    Dinner AYCE

Chose this restaurant after seeing Guy Fieri stop by. To order AYCE, you have to get all meats for the 1st round, then you're allowed to pick and choose any meat after. But honestly, by the time 2nd round hit there wasn't anything I wanted seconds of. Cuts were thick and had almost no flavor. They also don't have many oils or other condiments to choose from, only their premade sauces (mild, regular, hot). Beer was mid. Service was fine. Overall, wouldn't go here again.

I was really craving some Korean bbq when we were visiting Denver and saw that this place was fairly close by to our Airbnb. There is a parking lot available, so you should have no problem finding a spot. When my boyfriend and I walked in, we noticed we were the ONLY ones there on a Monday night. Albeit, it was about 6 pm, we kinda thought maybe some other people would roll around later on; but nope, we were literally the only ones there the entire time. Luckily, we were greeted quickly and sat down. We had already decided to get the AYCE, so it was about $38 each person. The way they do AYCE was a little odd to me though. You don't really choose which meats you get, they kinda just give it to you all at once. Additionally, keep in mind that the galbee is only given ONCE. That was a bummer for me cause that's my favorite dish to get at Korean bbq. Anyway, the meat itself was okay, not really seasoned, and the only sauces they give you are the bbq sauces they have. They don't have ponzu, soy, etc. for other options. It was a bit odd to me, but I'm not sure if it's cause I'm used to being served differently in Houston? The sides, I hate to say, were probs the best part about this place. The cucumbers were tasty and crunchy, and the mashed potato was good too. I guess I should start cherishing the Korean bbq spots at home more often cause this place was unfortunately not it ;(

We went to celebrate a job milestone and were so disappointed by the service and food. The host was very friendly but our waitress was pretty horrible. She had 4 tables (this was a Thursday night) and literally abandoned our table. She wouldn't come take our order and the manager actually ended up taking over on service. We paid for the all you can eat which was not cheap and the food was not good. I've attached a picture of the "garlic edamame"- the artificial garlic paste from a tube made it inedible. The meat cuts were poor and the flavor wasn't all that special. Best part was the s'mores for dessert, put for $140 the experience was just bad.

Tried a new meal at Korean BBQ. Called Bee Beem Bhop. It was very flavorful and the rice cooked while you ate. The stone bowl cooks the rice with egg and butter that you mix in. Makes it crunchy rice. Little heavy for me on the butter tho. But good.

The food was delicious and the servers are so attentive. Love the traditional condiments that comes with the meal. Only thing I would be concerned about it the tight quarters

This was my first Korean bbq experience and it did not disappoint! I wish the server asked if it was our first time because an assumption was made and there was not much explanation about the process until we asked, but the food was delicious and the all you eat deal can't be beat! It was such a fun experience cooking the meat at the table. They also had regular tables and a bar area available if you don't want to grill at your table. They kept the food coming too upon request. I'm excited to try it again and explore more of the menu.

I can not say enough wonderful things about this restaurant. It was our first wedding anniversary, and we were driving to Breck and wanted to have something unique for our dinner. We do the super fancy dinner thing often and wanted more of an experience. After doing some research, my husband narrowed it down to Dae Gee, and we decided to make a stop in Denver and eat. This was soooo good. I am not going to lie, I was a tad nervous at first because I am extremely particular when it comes to meat. But this place did not disappoint. Everything was so flavorful and so good. It was also really fun to make things yourself right in front of you. We both took turns and really enjoyed the whole experience. If you are looking for some good fun and a unique, fun experience, this is your place!

Out of all the Dae Gee's I've been too, this is by far the worse. From the moment I parked my car, to the moment I left, my experience sucked. Located on Broadway, there is hardly any parking. I did go here when it just recently snowed. I parked on Broadway so I got out with snow up to my calves. Not that this is Dae Gee's fault, but it does paint a picture of what to expect. The small parking lot next to the restaurant was full, so that wasn't an option. Walking in, I immediately noticed that this is the smallest Dae Gee restaurant. We were fortunate enough to get a table past the front. Or else we would have had to cook with the slower burners that were located at the front. Floors were greasy, so walking will have to be with caution. Service was pretty poor. After we got seated and got our first round of meats, it was hard to get their attention. I didn't get any refills off water, 2nd round of meats we had to wait a while, and they messed up our order. Our second round I didn't get what I asked for. Got pork instead of beef... Meats I would say is pretty consistent with the other Dae Gee's. I will say that the experience wasn't good because they didn't provide additional appetizers on the 2nd round. Other Dae Gee's do. The bottles of sauces were dirty to the touch. Doesn't seem like they aren't cleaned. If you are ever around this part of town and have the " I don't care where we eat" attitude..... Care enough to not come here. You worse experience close by will be better.

When I was there they brought out all the meats to let us at once to try them all. Then we could ask for more of what we liked.

The experience here is exactly what I want from Korean BBQ: lively, satisfying, and easy to settle into for a while. The cheese corn is an absolute must and easily one of the best sides on the table. The steamed egg was fluffy and comforting, and the meats were the real highlight. The pork belly was rich and well cut, the bulgogi was flavorful, and the short ribs were tender and cooked beautifully. Add a few bottles of soju and suddenly you've lost track of time in the best way. This is the kind of place you go with friends, order generously, and just enjoy the night. The quality of the meat is good, the portions were big enough for the two of us, but definitely would not be enough if there were more in our party. This isn't an AYCE place like many other Korean BBQ restaurants, so expect to pay per meat selection. The prices are comparable to other non-AYCE restaurants in Aurora though. Total for the two of us: about $200, which included the tip. We dined on a weeknight so there wasn't a wait but I assume there is one on the weekends since the restaurant is fairly small. The service was fast and friendly and they checked on us often. Brush up on your parallel parking since only street parking is available.

At least for lunch combo, the thoughtful assortment of main dish and side dishes as well as soup of the day are very satisfactory. Their food is little bit more on a savory side compared to other Korean restaurants who use too many spices. Before I met Baekga, i was pretty disappointed in local franchises of Korean eateries in Colorado, but Baekga not only they have very calm and toned down atmosphere for pleasant meals, it is the venue I would actually bring my visitors to. The location is little far for me to explore their dinner menus but I would love to when I am nearby next time. Champagne kimchi was inspiring. I never had any kind of Kimchi taste like this. I really praise for the creativity. It would be a good pair with a variety of food such as charcuterie board, katsu, sausage dish, barbecue, and simple with wine! I personally liked Dakgangjeong, Beef radish soup (soup of the day), and champagne kimchi from my visit. Frankly, this venue maybe a polarizing Korean restaurant especially for Korean natives, but I personally think this venue deserves more recognition compared to other local Korean franchise in Denver/Aurora who just serve the food items but not the sincerity and/or creativity.

The meat is some of the best I've had in CO. It was very tender and fell off the bone very easily. The La galbi was so good and flavorful. When it's mixed with the onions and veggies and rice, everything tastes really good combined. I would skip on the pancakes because they were a little burnt. We saw a different one come out and it was also burnt. Otherwise, eat around because it's quite flavorful.
