They wound up shorting one of the hot lines to neutral, which caused 240V to be supplied to 120V circuits. This caused an electrical fire by overloading multiple transformers. If I had not been near one of the transformers when the electrical service was restored, our home quite literally could have burned down. The result was heavy smoke damage and multiple appliances needing to be replaced. Even though a forensic expert was sent to our home by our insurance agency who confirmed KD's negligence, they have refused to cover the expenses for the smoke mitigation and appliance replacements.

I told them they were no longer needed another company responded fast and did the work before they even called me back. Action electric is definitely not a company interested in fast service.
