We stopped in for a beer recently and had a great time. The place is spacious with plenty of seating inside and outside. It was too chilly for us to enjoy the patio seating, so we sat at the bar. The bartender was friendly and recommended some great options. We all ordered flights, which was a great way to try most of their items. We enjoyed the Brief Opulence (cinnamon roll stout) and the Field study (hazy IPA) the best. Although, the Hiding in the Lime (key lime sour) and Spekto cooler were tasty too. They also have food available and the pizza smelled so good, but we didn't get any this go around. We will definitely be back to try more in the future.

I was visiting Green Bay for a work conference and saw this as a highly requested visit! I was not lead astray! The brewery is local and their brick oven pizza (I got the sausage and pepper) was amazing! I also tasted their beer with the vit beer! Service was fast and ambience was butterfly themed (hence why it is called cocoon! Overall, great place for pizza and beer!

Wait, this is Green Bay? My boyfriend and I live in Denver but were visiting family in the area, this felt like something we'd find in our city! Creative menu, artistic space, quick & courteous staff; not to mention the best made from scratch soft pretzel I've probably ever eaten. I love a good GB dive bar, but I'm already excited about my next trip back to Cocoon.

Wow! This was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday! Monday night is Trivia night, which we were not prepared for, but we still found a table for 6. Since this was our first visit, we were not familiar with the layout (order drinks at the bar, order food from the QR code on tables and pick up food from the window). It was a little confusing, but we figured it out! We thoroughly enjoyed our food and the drinks. I would love a little more variation in the beer, but thankfully I found something that was yummy. We LOVED our appetizers! We shared everything so we got to sample many different things and I am so glad that we did! The Black Garlic Cheese Bread was incredibly delicious and paired nicely with the marinara sauce and the ranch. It was warm and full of flavor and perfect for a winter night! The breadsticks were just as yummy and paired nicely with hummus, marinara, ranch, and the chili sauce. The hummus was delicious, too! It is served with breadsticks and thinly sliced cucumbers - it was full of flavor and delicious. The Risotto Bowl with the Carne Asada pizza toppings was yummy, full of flavor and definitely made us look forward to the Carne Asada pizza! While we are not gluten free, it's a fun option for people who cannot eat pizza and it's just as yummy! And, we love risotto, so it was an easy choice. We sampled five different pizzas and LOVED them! The Sausage Pizza is not overpowering at all, with a light Italian sausage flavor. However, if you like Sausage Pizza and don't mind some flavors - try the Sausage & Peppers Pizza. It was full of flavor and just a hint of heat from the pepper sauce, but also featured roasted red peppers. This was probably my favorite because of the heat and spice! The Margherita Pizza was very good and we wished it had a little bit more basil, but would definitely recommend. The Carne Asada pizza was a seasonal offering and it was just as delicious in pizza form as it was in the risotto bowl. We also had a build your own Pepperoni Pizza that was perfect for the teenage girls in our group (who didn't want the Classic Pepperoni Pizza that comes with hot honey on top!)! For beer, we sampled only two - the Michoacan, a mexican lager - which was delicious! Really wanted to try the amber, Red Lacewing... hopefully next time. Also, really want to come back in the warm weather to explore their outdoor area! This is by far my favorite breweries in the local area. Can't wait to come back!

I can't stop thinking about the Bahn Mi pizza, the friendly staff, great beer and amazing space! Lots of families were in we visited and the cocoons seem like a great way to hang out with just your crew. The only thing I could to add to it would be to open up a second location in Door County. ;)

If I could give this place more stars, I would! Hands down, no content, the BEST overall brewery in the Green Bay Area. The drinks. They have a good tap menu with a nice selection of beers - especially if you like an IPA. Not only do they have tap beers, they have a bar with craft cocktails. Not to mention they have other beers, bottles, cans, seltzers, gluten free options as well. Definitely something for every taste! The food. Finding a brewery that serves their own good food is hard to come by. Especially in the area. They have a pizza oven!! Like homemade, Neapolitan style pizzas that are DELICIOUS! If you're gluten free, no problem - you can get any of their pizzas made in risotto. And they are amazing, as well! They have some other food, too. The space. My absolute favorite space - both inside and outside! Their main, inside space is large, very open, high ceilings, and super cute. Kind of a retro vibe. Lots of seating - bar stools type, tables with chairs, comfy couches, all the things! They have a fireplace, so it's cozy in the winter months. And they have an abundance of games and such for everyone to play. They have a huge outdoor space - with bonfires, seating, tables, grass for games, and again, all the things! And my absolute favorite? Their COCOONS! They have several cocoons for rent - each with their own theme, private space, WiFi, music, TV, etc. They comfortably fit 12 people each! Absolutely a must! Cannot recommend this place enough!

What a cool place!! Stunning interior. The pizza was spectacular and the pickle beer I tried was amazing. The service was friendly and eager to help. I will be coming back the next time I get up to Green Bay!

Hummus with breadsticks & veggies - excellent!

Love love love! Great Brewery to check out & have a beer with some friends. They have many great options for non-beer drinkers as well! The decor & vibe was super cute, casual and upbeat; friendly workers and just a fun place to visit. A few guests also brought their children which is nice when mommy needs a drink lol. I was super impressed with their food menu, simple and delicious. Their brick oven for cooking pizzas gives the dough amazing flavor...one of the best pizzas I've had in a long time! The hummus and breadsticks were very good, I'm guessing the same dough as their pizzas - which I LOVED. Loved the presentation of their charcuterie, although some of the cheeses included were a little too adventurous for me :) Looking forward to coming back again!!

I went here for the first time with a group of 8 people. We had rented a Cocoon and it was such a fun time! Our waitress checked on us often even though the place was packed. A few different pizzas that we ordered were all really tasty. Unfortunately they didn't have the beer on tap that I was looking forward to, but I will have to go back and try some different flavors.

Great outdoor space and pizza on a Friday night. There are a lot of beer styles on tap. Something for everyone, and then some.

The Kolsch, Hazys and fruited sour we tried were all really great, some of the best beers we tried in Green Bay.

This business makes there own Beer, wine and alcohol products where the diversity of what they make is kind of amazing considering the footprint/size of their facility. Relative to the tastings, these are free of charge where customers are encouraged to tip instead to show their appreciation for what they have been served. Duriing our trip here we tasted numerous spirits to include their house made gin, rum, vodka, Brandy, Bourbon and various flavored moonshines. I thought the liquors with the exception of the Moonshines were just OK but the moonshines were surprisingly quite good. These 60 proof drinks come across like a liquor based on the alcohol by volume content with a similar creamy texture. The flavor profiles are quite unique to anything I have ever tasted before where their flavors include Grandma's Apple Pie, Salted Caramel, Orange Slice and Lemon Drop shine to name just some of them. Every Moonshine bottle we tasted was so tasty where I was really enamored with all of them and at the end of the day ended up buying the Lemon Drop and salted Caramel although it was hard to stop at just these two. Relative to the facility it has a non descript outer view where the inside comes across more of a typical bar venue more so than a winery/distillery which is a bit deceiving in my mind considering how much product they make here. No stacked wine barrels or a sneak peak of the Distillery or Barrel rooms to reinforce what this business is and add the cute ambiance you get at many of the wineries I visit. Relative to Staff, They were exceptionally friendly and good on the repours for our free tasting which definately added a lot to our tasting event. Overall a very pleasant time was had by our group where I see myself returning again in the future and sampling their other ware's and probably buying more moonshine!

We ordered quite a few appetizers to share including cheese curds, chicken wings, and bruschetta (all not pictured) and they tasted conventionally good like one would expect our of a bar or an American diner. The blueberry mojito didn't taste like mojito at all mainly because it was missing fresh mint leaves, lime juice, and probably club soda. The only thing I could taste was white rum with a hint of blueberry flavor. The alcohol taste wasn't strong, which I was more than okay with personally, but judging by the standards of a mojito, it wouldn't qualify as a mojito in my opinion. The salmon itself was pretty good because of the sauce, which provided majority of the flavor on top of salt and pepper. There were some vegetable bits included, such as broccolini, carrots, and what seemed like Palestinian couscous. I liked the dish overall, even though I would have enjoyed it more if there were more pieces of vegetables included. There were no performances when we were there, but I saw a jukebox inside the store, which was pretty cool. Most of the songs included were country in terms of genre, which wasn't my cup of tea, but the retro vibe of the machine being there definitely put a smile on my face.
