unmatched service and knowledge. They seem to have almost anything you can need. Clean and well organized. Friendly and cheerful place to shop. Great selection of paints too read more

They're SUPER helpful. The second you step in the door they offer to help you. Very good prices too. We go there all the time. 5-stars, easily. read more

I had a great experience shopping for paint at Daddario! I was greeted immediately upon walking in and a very knowledgeable staff member was able to quickly find what I was looking for. My paint was mixed and ready to go in under 10 minutes! They also had all the supplies I needed for my project in stock and easy to find. They even carried my paint cans out to my car without being asked! You can't beat Benjamin Moore paints and the service at Daddario reflects that quality. For your next project, skip Lowe's/HD and support your local hardware store! read more

Meant to write this a while ago. I love Daddario. Great local mom and pop hardware store. It's the perfect place to quickly grab a few things for your household needs. The customer service is amazing, they always ask to help you find something immediately when you walk in, which makes it a very quick stop. I don't think I have ever spent more than 2-3 minutes in the store. Always incredibly friendly, prices are fair, and they are always super nice to my son (they gave him candy last time which made his day and now he wants to go back all the time haha) read more

This place is real good. Staff very helpful. Limitation is size. Sometimes you just can't find what you need because of limited inventory. They are always able to order if you can wait. Expert help is very different than big box stores. The can answer questions and give you direction. read more

Extremely helpful and friendly. I ordered a grill today when mine suddenly died . Owner had the grill Dropped off later in the day . All with a smile read more

I've driven by hundreds of times and never stopped in. I was driving by with my son last week when I remembered I needed roofing nails. Inside, I noticed that the woman at the register had her two kids with her, and they had a pizza and soda spread out on a small table. I liked seeing this, made me think that it was probably family owned business. She left the register to show us exactly where the roofing nails were kept. As we were leaving, we noticed another employee locking the door behind us. I looked at the hours on the door and saw that the store had been closed for 90 minutes! They must have been doing inventory when we wandered in, and instead of turning us away they took good care of us. Nice job! Small interdependently owned hardware stores always give you better service than Home Depot or Lowe's. The selection may not be as big, but I almost always find what I'm looking for. read more

This isn't a big box store. The people are really friendly and knowledgeable. If you are looking for something, they don' just give an aisle number, they go,with you to be sure you find it.They pretty much always have what I need and the one time they didn't, they recommended local competitor! I like that attitude so I keep coming back read more

Daddario Hardware & Supply - Hardware Stores Near Me - Franklin, Massachusetts

Stopped by to search for some whiteboard paint, and was immediately greeted by a very friendly woman who lead me to the paint I was looking for. This is the kind of hardware store I prefer. Nothing big box, and the people are knowledgable and want to help you. read more

I purchased a WEBER grill via phone, they were extremely accommodating! They had it assembled and delivered (free of charge as I am in Franklin) within 1 week. Could not have been happier with the whole process. Will definitely shop there again! read more

I love this hardware store. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I often stop in with no clue what I need but after explaining my problem, they offer great solutions, recommendations and tips. read more

Great hardware store with a super friendly and extremely helpful staff. They have quite a selection in stock at the store and even more available in their warehouse for a quick delivery. I made my first trip today and I know it won't be my last. read more

I've known the owners for years. This is by far the best hardware store in the area. They have everything you and and if they don't, I'm sure they will get it. They also have great activities planned to learn new projects and try new products. Love the mom and pops places where they know you and really want to make customer satisfaction #1. read more

Daddario's has everything you need plus especially knowledgeable helpers who are always available. They are very friendly and won't recommend the most expensive item, but rather the best that you need for your purpose. It's a fun store to get the creative juices flowing. We go there often - much easier than the "big box" stores. read more

I've been going there since they opened a few years ago. Although it is a small store compared to the big box stores, they have almost everything that you usually need from a hardware store. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I also like how they stock up more seasonally more than other hardware stores. I found my roof rake there last winter when everyone else sold out. If the first staff doesn't have an answer to your question, usually someone else there does. I find that they bend over backwards for their customers there. Great to have a place like this locally! read more

Stops at this shop are always efficient thanks to helpful and friendly staff. I highly recommend Daddario's.

Good hardware store; great selection; clean store; helpful staff - I rented a lawn tiller. Could not have been better - the equipment was in great shape, priced better than the other stores, and I was in and out within 10 minutes. read more

Sorry but I will go to Home Depot/Lowes any day.. this place is overpriced and the worst part is they have bankers hours. Most people work til 5 or 6 these days but that's the time they close. Just doesn't make sense to me. HD & Lowes have huge selection, low prices, and are open until 10 which is perfect for people who actually work like me! :) read more

Very knowledgeable staff! Always willing and eager to help! I had a recent home project go wrong...went to Daddario's and received great advice and options of products to use. Love a good family business! read more

Wanted a particular product that my regular hardware doesn't carry anymore. Can only get it online. I thought I would check out Daddario Hardware to see if they had it. I have gone by many times and hardly noticed them before. So I stopped in just to check, and was immediately greeted by a very friendly woman. I think her name was Kathy, not sure. They didn't have it, but she ordered it for me to be shipped to the store, so that I would not have to pay shipping to my home. She actually did the whole thing for me, and will call me when they get it. I don't get service anything like this at the regular hardware store where I normally shop, which is closer to home. I have had a hard time getting my regular hardware store to order things they do carry when they are out. Daddario has just made a new customer. I will be glad to drive a bit further for a place where people are so nice and helpful. I'm so glad that I gave them a try. read more
