The sandwich I got was the turkey bacon ranch, which was decent. It arrived in a nice little container with a slice of pickle on top, it definitely was not the crunchiest or even freshest slice. The sandwich was warm, and had a layer of veggies and turkey, and a few bits of bacon throughout. I'm not too sure if I would personally order again, but in the event I ever visit the restaurant in person, I'll leave an update lid review.

We were warmly greeted by the workers, even though they were busy preparing a large catering order. They took our order quickly and efficiently. However, we did have to wait longer than expected to receive our meals, especially considering we were the only ones in the restaurant. Overall, it was a good experience especially given their commitment to first responders.

It is unhealthy and unsanitary for them to take your food back after you have already bitten into it and then give it back to you. The manager even made me look for the pickles in front of all the people in line to make sure that I wasn't lying. This ruined my appetite- I hope corporate sees this and reviews the video as the manager was rude in front of people. Never have I receive so bad service at a Culver's before. This was definitely surprising as I expect more from this corporation. They must train their employees that not everyone that brings back an order to the front for whatever reason has bad intentions.
