Only complaint is they could have better soup spoons. Bring your own if you are partial to deeper soup spoons, which is petty in the big picture of it all. My dad is picky as I will get out. The food is usually spot on for a fast food location, Whataburger has a differing taste than other locations, and they are still fairly large in comparison to all of the others that have shrinking buns and meat. The spicy ketchup is always amazing! YUM! Large fries are larger than anywhere else. The staff is hit and miss in their kindness. Usually they are kind and good, there have been a few times when they have seem extremely preoccupied. I'd caution everyone to check their drinks when going through the drive through, they often get our tea wrong. I always order unsweet, tho often it's confused with sweet.

Thrills, a clean establishment, most of the time I went in there I had to wait for the staff to come out from the back. The soda machine issue was not a big deal, they did give us bottled sodas as a substitute. Substitute I charge us the same price as the fountain machines.
