They offer indoor seating but it's limited so I recommend quick in and out, grab and go type of visit with this location. The staff that worked today's shift seemed tired but friendly. Tiger sugar is located in a plaza that offers plenty of parking space. It's also located in a plaza with other interesting stores including restaurants you can check out if you aren't yet familiar with this plaza. This is my second time buying tea from Tiger Sugar. I ordered the lychee tea with half sugar and added aloe vera chunks. It was very sweet, so I can't imagine having added full sugar. My daughter ordered the passionfruit tea and it was bitter. I think it had too much passionfruit or not enough sugar. The storefront itself is cute and has plenty of parking out front. My family and I were looking for a sweet treat to end our night, and we passed by Tiger Sugar. Tiger sugar is a quaint boba shop that offers a variety of boba tea and sweet treats. You walk in you can either order off the kiosk machine or with a staff member. There are so many options to choose from, I was amazed. I ordered the Passion fruit & mango oolong tea with coco lychee jelly for me. Our order came out quick. This is one of the best boba flavor combos I have had. Some boba shops only allow you to pick green or oolong tea to pair with your boba, but tiger sugar allowed flavored tea outside of the generic green and oolong flavor. They have a couple self-service kiosks to order from, but if that's not your thing, there's also a cashier who can help you out. So many different boba options! It was hard to pick which one we wanted. But the Black Sugar Chocolate Chips with Cream Mousse was a great choice. Just the right amount of sweet with plenty of boba and crunchy pieces of cookie on top. You definitely need to be in the mood for something sweet for this, but it was a great afternoon treat! I've never been to a Tiger Sugar location before and really enjoyed it. We got the classic black sugar boba and taro. The taro was not good... The root taro chunks were really dry/pasty unfortunately. But the Black Sugar drink was wonderful. I really enjoyed the mix of the smaller, chewier pearl boba with the super soft and fresh bigger boba. Next time I might just be the big, soft, fresh boba only. Overall flavor was good and sweetness was great imo. I wish they had better alternative flavors for those who don't want brown sugar (like regular taro). So I was finally able to take time to come and visit. My coworker told me about this a year ago and then brought it up again recently. Since I was out running errands with my middle child I decided to go and treat myself and her. She has the chocolate brown sugar boba and I got the signature brown sugar boba. It was fresh ingredients and delicious. The only thing for me is that I wasn't ready for so much boba and would have asked for less and none to enjoy more of the drink and less chewing. I also wish I asked for a little more sweetness. My middle child really enjoyed hers and finished it before we made it to our next destination. I noticed later they were close to the Kung Fu Tea place. I do plan to try them again and try another flavor. My review for this place has been long overdue. If youre craving authentic brown sugar boba, come here STAT. Ever since they opened I have never visited a boba shop to buy their brown sugar boba. The run down is they have the perfect ratio of milk to their brown sugar syrup in my opinion. Some may find it sweeter than normal (no adjustments with the sweetness level here) I also love the mixture of boba and their tiny pearls! It kills the monotony of having just one size boba in your drink! By the way they are also cooked to perfection. If Brown Sugar boba is not for you they have great fruit teas:l/ fruit milk teas or even just regular black green and oolong tea. I do like most of the drinks there. The only drink I did not like is the Taro drink, to me it was gritty and just lacked the flavor of taro I was looking for. Overall drinks are great and I will always come back here for my brown sugar boba. The staff is also very friendly and you can order through the phone in advance for pick up. In store it is now easier to order with their kiosk too! You can customize their drinks accordingly to your preferences. A phenomenal boba and tea place that everyone needs to try, it is a little difficult to find from the street but you need to take the time to look for it and stop in to this amazing place. When I walked in, I was amazed at how the smell of sugar and tea graced my nose, it was immediately welcoming and made me want to get something as soon as possible. The worked behind the register walked me through every type of Black Sugar Milk drinks they had, and I knew after hearing about the best seller, I had to try that one. Their best seller is a Black Sugar Boba that also comes with pearls, which are smaller versions of their homemade boba (Which is some of the greatest boba I have tried), Coffee latte and topped with a cream mousse. When I got the drink they told me that I should shake it at least 15 times to make sure everything is perfectly balanced and blended together so I can experience all the flavors together. They were right, the flavors of the coffee and cream mousse were phenomenal and the taste of coffee was so subtle yet brilliant. The boba was amazing as well, the consistency of it was perfect, not too chewy and not too firm, which is difficult to get at other places around here. They have some of the friendliest staff and the price of the drinks are beyond reasonable, especially since they use organic milk instead of creamer like many other places, and they also use black sugar which is not something that I have found at other boba and tea places in this area. Everyone needs to come here at least once, and once you have tried it, you better be back time and time again because of how amazing the flavors are and how friendly the staff is as well! read more

I first came here for an Elite Week event and I'm so glad I had gotten chosen for that otherwise I might not have even gone here. Anyway, I loved that experience so much I had to return to try another one of their delicious drinks. The first time there I tried one of their best sellers, Brave As A Tiger and this time I tried their Tiger Meets Coffee which has coffee in it. It was as delicious as the first drink I tried there. The boba was soft and chewy and the brown sugar tastes so delicious. They have a special offer.. buy 3 drins and you can get their coffee drink without boba or cream mousse for only $1. Since I was already buying 3 drinks I went ahead and got the special. My son tried the oolong tea with boba and he said it was really refreshing and he enjoyed it very much. Thankfully they open one here in south Florida to where I would have to stop by every time to get my cravings for Tiger sugar! While bubble tea is not exactly new in S Florida (even though there are still plenty of people who haven't heard of or tried it) I believe Tiger Sugar is the first shop that is part of a chain all the way from Asia. This is such exciting news... who's next? Maybe bubble drink is a more exact description, as their signature drinks do not have tea in it. Instead, the bubbles are cooked in a rich, black sugar syrup, and add to milk, carefully crafted to a pretty, very IG-able pattern of white and brown stripes. Hence the name Tiger. And the Sugar - that's black sugar, kokuto, originally from Okinawa, Japan. Yes, where people lives to good old age, because well even their sugar is healthier! Black sugar is basically sugar cane juice boiled down to a black syrup and then dried into a block. Just like sugar cane juice is not all that sweet and is healthy for you, so is black sugar, rich in minerals like iron, magnesium, manganese, and copper. The brown sugar we know is just white sugar with a touch of molasses added for color, so it really pales in comparison. Enough talking, time for a sip! I had the Tiger meets Chocolate, which has the malted milk. So delicious!! The bubbles are on the soft side but still have a good chew, and the mix of large and small pearls give extra textural enjoyment. If you are lactose intolerant, don't worry, they do offer lactose free milk, and they do have the traditional bubble teas as well, but I recommend trying their bubble milk, as it's their signature, and not available or done as nicely in other places in S Florida. When you receive your cup, you are supposed to shake it like 16 times to blend the milk and syrup. But in my excitement, I took my pictures and stabbed the straw in without shaking the cup, causing the staff much distress... Ops!! But seriously, thank you for coming to S Florida!!! read more

Now for my review: I am not quite sure what I thought Boba would taste or what the consistency would be but what I experienced wasn't it. The boba was chewing and didn't have any flavor. Maybe that's what I expected. That when you bite into the boba, it would pop and something flavorful would come out. That wasn't it at all. The coffee was good though. I got the coffee latte one as the reviews said it was less sweet than the others. I wish I would've went with another option as that one was not sweet at all but drinkable. I won't completely write it off. If I were to come again, I wouldn't get the coffee latte one and certainly would ask for it without Boba. read more

Yum! This was my first time trying this place and I was so pleasantly surprised! I wasn't sure what to get but I appreciated the fact that they had pictures of the items on the menu! This makes it so much easier to be able to pick and choose, especially if you're not too familiar with the drinks like I was! The drink overall was delicious! I'd much rather go here and get boba milk coffee than stop at Starbucks- the price is essentially the same but the taste is what really makes it stand out.
