sometimes our receipts don't print in the store and you have to pay again, you won't actually be charged". The inside almost feels like a house that was renovated into a restaurant in the coolest way possible with a very open layout, stripped-down feel, and a super unique kitchen setup literally right behind the bar. If you're a Star Wars fan, this place is a must. The theme throughout the restaurant was awesome and definitely added to the experience for us since we're huge Star Wars people. The staff overall was really friendly and welcoming too. Special shoutout to the hostess Lea super friendly... wink wink if you know, you know. Our server was chipper and sweet the whole time. She did accidentally get our drinks wrong and forgot the cheese on my burger, but honestly it wasn't a huge deal because she was so nice about everything. The burger itself was decent but a little dry. I did appreciate the extra pickles though because that's exactly how I like it. Now let's talk about the real reason to go here- drumroll... Cheese Whiz cheesesteak. Absolutely incredible. Honestly one of the best cheesesteaks I've had in a long time and 100% worth the drive alone. The cheese curds were also really good and definitely worth ordering for the table. And when I mean drive I mean drive, just a few hours south from Chicago aka Bear land, GO BEARS Overall, not every single item blew us away, but the atmosphere, Star Wars theme, friendly staff, and THAT cheesesteak made this place memorable. We'd absolutely come back just for the Cheese Whiz sandwich.

Hello. Yesterday I stopped at this A&W to try the new Crispy Chicken Sandwich. I was very, very…read moredisappointed with my visit. I placed my order at the counter, and the young girl taking my order was clearly inexperienced. I ordered two chicken sandwiches at 1:01:58 pm, but I did not receive my order until 1:11pm; I stood waiting at the counter for nine solid minutes waiting for my order. During my wait, not a single employee told me about the delay. I was uninformed about why my order was taking so long. While waiting at the counter, I could see that one chicken sandwich had been prepared immediately upon placing my order, then it sat for nine minutes under a warmer while the staff waited to prepare my second sandwich. Consequently, when I received my order, one chicken sandwich was ridiculously hot while the other sandwich was hardly decently warmed. Given the delay while waiting for chicken to be cooked, both of my sandwiches should have been prepared fresh at the same time; it was fool-hearty to make the first sandwich before the chicken for the second sandwich was prepared. How did I know that my order was ready at 1:11pm? I asked the young man who handed my order to me to check the time on his register. When I told him that I had waited for nine minutes for my order his simple response was, "It takes seven minutes to cook the chicken." Not one of your employees was responsive to my needs. Not one of your employees was thoughtful. Not a single person was good at communicating with me. This entire visit was bad.
