The first time I ever came to this Dairy Queen will be my last I had got the chicken strips with French fries asked for honey mustard for the sauce and my food taste like it was stale the fries where cold and my chicken strips was warm the nastiest fast food I ever had I feel like they played a joke on me and they never gave me my sauce I thought they was being nice until I got my food and drove off. This place is a joke every time I come here they are closed earlier then hours posted. Tonight the dining room is scheduled until 9:30pm and they locked the doors at 8:30pm. Horrible experience. Came through the drive through at 9:50, knowing I still had 10 minutes until they closed. Employee informed me they were close. Absolutely disturbing environment. When looking through the drive through window it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a year. Stuff absolutely everywhere- disgusting. If you enjoy being disrespected, disregarded and unappreciated, this is the place to go. I went inside the store and there was one person in front of me whom was being mistreated. I waited for 20 minutes after placing my order and still was not acknowledged. When I asked about my order, the young woman hollered that she was handling the front alone. Meanwhile there were 8 other employees walking around, joking and just standing around. The drive-thru was (and is always) over crowded and the lobby within the store is not well kept. Thankfully, the manager was nice enough to give me my money back without any attitude (unlike her employee). Uhm, for starters... Its a Dairy Queen so i wasn't having high hopes across the board on this being a 5star establishment. That being said, when i went through the drive through they messed up my order, and when they went to fix it. I got just about the saddest excuse for a dipped cone there is. It was below 6 degrees out and it somehow was already melting by the time they reached over and gave it to me. Worst Dairy Queen ever. First, we tried to find a table that was not dirty, which was impossible. There was one table with ants on it and one with whipped cream. We had to grab paper towels to clean a decent table. Next, my grandmother ordered a chocolate sundae with nuts, medium sized. When she got her order it was in a medium cup, but the sundae was tiny and didn't even fill the cup a bit. Best of all, it had no nuts. read more

We came to this location for their children's miracle network charity event. A portion of every blizzard purchased goes to the charity. We started with dinner, both of us ordering regular cheeseburgers, but we were given bacon cheeseburgers instead. This would typically not be a complaint... who doesn't want bacon? BUT, the bacon on both burgers was not cooked. Perhaps the bacon is par-cooked before arriving at the restaurant, but this had not been thrown onto the grill to finish the cooking process. I am pregnant and cannot have undercooked meats, nor would I ever eat raw bacon even if I was not pregnant. I was hesitant to even eat the burger considering the fact that the sandwich had now been contaminated by the undercooked bacon but I'm a champ, and just pulled it off before eating the burger. I understand that they were busy, and perhaps overlooked the bacon issue, but we hadn't even asked for bacon, so there's a chance that they mixed our order with someone else's. Either way, the onion rings and blizzards were good, as well as the burgers after the raw bacon was removed. I'm sad to say, however, that undercooked meat is an automatic deduction of stars. read more
