Went for national buffalo wing day and had kind service, good wings, and a little bit of slow service but to be expected on a day where they had a wing special going on. Still lots of seating with TV's throughout and lots of booths and tables, as well as a large bar area. They also now have moist towelettes on each table! Win! read more

Next to no service, the initial wings were like shoe leather, the grilled chicken sandwich would be better served as a deer salt lick.... Just very poor quality. So disappointing! I don't ever rip bars or service online but tonight warranted a terrible review. I've never seen a bar with bartenders that 1). forget you ordered a beer and 2). don't know how to pour a beer. I'm not kidding. The manager was a huge part of the problem as well as she kept going behind the bar to talk to the bartenders who then forgot to fulfill orders. This bar is one of the most poorly staffed and mismanaged bars I've ever seen and I'm 58 years old. Ownership either doesn't care or has no idea how poorly run their restaraunt is. We should've gone to Sportsmans Grill but wanted a good sports atmosphere for the USA soccer game. Won't happen again. The couple who left us their seats left in disgust too and warned us. My husband and I normally love buffalo wild wings. This is by far the worst location we have ever been to. We have had one successful sit down meal here where we got our food within 10-15 minutes. We have been getting to go orders from them the past few months. It takes at least 10 minutes to tell anyone on staff that you are there and waiting. Everytime we are sitting and waiting for our food for well over 45 minutes to an hour for orders that most the time are wrong. There is little sauce on the wings. UPDATE: 12/12/25 We waited a long time for our order again tonight. We had already been sitting for 25 minutes waiting for our food when someone came out and told everyone waiting that they had JUST put the wings in to fry. We visited this location on a Sunday afternoon. First off, it took 10/15 minutes for anyone to approach us when we arrived. We ordered and half of the table got their food, but they had to wait to eat because there was no silver ware. They were done eating and the rest of our group did not have their food yet. Also one person in our group ordered a strawberry margarita. It was horrible and taste like medicine. Some of the food was cold and some was hot. Whoever manages this location needs to improve service and get more staff. Our poor waiter was running back-and-forth. He had so many tables he couldn't get to them all. He was very apologetic. The chicken was extremely hard and every time we come here the following day my credit card is overcharged for the waiter adds a tip on for themselves, I take pictures of all my receipts when I come here due to the fact, the waiters wanna add tips on for themselves. I always leave my tips in cash, so I'm not sure why the waiter feels the need to write on the receipt and add another tip. My co-worker and I came here for a Veteran's Day meal being offered. The restaurant was busy and was initially told there was about a 30 minute wait. They sat us at a high top in the bar area instead so we only waited 10 minutes or so. The waitress took our drink orders and we also ordered the chips and queso. The queso came out and was lukewarm at best. We just let it ride. We ordered our food, both got the 10 piece boneless wings and fries that were offered as the special for vets. Our wings came out quick and were served hot. They had good flavor. I was happy to see the restaurant full of veterans, young and old, partaking in meals with their families and fellow vets! My only complaints are that the queso was lukewarm and that I watched a few veterans get turned away because they wanted to order to go orders and couldn't. According to what was posted online they could've came in and placed in order at the "Go" counter. They were told it was only extended to veterans eating in the restaurant. They were told this particular restaurant "is not" considered a Go location, See below for what was posted online. "On November 11, 2024, Buffalo Wild Wings will offer 10 free boneless wings and fries to veterans and active-duty service members with valid ID. Available for dine-in or, if ordering from a Buffalo Wild Wings GO location, available for walk-in/orders placed at the counter only." My fiancé and I and our son went to this location a couple of weeks ago. Our waiter was very friendly so there was no complaints there but man the wings were SO hard. You can tell they'd probably been sitting for who knows how long. My fiancé and I were brought out our food way before my sons was (our son is a toddler). 10 minutes go by of me and my fiance already beginning to eat our food and the waiter just kept passing by, it's almost like staff/kitchen forgot about it. I also want to note that we were at a table very close to the kitchen and it smelt very strongly of weed... Out of all the times we have been to this specific location, I can now say this is the one time that I have been extremely disappointed. Not only did we wait at the door for 30-35 minutes, but during that time NOT ONE employee came and talked to us or gave us any sort of status on service. There were over 20 times an employee passed us, looked at us and basically pretended we did not exist. After roughly 38 minutes, we finally were seated at an extremely sticky table. Once we were seated, it took another 10 minutes to just place an order, even though there were two other tables that were sat after us that already had drink and appetizers ON THEIR TABLE. An order was placed, and once again, we waited roughly 10 minutes for sodas and a water (no other alcoholic drinks ordered). We were a simple party of three with no crazy requests. As we were waiting for our sodas and a water, the two other tables that were sat AFTER US, that had larger parties, already finished their appetizers and had refills. I should mention that during this time, they weren't too busy with NUMEROUS open tables. I will say, the one positive thing about our visit was how quickly the food came out, but it appears they sacrificed time over quality. The fries were extremely greasy with some of them being undercooked, our boneless wings were lukewarm, along with flat sodas. If we could pick a star and make it 0.5, we definitely would. BE WARNED. The overall appearance was dirty and gross and the employees were all negative, swearing at one another or under set their breath. There was no sense of teamwork. Absolutely garbage service and the restaurant was almost empty on a Monday evening. We entered and opted to sit at the bar thinking it would be quicker and less intrusive in case there was minimum staffing. If your restaurant is historically known for below average food, at least try to compensate for it with better quality of service. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Came with my daughters. We are big B-dubs fans been to numerous ones on the east coast. This particular one we didn't even stay to eat. It smelled like stale cigarettes where we where seated. The air just felt dirty like the whole restaurant was just dirty floors haven't been cleaned in who knows how long the seats felt sticky. It was just disgusting there was no way I would trust anything coming out of the kitchen if they are ok with keeping the seating area that nasty. The building is right beside a cigar shop which is my initial red flag, idk if it is the vent or what but BWW should not smell like a cigar shop as well...When we arrived the hostess was there and saw us walking in, she was on her phone and immediately left her station and made us wait and knew it as well, so we were patient and she showed back up about 3 minutes or so later. The next issue was when we got our appetizer the fried pickles were barely fried and they sent out my youngest sons food which was the chicken tenders, the tenders were fine but the fries were cold like they came out of the fridge. About 30 minutes later my oldest son, wife and my food appeared to which it was ok, they were all boneless wings and we had celery and carrots.
