This place was a surprise!!! I have my go to spot but decided to branch out and came here! So happy I did! The menu is pretty diverse with different teas, matchas, and yogurt drinks. I opted for a yogurt drink because I didn't want any caffeine. I selected the lemon yakult with lychee jelly and 75% sweetness. It was amazing!!! It was so fresh and refreshing... almost like a lemon drop x lemonade. Parking is in a lot next door and has 15 min grace period. Tealicious boba has kiosks where you can order your bobas and the employees make it with care to make sure it looks and tastes just right. You can actually taste the difference between regular, 75%, and 50% sugar levels as well as the base flavor of your drink. The interior is always clean and well maintained. There are free parking up to 2 hours in the parking garage nearby or you can parallel park on the streets. Customer service could definitely be improved I shouldn't have to repeat myself multiple times. It also didn't feel very welcoming; I got the impression that I was more of a bother than a customer. The tea itself was alright, and the place was very clean (likely because it wasn't busy when I visited). However, I've had better drinks at places like Taiwan Ice. I will say, they do make the tea very quickly mine was ready in about a minute, which was impressive. Overall, I'd still recommend giving Tealicious a try if you're in the area. The jasmine milk tea, the fruit and oolong teas, and the kefir drinks are my favorites. Their boba is good and flavorful. The staff is friendly and helpful! And the location has a nice parking garage and the inside is pretty low-key with k-pop music videos playing in the background. Tealicious and I got off on the wrong foot because my first time here I ordered the brown sugar boba milk tea (which is my benchmark order to gauge the quality of the boba), and that day was probably top 3 worst bobas I've ever tried. Because of that, I almost didn't go back to Tealicious but because they became a flagship location for hosting cupsleeve events (especially since they're so close to K-Pop Kastle), I ended up going back. I asked the barista for a recommendation of a different drink that was refreshing and I ended up going with the watermelon slush, which comes with crystal boba (kinda like gummies) instead. I absolutely loved that drink and ever since then, Tealicious and I are in a long and happy relationship. They always offer me the option of adding cheese foam but I have yet to take that plunge. If I do, I'll update you! As far as the space, when there's a cupsleeve event with vendors, there's basically little to no seating options, so keep that in mind when visiting during those weekends. read more
