We were referred to CB by another trusted mechanic because the scope of working needing to be done was larger scale and he knew it could be done faster and likely less expensive at Lilburn Auto. Good mechanics typically know good mechanics and know bad referrals could reflect back on them as well as good referrals. We remain grateful for the referral. In the two instances we've gone to CB, he's been responsive, kept us informed, been honest about options, potential outcomes, and guided us to best solution for the situations at hand. It's clear they care about the work they do and appreciate their customers. Most recently, we had an issue on the eve of a holiday. We called, explained the noises and what we thought were going on. They fit us in, had it diagnosed and gave us an estimate and said they could get it fixed by end of day, which they did. They gave us a heads-up of things to be on the lookout for (some we were already aware of), but no pressure or scare tactics. The bill for parts and labor was in line with our expectations. As an added bonus, we get three free months of Sirius XM thanks to an affiliate program. In a world where so many are out to make a quick buck and not care about customer service, quality, integrity and kindness, CB /Lilburn Auto are a refreshing exception to the rule.

Thankfully, there was indoor, air-conditioned space available to wait comfortably due to the high temperatures that day. Service was detailed, as far as fluid levels being checked and advise on next service period, etc. As an FYI, parking is a bit tight due to volume and was advised by AD to park location directly across the street until being serviced. Think more "custom, old school, Japanese car experts". This place is a true diamond in the rough, large sea of auto repair shops. I own a heavily modified road racing Datsun 260Z. I learned quickly from several sources that word on the street was to call Garage Zero for my Z car needs. Calling these guys was the best thing I ever did. I can't tell you how happy I've been with the family like approach and care that I've received from these kind folks. This isn't your typical "I need an oil change" type of place. But not to say that they won't give you one if that's all you need. You can expect to be treated like a human being when you call - that's pretty cool in itself. You can also expect real, old fashioned HONESTY. Do you remember what that is? I had a long list of repairs and mods that my Z needed. Everything from tuning carbs to finding a nightmare electrical problem caused by all of the previous custom work I had done prior to seeing Garage Zero. There wasn't anything that John "the owner" couldn't tackle with a smile on his face. Most people would give you lip service about this or that, but not John. He just dives in and tells you like it is in a straight, honest, and friendly manner. No condescending talk, or long lectures from John. He's calm, cool and friendly.
