Even the pup loves it here.

This brewery has a good thing going. Great beer along with a great space to hang out. Dog friendly which you don't find a lot in Green Bay. Located right next to Gallagher's so you can bring your pizza over to the brewery and have pizza and beer. What's better than that. Live music and board games available as well. This place is great.

They've really put a lot of time and effort into their beer since their opening and it has certainly paid off. My favorite so far is the Irish red. Being a food truck friendly business, they always seem to have something interesting going on. When they don't, a beer and a soft pretzel really hit the spot. The beer cheese they serve with their pretzels is fantastic. My other half really digs their gourmet sodas.

Flight in taproom. Cool glasses for the tasting.

Zambaldi beer had a very open taproom with full view of their vats and production floor separated by glass. This made me feel involved or included in their brewery in a way I don't often feel visiting craft breweries. I was able to visit right at opening on 11/12/2021. My bartender was very friendly and took care and attention in describing the beers on tap and their different characteristics. He was knowledgeable and appeared to care about conveying accurate information. The beers I tried were very good and unique including a great altbier and another variation. This seemed like a brewery that looked at quality and uniqueness vs just being trendy with multiple IPA's like so many others lately. Worth a stop on any brewery crawl in Green Bay.

We came here about a month ago for the first time and it was decent. Nice open space and a friendly beertender. We got a flight and a some pretzels, only downfall was that the cheese was the hard kind not the nacho cheese like other places.

Cool environment and atmosphere. Sunday is family day so don't visit if you don't like kids. Beer was meh.

Nice taproom! Lots of seating inside and out! The 2 IPAs were decent but not especially noteworthy.

Easy to get parked and belly up the bar to snag a beer before heading outside to chill in their patio area.

The bar is wide open and has a few side seating areas for quieter conversation. We ordered our first round and headed out to the "cocoon". The cocoons are mini houses that can be reserved ahead of time. A cool spot to link up to the Bluetooth, chill or even watch a game or show that's on in privacy. There are about 4-5 to pick from. There's a common green turf area that would be dog friendly and good for larger gatherings with fire pits. We had a server check on us and give us great service. We ordered a few apps, hummus, baked feta, pizzas and more. The food was great and they make a decent pear old fashioned. We enjoyed the field study Hazy IPA and the stout was awesome. Great space to chill and enjoy the conversation and have some privacy as well. They have heat/AC in the cocoons to make it comfy too. Great venue and service and the beer was great!

This business makes there own Beer, wine and alcohol products where the diversity of what they make is kind of amazing considering the footprint/size of their facility. Relative to the tastings, these are free of charge where customers are encouraged to tip instead to show their appreciation for what they have been served. Duriing our trip here we tasted numerous spirits to include their house made gin, rum, vodka, Brandy, Bourbon and various flavored moonshines. I thought the liquors with the exception of the Moonshines were just OK but the moonshines were surprisingly quite good. These 60 proof drinks come across like a liquor based on the alcohol by volume content with a similar creamy texture. The flavor profiles are quite unique to anything I have ever tasted before where their flavors include Grandma's Apple Pie, Salted Caramel, Orange Slice and Lemon Drop shine to name just some of them. Every Moonshine bottle we tasted was so tasty where I was really enamored with all of them and at the end of the day ended up buying the Lemon Drop and salted Caramel although it was hard to stop at just these two. Relative to the facility it has a non descript outer view where the inside comes across more of a typical bar venue more so than a winery/distillery which is a bit deceiving in my mind considering how much product they make here. No stacked wine barrels or a sneak peak of the Distillery or Barrel rooms to reinforce what this business is and add the cute ambiance you get at many of the wineries I visit. Relative to Staff, They were exceptionally friendly and good on the repours for our free tasting which definately added a lot to our tasting event. Overall a very pleasant time was had by our group where I see myself returning again in the future and sampling their other ware's and probably buying more moonshine!

We ordered quite a few appetizers to share including cheese curds, chicken wings, and bruschetta (all not pictured) and they tasted conventionally good like one would expect our of a bar or an American diner. The blueberry mojito didn't taste like mojito at all mainly because it was missing fresh mint leaves, lime juice, and probably club soda. The only thing I could taste was white rum with a hint of blueberry flavor. The alcohol taste wasn't strong, which I was more than okay with personally, but judging by the standards of a mojito, it wouldn't qualify as a mojito in my opinion. The salmon itself was pretty good because of the sauce, which provided majority of the flavor on top of salt and pepper. There were some vegetable bits included, such as broccolini, carrots, and what seemed like Palestinian couscous. I liked the dish overall, even though I would have enjoyed it more if there were more pieces of vegetables included. There were no performances when we were there, but I saw a jukebox inside the store, which was pretty cool. Most of the songs included were country in terms of genre, which wasn't my cup of tea, but the retro vibe of the machine being there definitely put a smile on my face.
