I ordered a custom cake for Valentine's Day. When I went to pick up the cake it had someone's else's picture on it. A very nice employee named Bob, made a new cake and gave me a discount. Sadly Bob seemed to be the only competent person working there. The other workers were fighting with each other in front of me and generally acted unprofessional. One give was even wearing shorts even though it was 10 degrees outside.

Receipt detailing the order and a cup of chocolate soft-serve instead of Heath Caramel Brownie Cupfection

Kinda bummed on this one, I ordered the Heath Caramel Brownie Cupfection for me and a cherry-dipped vanilla cone for my girlfriend. When we got to the window the cashier handed my girlfriend her cone but then instead of the cupfection he passed us what was clearly just a small cup of chocolate soft-serve. I stopped him and said "wait, this is the Heath Caramel Brownie Cupfection?" He said "What?" And I repeated "Caramel Brownie Cupfection?" He picked it up, stared at it for a second, and then said "yeah." And handed it back to us. I was feeling a bit defeated and just said "okay" and we left. I've worked in the service industry and can understand how a stressful workday can get a service worker pretty scrambled, so I don't want to be too harsh about this, but at the end of the day I ended up paying extra for a regular ice cream in a flavor I don't even like. Positive points for the ice cream cone my gf got, it looked very tasty!

Gross I'm not even eating the food I ordered here. They continually used a very very filthy rag which I took a picture of. There's old food all over the counter & all over the floor. There is sticky unidentified stuff on the napkin display. Add to my injury they had only one straw and it was broke. This place is just disgusting! Best part of the visit the cook dropped our fish sandwich on the floor picked it up and handed it to us!! After she picked it up from the floor we realized none of them were wearing gloves or hair nets. Normally we would've made them cook it again but I don't think it would get any better. Where in the heck is the health department when you really really really need them. The staff was not friendly to each other at all. Staff that was off duty were making their own food This is our first visit to this Dairy Queen as we are staying in Bozeman for a meeting. UPDATE We threw this crap away. I can't take away the visual of this restaurant.

I asked for a cherry on my ice cream they didn't do it I asked for sprinkles on my ice cream they didn't do it the worst place to ever get ice cream ever They also made the milkshake wrinkle crinkle

So small and over priced. Not to mention that it was melted upon receiving.

The service has sadly become slower and less accurate in the more recent months. The staff doesn't seem to enjoy their jobs and they show it every time we come in.

I ordered the bbq chicken strips and they tasted like they were dipped in cold sauce. It was gross. Couldn't eat. Tossed.

If you need a cake with writing on it don't bother coming here. They are too busy to write on the cakes. If i could give one star I would.

When we came in at around 4pm, there seemed to be plenty of tables available but after an hour, the place quickly filled up. Vibes/Service: Parking lot in the back and it seemed there was some street parking available as well. Many, many tables available with bar seating as well. It can certainly fit a larger group. Great service from our server. Checked on us often and filled up our waters. Food: Because it was our first meal here, we wanted to try out their staple dishes. -Bison Potstickers ($16): 5 pieces topped with mango and garlic chili sauce and served with some coleslaw. Rich and filling, paired well with the sauce. Would order this again! -Bison Patty Melt ($22): it was my first time eating Bison, the waiter suggested medium rare. It looked more red than I usually like but it actually was juicy and tasty-- I guess this is the difference between a regular beef patty. I'd also order this again. -Served with pepper parmesan fries which was so uniquely food. Fries were fresh. -Huckleberry Cream Ale ($8/pint) paired well with my meal.

My server knew the special menu, regular menu and drinks very well. I ordered the bison patty melt and tots for the meal and the Bridger Hazy IPA for the drink. The bartender recommended the IPA and it was excellent. The homemade tots were great. A shredded potato in the middle, nice and creamy and crunchy exterior. Feedback was there were only 5 on the plate. Definitely could use more. The bison patty met was perfectly cooked. A lot of folks overcook and dry out the bison. It was perfectly medium and juicy. Feedback would be a little char on the patty would be great. The service really tailed off in the end, it was not super busy and they had about 5 servers behind the bar. I sat there for at least 15 min until another bar tender asked if I wanted another brew and my server came about 5 to 10 later to attend to things.

Our waitress was very kind, provided great service & great recommendations! We had the FRITES & FONDUE for an appetizer, fries were great, the Parmesan was a nice touch and the fondue didn't have a lot of flavor. We both loved the our entrees, as we continued our meal seeing all the other entrees going to tables we are excited to come back to try the vast options on the menu. The Fungi Pizza: This is our usual go-to, but the dine-in version was totally off. For takeout, they pack the greens separately so you can control the heavy lime flavor, and they include a cream of mushroom sauce that makes it incredibly creamy. In the restaurant, they forgot the cream sauce entirely and piled the greens on top with so much lime it tasted like biting into lemons. We tried adding salt and pepper to cut the intense acidity, but it didn't help at all. The Japan Chicken: On the plus side, the Japan Chicken was excellent--incredibly juicy and crispy. This dish is actually much better when you dine in. When we get it for takeout, it loses its crunch and ends up feeling like a basic chicken nugget. Definitely order this one fresh at the table.

It was insanely busy, there were people everywhere waiting for their lunch. Our food was delicious I really enjoyed the turkey bacon club- wouldn't change anything. My husband had the muffetta & enjoyed the flavor the only comment he had was that it was very oily and could have used a little less, even eating it with the wrapper on, oil leaked out onto his jeans. Overall we enjoyed our experience & would love to come back, their donuts looked delicious as well! The only thing we noticed is the flow of the restaurant could be improved so it's not so chaotic, people don't really know where to go - it seems like the ordering spot should be at the other end rather than having people cut across the restaurant and tables where people are eating & they don't know where to line up- like I said it was very crowded but we will be back the food is great- just wish the flow of the place was more organized for a better experience.

Beef Tallow Donuts?! Say less…read more Lone Peak Provisions donuts have been popping up on my Instagram feed forever. It feels like everyone and their mamas were getting these donuts except me! Well, that didn't last long because I finally got my hands on them and they're so good! There are a few donut places in town but this sure stands out. Fried in beef tallow, these donuts fill your craving for a guilty pleasure without giving you that almost regrettable feeling after you eat them. They offer a nice variety of flavors but my stand outs have to be the original glazed, Nutella, and huckleberry. I thought I would really love the creme brulee but the cream inside had a strange sour tang to it that my palette did not enjoy. If you don't have a sweet tooth, Lone Peak Provisions also serves up very tasty smashburgers and beef tallow fries! A very reliable lunch spot for sure.
