It used to really be where you got what you paid for and it was good; Now not so much. it's really a shame because there's not really any place around here to get a good hamburger anymore. If you go there, just know what you may be getting and don't expect a lot.

Bad: This evening my husband and I decided to purchase food from cookout and the elderly lady (mostly Grey hair and aged) had a crappy attitude! Her reason? Suggestion: to avoid miscommunication and/or employees having to repeat themselves, get a better speaker or fix the speaker you have and Have someone who's not rude. It was hard for myself and my husband to hear/understand what she was saying.

The chicken is on a whole different level--perfectly crispy on the outside, crazy juicy inside, and coated in sauces that taste like they were crafted by someone who takes flavor very seriously. The soy garlic? Addictive. The spicy? Just the right kick without overpowering the flavor. I honestly couldn't pick a favorite if I tried. The sides are just as impressive. The fries were ok, need more flavor or crunch. The coleslaw had this tangy, slightly sweet twist that paired perfectly with the chicken. Service was friendly, fast, and attentive. The staff offered samples of the different sauces prior to placing our order which was appreciative so you knew what you were getting and wouldn't be disappointed. Clean space, great vibe, incredible food. I've already decided I'm going back for the Ramen! If you're anywhere nearby, do yourself a favor and order the combo--you'll thank me later. Highly, highly recommend!
