I ordered a birthday cake for this location online. There were some things that were wonky on the website. No worries. I called and spoke with Chrissy, a very helpful and kind manager. I appreciated her patience because I called her three or four times with follow-ups since the website was not up to snuff. You know the best part? Someone always picks up the phone here, unlike their Miramar counterpart who absolutely never did when I ordered cakes there. This is my go-to for cakes, well, for Mom. Stopped by with my colleagues after a long meeting for a delicious cookies and cream milkshake! The location is perfect as it's clean and organized also combined with Dunkin' Donuts so my colleague was able to grab a coffee while I got my sweets. The service was great as the employee made the milkshake the perfect consistency and helped me decide which size was best for me - of course went with a large! Will definitely be back as bask in ribbons ice cream just hits different. read more

I had a craving for something sweet after dinner, so I came here as it was right next door to the Mac & Cheese restaurant. It's relatively clean inside, with Covid precautions put in place (i.e., sanitizers, social distancing stickers, tables blocked off, etc.). Customer service is lackluster. No genuine greetings upon entry, and the woman serving the ice cream couldn't differentiate dairy-free sweets from dairy ones. She gave me an attitude when I asked if they had any sorbets (not sherbet) and seemed to grow impatient when I took a simple minute to decide on a flavor (it's not like anyone was behind me on line). She did, however, allow me to sample... She gave me my single scoop of sherbet and told me to pay at the counter. No one was there, so I had to wait awkwardly at the counter for a few minutes until she returned. Not even a farewell was given to me when I finished paying almost $4 for a single scoop... She didn't even offer me a lid knowing I was taking it to-go. I took my sherbet outside. I was able to savor it on one of their outdoor benches. While it was a decent treat, the dull and unfriendly service put a damper on what was to be a "sweet" experience. Then again, I went to a chain restaurant. Seriously a sad situation at this location. Tried to place an order for a birthday party over the phone. No one answers the phone - goes straight to VM. Drove there to place order in person. Terrible customer service. Unhappy zombies working behind the counter. They were out of the flavors we were wanting without any idea of when they maybe back in stock. It's a Dunkin Donut Baskin Robbins store. Perhaps the donut side of things is helping this store survive - otherwise not sure how it's still in business. As a former Baskin Robbins employee, it pains me to give this location such a bad review. That was my first job over 10 years ago so I know that it can be a little hectic, but I also know when a location is not making items properly. I came here two months ago to get milkshakes with my boyfriend since we live down the street. The young lady at the icecream section was very rude and seemed to be having a day due to the customer before us. We were very polite to her and told her to take her time or a break if she needed before helping us. We ordered a strawberry and rocky road milkshake and both came out extremely watery and tasted like lightly flavored milk. I watched her scoop only one kids scoop for each Medium shake... which is not correct. Before I even got a chance to ask her to fix them, she stormed off into the back slamming the blenders into the sink. I didnt pay for them and left them on the counter. Today I ordered again from them on Uber eats, hoping it was just a bad day. Again my milkshakes taste like giant cups of milk with syrup... watery and you can tell they didn't actually use icecream because there are no chunks of nuts from the Rocky Road at all. I paid $20 for a cup of whole milk and another with a dash of syrup apparently.... It wasn't even the same girl who made the shakes because I spoke to a man on the phone when they called to say they didn't have strawberry. I wasn't able to get a refund through Uber eats and just threw my money away. Definitely would not recommend. read more

I went here after Urgent Med. I was super lucky because it was the 31st and every 31st day of a month that has that day, it is $1.50 scoops!! I have been craving their mint chocolate chip ice cream forever! It was heaven!!! The employee who served me was super nice, personable, and friendly. We had a nice conversation and she was super enthusiastic, which I needed after Urgent Med! Baskin Robbins' ice cream is still the same as it was 20+ years ago when I went all the time as a teen. Baskin Robbins what can I say? One of the first places I ever knew that had a variety of ice cream flavors. I feel it has diminished into the abyss amongst all the newbies on the block mixing on marble, etc. Quite frankly they are all over priced I think in just getting an ice cream cone. I got a deal, 1quart $4.99 of prepackaged. The flavors are still wonderful and the sole employee was very courteous. I'm giving this 4 stars because the prices are just way too high. I will always love the flavors but rarely purchase. I feel sad for children today. This establishment was a treat I got as a child and it didn't break my parents wallet. First time visiting this location of Dunkin Donuts with a Baskin Robbins. We came here because they had a great deal on ice cream, and it was well worth it! I got the sundae with 2 huge scoops of 2 different flavors, topped with whipped cream, nuts, hot fudge, and a cherry. They have unique ice cream flavors, and one that even had chips and pretzels in it! The staff were very friendly and patient as we sat there taste testing a few different flavors. July 7 at 7:28pm Davie location store #338680 on 2321 S University Dr. I went to Baskin Robbins for the first time in 9 years since I've been here in Florida I came with my son and Mother so happy enjoying the night, Until I walked in to this store we order ice cream my son and I and Robin W served my son a broken cone and when I told her it was broken she gave me a very small cup which was impossible to fit. Then she served my mother who cannot see well from one eye she gave my mother her warm cookie sundae and it fell apart because the cup was to small causing the cookie to drop and the cherry flew onto the counter. My mother then ask where was the other cookie she said very nasty and rude its under the ice cream. The ice cream spilled all over my mothers shoes and not one apology. I ask this lady what was her name and she said its on the receipt very unprofessional. After I asked Ms. Robin W for her Manager she ignore me and charged my mother and kept breathing very heavily like if she was in disgust to serve us I felt discriminated being a Latin woman as well as a latin family. I have never in my 45 years have ever been treated like this lady treated me and my family I am a retired Police officer and I have never treated anyone like that and I believe that she should have apologized to my mother and ask if she would of like to re do the ice cream she just looked at us and walked away. Not good for business I will let my friends and family know how this employee treated my family. I hope that something will be done if not I will reach out to the media she was racist and very unprofessional and did not have any customer service skills she needs to be trained again and must know the customer is always right if you don't like your job find another one she ruin my evening with my mother and son so disappointed with this lady she was so arrogant. read more

Had a terrible experience at the BR in Davie on University and SR84. This was just awful. I walked in with my friend and the staff member for BR was on the other side (DD) eating a bagel. She squinted over at us, giggled with her coworkers, and kept eating. When I signalled her that we wanted some ice cream she said that all the ice cream is in the back and I have to wait for them to put it back bc they just cleaned it. I asked her how long that might take and she said she had no idea. I said I don't mind waiting & that id pay in advanved for it. She said well I don't want to charge you bc what if you don't like the ice cream we have.(Who doesn't love BR?) And I told her I came to celebrate the 31st of baskin robbin so i wasn't really picky. She looked at me quizzically and I handed her the two certificates for the 31st celebration and she stared at me and said it wasn't the 31st with such a strong conviction. I showed her my watch and she went to her coworkers to "verify" it was the 31st and took another bite of her bagel. She said nothing and another employee asked me if i needed anything. Told him i just was here for icecream since it's the 31st. He was also in shock that it was the 31st. He took a few minutes and i showed him all the balloons and promotional materials they had IN STORE for the 31st and they couldn't believe it. Seriously felt like I was dealing with children. After a few more minutes he brought some ice cream to the front and I told him my selection. When I asked if I can put the scoops in a waffle cone he turned quizzically to the first woman. She said no. I said I didn't mind paying for the cone separately of course and she said "Fine. Then it is 1.39 per scoop." I didn't understand why I would pay for the cone and a bit extra per scoop. I wasn't going to question it but my friend did and said he didn't understand why if it says 1.31 everywhere, why I am going to be charged more bc it is the principle behind it all. She just kept saying (louder and louder), NO! 1.39 EACH SCOOP. I didn't feel like arguing with her and during this time the male employee switched out with another female employee who said she could answer all of our questions. So I simply asked her how much is it for one waffle cone with 3 scoops. She said it is 1.39 per scoop in a waffle cone and then additional for the cone. The first scoop is 1.39 and each additional is regular price unless I want to get them all individually in different cups. I was so confused I was like uhm... okaaaay that doesn't make sense to me. I pointed out the 1.31 sign and she said "whatever, 1.31 and 1.39. Same thing." I explained that it was just confusing and she rolled her eyes. Anyways I proceeded to the register where the first female employee was and she was so impatient with me while I was getting my DD app to work. She even told me to go outside and come back next time with it loaded. I was shocked. I used my credit card but honestly, how it took me an hour to get 3 scoops of ice cream for the 31st celebration is beyond me. I will go to a BR/DD again bc I've had terrible experiences. And if that means I don't go to BR again, I really don't think ill be missing much anymore. Your employees are awful at that location and honestly so ignorant when it comes even to simple numbers, promotions and the days of the week. read more

Ordered (5) Polar Pizzas for my daughters school class birthday celebration. Ordered and paid for a week in advance and specified they were to be cut in 10's (they normally come in 8's) and was told it could go up to 12. I didn't want them to have slivers. When I arrived to pick them up (I called before) the were cut in 8's. Problem as I had 46 kids. They took them to the back to re cut them. I was under a time crunch as I had to be at the school at a certain time. I also explained I had a serving knife, forks and plates. I was told no problem. PROBLEM. None of the pies were cut through to the bottom. Had to struggle with a serving piece in 20 minutes as they staryed to melt. It was a mess. Some big slices some small. All of this for $85. Got 2 stars because the staff was always cordial and the kids liked the pie (does not look like a pizza) albeit melted. VERY DISAPPOINTING as that is a lot of $$ to spend for the class birthday. read more
