The bartender was awesome. We went there for lunch. The first pizza they brought out was burnt after a long wait. The second pizza - with a long wait - I think will be delicious. The bartender I believe was embarrassed. I'm really sorry how Daddy'os has gone downhill. The bathrooms are absolutely nasty. It's the same drunks there every day. Had a girls day with a friend and after pedicures, needed a place close by for lunch. I've driven by hundreds of times but never stopped in. When you first walk in, it's quite dark...definitely a tavern feel to it. Seemed like a lot of locals were there- all friendly, telling us the food to try. The waitress was nice and very welcoming. Service was great. We ordered Flatbread pizzas, side salad and pilot grigio. The side salad was huge with yummy cheese filled garlic knots and the pizzas were fantastic! The wine was lovely and a generous pour! Looks like a great musical venue and I'd love to come back for that! Overall I'm happy we found this place and I'll definitely be back! read more

it is a disappointment. I used to go there and have the best times but then it went under new management and they fired their best bartender because she was pregnant. she was amazing and I used to travel all the way from hampton to do their karaoke there and she always took care of me and my friends but since she is gone I will not be going back. I can't support a restaurant that would fire a woman for being pregnant and I don't believe anyone else should either. may want to reconsider spending your money here due their clear discrimination! read more

This place has become our little local. Super-cold beer (Shiner Bock on tap and my TX SO is jumping for joy), they also have some amazing weeknight deals, like $20 unlimited crab leg Wednesdays, and 50c wings on Tuesdays (if I remember the night correctly). One of my fave things about Daddyo's is their calzones. They are not stingy with their fillings! Meat lovers had more meat in it than a butcher's shop. Atmosphere, decor, and service are casual. I am pretty torn on this place...on one hand their food is pretty decent, and their staff is a great bunch of folks, but their restaurant on Richmond Road is a train wreck. I think at some point they changed hands, so I guess it's not their fault, but the open kitchen concept only works if you are going to have an immaculate kitchen, at least what is exposed. The carpets are pretty tracked up, and that makes me wonder the standard of cleanliness with regards to the food. Like maybe I need to pop an antibiotic with my meal. Stopped in on our way back home after a long weekend. From the outside it looks decent. A little rough on the inside. It is more of a bar than a restaurant. Service was just ok, nothing to write home about. We decided to order the kids chicken tenders, wings (it was $.69 wing day!), and a Stromboli. Food took awhile to come out, probably about 30 minutes. First thing I noticed was the tenders were WAY over done to the point where you couldn't even tell there was chicken. So it took about another 10 minutes for the waitress to come back for us to order more. These came out not as burnt but still super dry. I think the problem is they are soooooo thin they are just in the fryer too long. The Stromboli was HUGE! It was delicious! The wings were also pretty decent just need more sauce. Would definitely go back to try the pizza. Would never order the chicken tenders again tho! read more

I just spent 45 minutes trying to place an order over the phone. The young, and definitely inexperienced girl on the phone could not comprehend the simple order i was trying to place. Repeatedly put me on hold every time she had to do something as simple as take my credit card. I was told they didn't deliver to a place they delivered the day before which took us 10 minutes to figure out. The final straw was when they finally picked the phone back up after being put on hold once again and being on the phone for 45 minutes and she repeated back to me a complete wrong order. at which time i told her not to worry about the order. it was a complete disaster of an experience and wasted almost an hour of my life.. i really hope they get there stuff together because they do have good food and id hate to see them continue to conduct business in such a manner. read more

She could care less if you were there. this was not the first time I've been in, We were finally served with a glum and very poor attitude from the bartender with the long black hair. She seemed bothered that she had to wait on us. She was talking to people at the other end of the bar and eating her meal. We were astonished by her lousy attitude ! My friend picked this place for a girls night. Its good at everything you expect-- cheap beer, fun ambience, and cheap good food. First things first I've been here many times, I live in the area. Their food is atrocious. The amount of flies in that restaurant is concerning. They definitely need a renovation. Outside overhang is covered in bird poop for who knows how long. Bathroom door doesn't even have a proper lock. Sad. Disappointing. The only thing they HAD going for them was karaoke and bands. The pizza is delicious and amazing they also have great sandwiches. My husband can't get enough if the bistro sauce on his herb chicken havarti sandwich. The owners are super nice and remember us when we come in. The only downside is how long the food takes to come out, it was faster before they moved into their currently location. First things first, I take everything into consideration when I write reviews. My reviews are based upon cleanliness, price, quality and atmosphere. That being said, we ordered take out so I can't really speak on the cleanliness. Prices are a little steep but their subs come with fries which is a nice extra! I don't believe that's advised on their menu but I may have missed it. We ordered the buffalo bites and maybe 6 small balls came in an order which was a bit pricey for the amount you get. They were tasty though! The buffalo chicken sub however, was PHENOMENAL! The bread, sauce, the chicken...all was super tasty and fresh! The atmosphere was a little...rough. The bar was crowded with older men who stare at you like vultures when you come in the door. Will we be back? Definitely. Will we bring our toddler with us? That's a hard no. read more

Visited this spot every time we visit Williamsburg (first time was at the end of the building vice its current location). Garlic knots and pizza are the best here. Staff was friendly and rather quick to assist. The facility itself was clean. Would recommend 100% and will visit again when we are back in town. read more

DaddyO's has moved a couple of doors down to a much nicer and roomier place. Much better atmosphere. A nice family establishment where the owners come around to check on you. Entertainment many nights... awesome one man act Johnny St Clair on Wednesday's---get there early to get a table as he is popular. As for their food...awesome Philly Cheesesteak sub, French dip, calzones are great, great burgers, alot of friends love their pizza but it's not my favorite. They recently started all-you-can-eat crab legs on Wednesday's. There are a couple of places in town with this special and this is my least favorite place for it but it's still decent. Why they chose Wednesday for this popular meal is beyond me because there is already such a huge crowd Wednesday for Johnny already. I frequently eat their sub for lunch. You won't be disappointed. If you haven't been to Daddyo's in a while i suggest you go back. Once just a pizza place it's now a sit down restaurant (with live music on friday nights). Food is great, the service is excellent, owner is very friendly and the draft beer is ice cold. Enjoyed a late dinner recently - guest and I ordered appetizers and cold draft beers. I had the soft tacos with chicken and he had the calamari. the soft taco appetizer was HUGE and delicious! 3 full tacos plus homemade salsa. The calamari was flavorful and perfectly cooked although my guest thought the portion was a bit small he still enjoyed the dish. well worth the visit! read more

There were flies buzzing around my food and our fellow skank waitress did nothing but ignore us and felt it appropriate to flirt with the men at the bar, none of which she actually serves. I've only been in this area for almost 4 months and have been going to daddyo's for about 3 months. Each time I went in, I had a great experience! Great service and delicious food! The staffs are kind and awesome. I love their food. I've had their wings, fries, cheese fries, and pizza. My coworkers have had their burgers and absolutely loved it! Whenever I go over to order, I always ask if they could bring it over to my job- since I normally order for my lunch- and they normally say yes and bring it right over for me! I love this place, everything was just a wonderful experience. So I highly recommend this place as either for a dinner night with family/friends, or just a hang out with friends and have some beer! Visited Daddyo's this past Sunday around lunch time. When we arrived there was a table of four in the restaurant. When we chose to sit at a booth, it had no plates on the table, yet was not wiped off. We had to ask the waitress to wipe it off for us. We all ordered sweet tea, which was not yet brewed and waited a long time for our tea to be served. The waitress took our order for 5 without writing down anything. My husband ordered an appetizer that came with the meal, but was supposed to come as an appetizer. Another member of our group tried to order a small caesar salad but was offered a regular side salad with a PACKET of caesar dressing. The lettuce in the side salad was slightly brown. We also had to remind our waitress that it had been ordered, yet not served. Our meals took a very long time. Four of us finally received our meals while my husband waited an additional 7 minutes for his meal and appetizer. The table next to us also had it's meals arrive at very different times. I ordered a calzone and it was very overcooked. The tomato sauce that came with the calzone tasted like it came from a tomato paste can. The bowl the tomato "sauce" was in had clearly been microwaved as you could see the dried splatters all over the edges. The waitress barely acknowledged the extended time we had to wait for our food,or the fact that the food had arrived at different times. My son did accidentally spill his lemonade and she helped us clean it up. I do hope that other visitors to Daddyo's have a much more positive experience than my family did. The interior is very nice, but the food and service leave much to be desired. read more

They used to be good before they began having live music. We have since had them deliver to our home a few times- each time got worse. Most recently, they couldn't find our house and when we called after an hour, they delivered the same cold pizza. I called to complain and the manager offered to give it to is for "half off." We sent the cold pizza back, saved our money, and now go to Bellisimo's. read more
