Nice little brewery tucked away in a warehouse district about 15min outside Green Bay. Dog friendly brewery, and the pups can chill inside. Beer, cider, and mead available. Ciders are more tart than sweet, but I enjoyed them. The Green Bay Draft Beer was my favorite pour. Limited parking on-site, however you can park on the street.

About 10 years ago when I lived in Green Bay and went to Preble High School, I would cut through Henry street to skip the local school traffic. It was nice because all they had were a couple stop signs and some giant industrial buildings. No cars on the road anywhere. These days it's a whole different story. I stopped by Stillmank to catch up with my uncle after he really recommended the beer, and man, this area sure is poppin now! It just so happened that the weekend we met up was also their Oktoberfest weekend. They had some really great deals on liter mugs of beer that I really wish I could have taken advantage of, if I had more time. Instead I tried their Perky Porter and thought it was excellent. I'm not usually much of a porter guy, but this one was delicious. And at 7.0% ABV it'll leave you feelin really good after a few of them. We had brought our 2 year old son with us which turned out to be not greatest idea on our part. No fault to the brewery, but they don't have much space for kids here. Then again, Oktoberfest is very much a holiday best celebrated by adults! I'm looking forward to trying them out again sometime. It's great to see this part of town getting some awesome new businesses!

Stillmank Brewing had an active taproom with a healthy number of regulars. Bartenders were immediately responsive and got me going on a flight right away. They had a good selections with standard Lagers and some unique choices like a dragonfruit wheat, which I'd not seen offered elsewhere.

I didn't expect this place to be my favorite brewery in Green Bay. Went in by myself, met some really cool people, showed me around the place, good conversations at the bar. Service was great, nice selection of brews, fun little hometown bar feel.

Although I am a fan of Stillmank beer, this was my first time at Stillmank. Cool little place, the barrel room looks like a great venue for a private party and when it is nice out take advantage of the outdoor seating area. The people that work there are friendly and can really help you select beers that you will enjoy. I think Wisco Disco is their most well known beer and a good choice for most people. If if you are a fan of Porters, their Perky Porter is one of my favorites. Today I wanted to try something new so I had the guava infused session IPA and it is amazing, you can taste the fruit but it isn't overwhelming. I will definitely go back and recommend to any microbrew fans.

Solid brews with a very helpful informative staff. One of the best breweries in the area.

Stillmank and Badger State each barrel-aged one of their beers and then combined them for this awesome beer!

Finally had a moment to sit down and write about this fantastic brewery! I was lucky enough to attend a Yelp Event here last Wednesday and I honestly cannot explain how awesome the whole experience was. Obviously the beer was delicious, but what made it extra special was that the owners made us feel like friends stopping in to hang out. We got a hands-on tour of the brewing process (which included tasting one of the types of barley they use!). Brad and his wife Erin (the owners/ creators of Stillmank) were happy to answer any question we had. As I stated before the beer was delicious and that goes without saying, because, let's be honest, in Green Bay (let alone Wisconsin) we like our beer and to be a successful brewery, us locals need to enjoy it. Stillmank's most popular and original brew is Wisco Disco. For the event we were given 4 tap samples to try of our choosing. My personal favorite on tap was the Tailgater, a blonde ale. My boyfriend, who isn't a huge beer drinker, also thoroughly enjoyed the Tailgater. Another one I really enjoyed was the Awesome Sauce, which had a fruitier flavor, but wasn't a full on fruit beer so it wasn't overly sweet. Besides the beers they have on tap (it rotates so what they have on tap may change from day to day), they have others you can purchase. For instance the one I bought was Oak Aged IPA. And get this... IT HAS TEQUILA IN IT! I am not kidding when I say this is the smoothest IPA I have ever drank (and I drink A LOT of IPAs), plus you don't really get the tequila taste you think you would. After our event was over a few friends and I enjoyed the tap room by playing one of the many board games they have available. Overall, I loved this place not only for the tasty beverages, but also the atmosphere. Definitely check it out

Saturday was my second time stopping into this brewery. I stopped in for their 3rd anniversary party and what a party it was. They tapped their double disco beer which was the main reason I just had to stop in because that is a seasonal thing they do around this time of the year. The brew room was transformed into a music and drink venue. I love the wood working in the tap room and the bathrooms are always clean. Always excellent service at the main bar in the tap room. The owners are so friendly both times I have been here I felt like I was at home with their hospitality. The have a ton of fun games to play in the tap room and an vast assortment of beers always on tap. On Wednesday's you can get their flag ship beer wisco-disco for $2!

In general, I am a huge fan of Stillmank's beer. My husband and I decided to visit the tap room, and I'm so happy that we did. Their pints are $4 each, which is quite a deal. On Wednesday nights, Wisco Disco pints are $2! You can also buy their mugs and glasses for $5. They have an outdoor area now. The only negative is that the area is on the wrong side, so it doesn't get sun. We were there at 5pm, and it was all shade. We sat inside at the bar area, and it was super nice. Overall, big fan of the place and their beer.

Just had the pleasure of celebrating Stillmanks 1st Anniversary bash. Fantastic. Met so many of Green Bays friendliest - am so happy to have a new favorite place! "Perky Porter" is the "Bees Knees"

Involved with brewery somehow.best prices for pints and a complementary tub of pretzels with beer purchase. Had nice talk with brad, owner and brewmaster last time there.

There's a common green turf area that would be dog friendly and good for larger gatherings with fire pits. We had a server check on us and give us great service. We ordered a few apps, hummus, baked feta, pizzas and more. The food was great and they make a decent pear old fashioned. We enjoyed the field study Hazy IPA and the stout was awesome. Great space to chill and enjoy the conversation and have some privacy as well. They have heat/AC in the cocoons to make it comfy too. Great venue and service and the beer was great!

This business makes there own Beer, wine and alcohol products where the diversity of what they make is kind of amazing considering the footprint/size of their facility. Relative to the tastings, these are free of charge where customers are encouraged to tip instead to show their appreciation for what they have been served. Duriing our trip here we tasted numerous spirits to include their house made gin, rum, vodka, Brandy, Bourbon and various flavored moonshines. I thought the liquors with the exception of the Moonshines were just OK but the moonshines were surprisingly quite good. These 60 proof drinks come across like a liquor based on the alcohol by volume content with a similar creamy texture. The flavor profiles are quite unique to anything I have ever tasted before where their flavors include Grandma's Apple Pie, Salted Caramel, Orange Slice and Lemon Drop shine to name just some of them. Every Moonshine bottle we tasted was so tasty where I was really enamored with all of them and at the end of the day ended up buying the Lemon Drop and salted Caramel although it was hard to stop at just these two. Relative to the facility it has a non descript outer view where the inside comes across more of a typical bar venue more so than a winery/distillery which is a bit deceiving in my mind considering how much product they make here. No stacked wine barrels or a sneak peak of the Distillery or Barrel rooms to reinforce what this business is and add the cute ambiance you get at many of the wineries I visit. Relative to Staff, They were exceptionally friendly and good on the repours for our free tasting which definately added a lot to our tasting event. Overall a very pleasant time was had by our group where I see myself returning again in the future and sampling their other ware's and probably buying more moonshine!

We ordered quite a few appetizers to share including cheese curds, chicken wings, and bruschetta (all not pictured) and they tasted conventionally good like one would expect our of a bar or an American diner. The blueberry mojito didn't taste like mojito at all mainly because it was missing fresh mint leaves, lime juice, and probably club soda. The only thing I could taste was white rum with a hint of blueberry flavor. The alcohol taste wasn't strong, which I was more than okay with personally, but judging by the standards of a mojito, it wouldn't qualify as a mojito in my opinion. The salmon itself was pretty good because of the sauce, which provided majority of the flavor on top of salt and pepper. There were some vegetable bits included, such as broccolini, carrots, and what seemed like Palestinian couscous. I liked the dish overall, even though I would have enjoyed it more if there were more pieces of vegetables included. There were no performances when we were there, but I saw a jukebox inside the store, which was pretty cool. Most of the songs included were country in terms of genre, which wasn't my cup of tea, but the retro vibe of the machine being there definitely put a smile on my face.
