First time and last time here. We got a medium cheese pizza, garlic bread, meatball sub and Cesar salad. The pizza has zero flavor and was greasy. The garlic bread lacked any garlic flavor. The meatball sub was horrible. It tasted like frozen meatballs were heated up and thrown on a very soggy roll. It was drenched in sauce and a pound of cheese. My husband and I were only in town for a little while from San Antonio. We were headed home a decided to stop and grab a DaddyO's Pizza because it was a brick oven pizza. The young lady that worked in the store recommended The Bronx Bomber Pizza and a Pepperoni Roll . When I tell you it was absolutely delicious. The crust and the sauce was to die for. I'm not sure why it had so many stars because my encounter was less than subpar and I was very disappointed. A lot of cheese sticks were burnt and my pizza tasted very dough-y. There was barely any sauce on my pizza, mainly dough and cheese..I love pizza, but not the taste I was going for. The only upside to my order was the chocolate chip cookies. Small location, mostly takeouts I think; however, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The pizza was delicious. Toppings and crust are obviously of the highest quality. In addition to marinara based (which is typical for pizza), DaddyO's also has excellent "extra Virgin" Olive Oil based pizza. We WILL eat here again, for sure! read more

The a/c was off and it was very hot, they carry NO ICE for drinks, only plastic utensils that would not cut the food. The pizza had a great taste but there was barely any pizza sauce on there. Great Pizza. However, be aware that the Shaved Parmesan that used to be on the side is now supposedly used as a topping. I'm pretty sure that even though I paid the $2.50 for it, they did not put it on the pizza. Did not see it or taste it, so you may want to pass on that extra. Also, if you're doing pick-up or dining in, be aware that the bill has a spot for Additional Tip, which I am assuming is for the delivery drivers. So, if you send someone else to pick up the pizza, make sure they know you tipped when you ordered. Yes, it says it on the receipt, but so many people just automatically fill things out. My wife and I dined in, first visit. We ordered large pepperoni pizza. It was at our table within 10-15 minutes. This is real brick oven baked pizza, no conveyor belt pies here.
