Don't do business with this company. A door to door salesman showed when my husband was busy outside so he said sure, have their scheduler call me and make an appt for a specialist to swing by to give us an estimate. They called me literally 5 min later and asked if I could meet them at 2pm the next day. I told them no I had a conference call at 2 but I could meet them at 230. The scheduler said that was ok and they could walk around the house at 2 then talk with me when I was avail at 230. I said ok, but told her flat out I wouldn't be making any purchasing decisions when they were here. She said that's fine. Two DeBella representatives showed up at 1:58p the next day which was great b/c it was a few min early so I ran outside and greeted them and told them I had a call but would come back outside at 230p. Guy #1 obvs wanted to give me an introductory spiel and I had to keep telling him I needed to get back in for my meeting. I couldn't spare even 30 seconds. I finally had to actually walk away while he was still talking and told them I'd be back at 230. After my meeting I went outside and gave them the chance to give me the spiel and tell me what they'd discovered, however I told them (again) that I wouldn't be making any final decisions today. Guy #1 started giving me the hard sell. He told me my house was a level 3 deterioration and it was borderline structural damage and I needed to act immediately. He mentioned they do evaluations through a drone, so they would let me know when the quote came back. In the meantime he asked if we could go inside and wait while we talked about what they could do for our house. I said no to going inside but led them around to the backyard patio chairs. He still wanted to go inside and asked if he could use the bathroom. I hesitated but finally relented and walked him in, then waited and walked him back outside. It could have been a legit request but it seemed off. The quote still hadn't come back after an hour and I kept asking when would there be numbers for me to review. He said soon, and was asking me questions about how much we bought the house for, what our debt to income ratio was, what our annual income was, what our credit rating was; basically a LOT of invasive questions just to presumably give me a simple quote for siding. Long story short it took 3 hours for a quote to come back. 3 hours. And then all it ended up being were figures given to Guy #1 on the phone that he handwrote on a piece of paper. He ended up telling me it would be $65k to re-side my house, and wasn't that investment worth it. I continued to reiterate I wasn't going to make a decision today but he kept pushing me. He said he could get me $9k off if I signed today, and wouldn't that be worth making a decision. He then said they'd be willing to give me 72 hours to make a decision. I kept saying No, it wasn't going to be something I'd be jumping into and I would decide on my timeframe, not his. He said when was my husband going to get home b/c they'd like to talk to him, giving me the clear impression that if I wasn't willing to commit then maybe they could talk my husband into it. He continued to push me and kept telling me how important my business was while at the same time not considering my legitimate reasons for waiting to make a commitment (i.e. researching the company, looking at all options, comparing to other contractors, reading reviews, considering the materials they used, etc). He settled into the chair for the long haul and wouldn't take no for an answer. He kept pushing me and I kept saying no. Honestly, this guy didn't get that No meant No. I told them they needed to leave several times, and I eventually escalated it to the point I grabbed my car keys and was going to leave myself just to make them leave but he said they could wait in the backyard until I got back or wait for my husband to get home. My husband called a couple times while they were here and I was keeping him informed that they were pushing me to agree to a $65k contract on the spot and they weren't leaving even when I said no. Finally a little after 6pm my husband got home - this is 4 HOURS AFTER THEIR APPT to just give me an "estimate" - and he was able to get them to leave by aggressively confronting them, telling them to get the f#*& off our property and that we'll never do business with them. They were disrespectful, rude, aggressive, invasive and uncomfortable bordering on creepy. I will tell everyone I know to never do business with this company and to never even agree to get an estimate b/c they won't leave. I can only hope Guy #2, who became increasingly withdrawn and visibly uncomfortable with the way the situation progressed gets out while he still can, and especially before they get themselves arrested for harassment or in a physical confrontation with a homeowner who won't stop at just words to get them off the property. Purchased a new roof through Dabella and have VERY MIXED emotions over it. We set up a consultation based off of a "door-to-door" appearance their sales representative Alex made. It was evident the salesman was knowledgeable about the product however I feel his approach to "making the sale on the spot" was a bit too aggressive and borderline creepy (I even communicated this to him). My spouse and I felt immense pressure to make a commitment immediately verses having time to confer with each other in private. The representative was so "driven" he showed up at my home unannounced at least twice, made multiple same day phone calls/texts to my husband and attempted to reach us over a weekend even though we were VERY CLEAR we wanted to check our finances and discuss this in private amongst ourselves and that WE would get in touch with him. All this under a 5 day period mind you. Fast forward to having the project completed by someone they contracted to do the job: 1) Even though my husband did a physical "walk around" with the representative more than once in order to prevent any miscommunication regarding the agreed upon work to be done...an addendum to our loan had to be done in order to purchase additional material for a portion of the roof we ALL were in agreeance was part of the financed amount/plan prior to the loan docs even being signed. Of course it was discovered soon after the work began that "no, that wasn't included in the quote/plan/financed amount." This was only discovered because my husband was involved on day one and took an inventory of the materials delivered for install and talked with the on-site workers. I can only imagine how much of a mess it would've been had this been discovered at the end of install or after. 2) Our roof install was completed on a Sunday and my husband was able to access the roof by Tuesday and found discrepancies in the work (i.e. unforeseen damage to house, poor installation of materials, etc). Although my husband immediately reached out to Alex (the person who "made the sale") that same day we have not heard a word from him or any company representative after being told "he would get right back to us." 3) Additionally the funds from the financing agency were NOT SUPPOSED TO BE RELEASED to Dabella because of the above mentioned issues. It's supposed to be a policy of the lender to make sure all work is completed and satisfactory to the customer before money is paid in full. However due to some form of miscommunication with the lender the funds have already been released to Dabella. ??? At present I feel this could've been a legit error/miscommunication on behalf of the lender and am hoping they will be rectifying the situation (per our phone call with the lender a day ago they will be taking action and reaching out to Dabella's directly to facilitate a plan of action). Fingers crossed I'm at least right about that. My conclusion: I have found this business has horrible communication skills not only with their customers but also within their own company. Many things the sales rep that came to my home said either did not happen or was found later to be inaccurate. One Example - We were told our satellite dish would be taken down and set aside in order to complete the roofing project and that we would need to contact our satellite provider to have it re-installed. No problem. However.....the roofers took it upon themselves to remount it (backwards AND incorrectly so that it caused unnecessary damage to the newly installed roof and a potential spot for leaking in the future). They are too pushy and aggressive in their sales tactics and tend to "promise the moon" in order to "make the sale." As a consumer I warn you to do your homework, get quotes with competitors and ask many questions before making your decision. Looking back, we take responsibility in the fact that we allowed ourselves to be "smoozed" and taken advantage of a bit and will use this experience as a learning tool moving forward. I strongly feel they do not take pride in the quality of their work nor do they take any pride in customer service. I had Dabella's come out to give me an estimate on a new roof. The gentlemen arrived on time, a huge plus in my book, were friendly and polite. I'm the type of consumer that does my research, especially when it comes to a project as big as replacing a roof. I'm not sure the gentlemen expected me to know as much as I did when they came to give me the estimate. That it was a bit of a surprise that I actually knew what they were talking about. That I was not going to be a "slam dunk" estimate and and sign a contract today. The estimate turned into an hour and a half meeting, not what I was expecting. But during that time I was presented with a lot of information and options related to replacing my roof, thank you. As the "estimate" went on I felt increasing pressure to pick a roof color, finance with Dabella and/or their financial partners and sign a contract right then and there. I felt I as being steered towards a specific roof color just because it was an "overstocked or an "on sale" color. At times I felt like I was buying a car, steadily increasing the pressure to sign a contract today. I finally had to request that we "wrap up" the estimate meeting. Then the salesmen called his boss to "give him the numbers we were talking about". That is when I felt like I was buying a car. Like when the salesperson continuously checks with their manager to negotiate a price. I felt this was odd and something they could have done on their own time, not mine when I requested to "wrap up" the estimate. I am not the type of consumer that will be "pressured" into signing a contract right then and there. And I was not going to be pressured into picking a roof color just because it was "overstock or on sale". I understand promoting your business, telling me all the positive aspects so I will hire your company. I have absolutley no problem with that. That is what doing business and getting an estimate is all about. But I do draw the line at the increasingly negative comments regarding other roofing companies and how they do their business. Once this started I became less and less interested in the estimate. Also I had informed the salesmen that I had already had my financing method in place more than once. Yet they continued to push me towards financing with them, not ok with me. So I thank Dabella roofing for taking the time to give me a roofing estimate. I just don't care for the sales tactics used by this company. After reading several reviews, it seems like I am not the only one with this opinion. I will be contacting Debella roofing to thank them for their time and information. I will also let them know that I will not be going with their company for the reasons I have stated in my review. Very aggressive sales folks who really just pass the baton to real installation folks. Online tagging is also annoying. Estimator DaBella was here and were very nice and very, very overpriced. Read the other 1 star reviews. They are what I experienced. When a DaBella representative called back, I said I was asking for an estimate for replacement of my roof. I specifically said "if you require me to be present so you can give me a 30-90 minute "education on roofs" then I'm not interested in your services." I also said "if you can't write a competitive bid just like the other estimates I have already received, that don't require me to be present for an "education," then I'm not interested in your services. So the DaBella guy said "oh no we don't do that kind of stuff." So the DaBella guy asked me all kinds of relevant and some non-relevant questions about my roof and what I wanted. I'm specific about what I want, and told him 20 squares. Also keep his estimate comparable with the other estimates I've received, by writing for the same quality shingles. After I gave my address and phone number, he asked for a time to meet. Huh? I reminded him what he just agreed to at the beginning of the conversation, and that I don't need to meet him. Just write the estimate like any other reputable roofer does. But no...it's the typical sales gimmicks, "we like to meet with you and your wife and go over the roof options." Roof options translates into a long hard sales pitch that concludes with a "hurry and sign now" because we are booking into next year. Don't you want to invest in our superior-to-anyone-else's shingles that's a little more expensive, but it's going to last 50 years or all your money back? Don't you want that free 2-year no-interest financing we offer? No...because it's not really free. In other words at the beginning of the conversation he lied to me. I don't do business with contractors who aren't honest, and this one demonstrated dishonestly within a 5 minute phone call. read more

I just had my roof replaced by DaBella. I cannot express how impressed I am as well as everyone else who has seen it. The roofers came out earlier than I expected and completed the job in two days! The entire time it was pouring rain. I am especially impressed with how they finished off the valleys on the roof. I would happily refer them to anyone looking to replace their roof. The salesman was very friendly and cooperative and answered his phone if I called with questions, as well as the office staff. Everyone I dealt with at DaBella was pleasant to deal with. read more

Shocking that these people are still in business. Their scam begins at the first step: high pressure sales tactics targeted at the elderly. They claim to inspect your roof for free, then find damage and show you pictures since you can not get on the roof. The pictures are from some other roof, not yours. They quote high high prices claiming they are a high end company. Finally they subcontract all the work out and pay the subcontractor about 20% of what they bill you. Stay away. They push a "same day sale" when they come out to give a free quote. It was very frustrating to have them need to "go talk to a manger" in order to reduce the price which is very high. Firts of all this company came to my house offering their services, the man spent four hours talking about his company, he end up giving me a bugget of 24,000 dollar and he got me into it. The next day I told him to suspende everything becuse he was overcharging me and he told me that he was going to see what could be done because the ball was already rolling truying to make me think that was too late. Couple days later some one else called me to let me know that the guy made a mistake when he tooked the measurement and it was only 14,000. How a person can make a 10,000. dollar mixtake in a three bedroom house. No, thankyou, I prefer to continue looking for another company with better employees. read more

DaBella is a predatory business that is Soley looking for the advanced age population. They had a sales rep stop by my neighbors on Friday 3/22/24 and had a different sales rep show up on Sat. 3/23/24. They spent an hour on the property looking at the roof. They requested access to the attic and would not take no for an answer. They asked a lot of questions that were not appropriate... Asking is she lived alone and asked if I was there often. When I mentioned I had to leave at a certain time they asked when I would be back. This was odd. they were very aggressive and was not having NO as answer. I watched the rep look in my car twice while it was parked on the street, and he denied that he did it even though I watched him and opened the front door and called him out right away. One of them asked for a water, as she got up to retrieve a bottle of water the other gentleman said he left his coat in the attic and needed to retrieve it. I am a highly intuitive person and found this very off putting. Why they wanted us separated I am unsure. I watched both gentleman from the garage man door where I could see them both. They tried to get her to sign for a $30k roof that is 23 sq. This is disheartening when max its a $20k roof. I worry had I not been there she might have signed because of how urgent they stated it needed to be... they said she only had weeks left on that roof. Well, I call BS because I we up in the attic... It does need replaced but not in weeks. Watch out for this company people. I wish I could protect everyone from these people. I am going to leave reviews everywhere I can! This is wrong read more

Frustrating to see the negative reviews on DaBella's site! I personally had a great experience from end to end. The only thing I have to complain about was maybe the time it took to install our project (10 weeks), but in all reality they did say 8-12 weeks to start. One of their reps stopped by to give us an estimate. They had some stock they needed to move, and were able to get us a deal we couldn't refuse. The installer Andy coordinated with us what was going to work on their timeline; and got our roof done in only 2 days!! The end result looks great, and I look forward to using Dabella in the future for other projects. read more

Appears this company has over eager employees. Salesman noted incorrect install of asphalt shingles. The roof is only 3 yrs old and no leaks. A DaBella supervisor arrived the next day with another employee. He said he needed inside my house. He was adamant he enter my home and inspect the roof. He Repeatedly asked to enter my home. After I refused numerous times, supervisor said sarcasticly and said "have a nice day". Hopefully this company will realize seniors aren't an "easy" mark. read more

Updated review- Customer service deserves 5/5, everyone I have talked to have been amazing, especially Kimberly. The roof itself looks fantastic but there's a bump in the shingles that is most definitely not supposed to be there and some of the nails from new plywood are completely exposed as they did not penetrate the wood they were aimed for. All of which should be getting fixed soon, but it should not have happened in the first place. Work was SUPER quick and the new white gutters look amazing. The roofers caught an embarrassing amount of plywood that needed replaced and took care of all of it so fast, especially for having to order 18 more pieces. read more

Had a sales person come out to evaluate my roof and give me an estimate. He did show up on time and looked in my attic and on my roof for about 10 minutes. The next 2 hours and 20 minutes consisted of him telling me about the company...that's fine...then the dog and pony show began. After initially showing me the "average" cost of roofing a house my size in the area he assured me they could do better. I would certainly hope so since his "average" was more than twice the average in my area. His "average" $25,000 for a 15 square roof. Now, before we got started I told this young man I would not be signing anything that night as they were the first company to give me a quote. Secondly I told him I do a variety of Construction estimates and coordinate those jobs for a living so I have my finger firmly on the pulse of industry in my community. Just trying to be up front. Nonetheless off he went. The calls to his boss (if indeed he was actually calling anyone) began. Let the car salesman tactic commence. Because I have good credit they can offer me $23,000. But wait....if I put a sign in my yard I will only pay $20,000 but I would need to sign tonight as there are only 3 of those promo spots left. "I am not signing any contracts tonight." Then comes the "well how much do you think it's worth?" .....Ugggg! Well that's why I let you come out jack ass. I am so disgusted by this company and their shady, dishonest and intimidating tactics. I am not allowed to reccomend contractors to my customers for services we do not provide but I am encouraged to steer them away from scum like this! Dabella you just made the top of my Hell No list. Shame on you for taking advantage of the less informed...you are a despicable company and I will do everything in my power to inform my community of your dishonesty! I would give them lower than 1 star if possible. Avoid this company. Three weeks ago the took my deposit for window replacement. They never provided me with a copy of the contract even after I asked for it. They have done nothing on my project since I paid the deposit and have not given me any projected dates for installation. I've emailed them and called many times and no response. read more

Horrible experience with this place. Hope they've improved since my chat with their supervisor. Totally felt pressured into signing the contract because the salesmen guilted me by saying he drove 2hrs just to meet with me. Then he wouldn't leave my house until he had me write a positive Google review, and he told me what to put before I even had the work done. Then after I had 2nd thoughts and tried to cancel they literally kept passing me off to people and putting me on hold. Finally I gave up and faxed my written request to cancel to both the Eugene and Portland offices. That's when I finally got their attention and someone called me back and apologized and they sent me a gift card for my trouble. I really hope they make it easier to cancel in the future and teach their salesmen better tactics. read more

Checked with several local firms and have accepted a bid of $1600. Don't let them in your house. DaBella puts their bells and whistles into one thing: a fancy sales presentation in order to convince you to buy their overpriced product. The salesman goes on about their '4-point-something glowing reviews online', but what they don't tell you is the majority of those 'glowing reviews' were prior to any work being done, and usually right after the paperwork was signed. The salesman we had, Brycen, asked us to give him a 'review today on a couple of sites so my boss knows I'm doing my job well'... Once you've signed, unless you get really lucky somehow, you won't hear from them until they are good and ready to contact you. We were told by Brycen someone would be 'out within a day or two' to measure our windows- we knew there would be a 10-12 week wait for the actual windows to arrive due to covid/shipping/etc. Three weeks after signing, not a word from anyone, nobody came to measure, and we called to find out when the measurement would be done because, well, no measurement/no ordering windows, and by this time we were 3.5 weeks in with absolutely nothing being accomplished but the $1,000 deposit Brycen took the day the paperwork was signed, and that was about it. When we called we were told by Scott, Brycen's supervisor, "Someone will be out by the end of the week (this was on a Monday), but I can't say what day, or what time". Nice. And we waited until the next week to call again when nobody came out or contacted us, but our calls weren't answered, and our messages not returned. Called the main office where the person who answered the phone knew who we were (caller ID I would imagine, I never said who we were or anything else but they had our name, etc. pulled up), spoke to someone once- nobody ever got back to us after that, and lo and behold, nobody picked up when we called back several times after that, nobody returned calls when messages were left, it was frustrating-I did not over-call, and I was decent every time I did call. What kind of company does business like this? I think that's pretty obvious. After pretty well coming to our wit's end, we finally filed a complaint with the BBB because we couldn't even get a call back, or a phone pick up from this company, let alone any actual information. To make a very, very long, miserable story a little bit shorter...the BBB complaint worked insofar as getting DaBella to have someone measure our windows...(at which time Scott called and asked us to remove the BBB complaint...I told him no, not until ALL of the work was completely done.) Measurements were finally taken roughly four weeks in, the contractors who measured would also be installing, and they were stellar, professional, and let us know what was going on (thank you Derek and Bruce). DaBella contacted us to let us know our windows would be installed June 28 (we signed in mid-March), and our windows have been in for a few days now- we're thrilled with the job Derek and Bruce did, we like the windows, but are NOT thrilled or anything else with DaBella, who, by the way only SELL the windows to customers. They contract out all of the rest, although their website words it in such a way as to make you think they are all 'one big happy family' of workers/salesman, etc. They aren't, they sell then contract the work out to various contractors. We went with a larger company like DaBella (who is in several states) because we really figured that bigger would mean professional, on top of things, etc.- and we couldn't have been more mistaken. Talk about ghosting, and having to get the BBB involved just to get them to come through with what you're paying them for, or even for just a call back to keep us in the loop-we honestly were not asking for much, just common business courtesy. Don't go with this company, find a good, licensed contractor to do your work for you and a reputable place to buy your windows/bathroom fixtures/whatever. You will save, literally, thousands and your sanity as well. We love our windows, but they are not worth the price we paid (and will keep paying for a good while) for them, or the complete nightmarish hassle we went through. Unbelievable. read more

His boss, Phillip Hansen, was apologetic but would take no action to correct the problem created by Bishop. I entered a drawing for $15,000 toward a project remodel. I read the disclosure and there is no purchase necessary and no additional requirements. I fielded several phone calls over months, answered questions about my 'project'. They kept asking to send a 'specialist' out to take measurements etc. I explained that it would be a waste of time if I didn't win and they understood. Finally, today I received a call that they were about to do the drawing but in order for my name to still qualify I MUST allow someone into my home to take measurements and "qualify" me. This was never part of the entry form or disclosures, nor was it ever disclosed in a previous phone call. Even with the Governors restrictions for my county due to Covid-19 and being uncomfortable allowing someone into my home, they said i cannot be 'on the list' or in the drawing without this. Introducing additional qualifications for a drawing that are undisclosed after the face is illegal and frustrating. I would not have entered the drawing if this was a qualification disclosed to me, nor would i have taken the phone calls over the months (would never have received them because they wouldnt have had my information). Just frustrating that a company would do this. read more

So far we have just had the first visit and quote. They were very helpful and understanding of what we wanted in our home and how much we could actually afford. They worked with us to be able to get our home were we want it at a price that is great! I can't wait to get the windows in now! read more

We had our tub/shower combo replaced with a walk-in shower. travis and his co-worker were great. They were on time, 0800 and done by 1500. They got right to work, without taking breaks and don't smoke which was a big plus. They laid down drop cloths on their path to the bathroom. They welcomed questions before getting started. They let us know when the water had to be turned off and then was turned back on. They allowed us to be nosy and sneak peeks when we thought we wouldn't intrude or be in their way. They checked in with us to ask what height we wanted the grab bars, shelves, and fold down bench. Travis gave us the company information on recommended cleaners and cleaning process, which is minimal. They cleaned up the majority of the debris in the bathroom although I had removed all linens and personal items from the counter to make cleaning up easier for myself as I wasn't sure how much dust would be created by having to cut up the previous tub/shower unit to get it out due to tight hallway and corners. There was only a few pieces of debris in the driveway left behind. Travis was friendly with our dog after the work was completed as we kept our dog blocked from being in their way. the shower is beautiful, we love the easier access for my husbands declining health and difficulty stepping over the tub. There is so much room because how much room tub walls and the inserts wall structure take up. I would definitely recommend the Bath fitter product and DaBellas workmanship, both definitely quality centered. I would consider them for future home improvements. read more

One of their sales reps subjected my 88 year-old father to a two-hour hard sales pitch to convince him he needed a $23,000 new roof (way over market), even though there were no leaks or problems, AND my elderly father has a reverse mortgage! Our family would have been stuck paying for a new roof on a house the bank owned. What kind of sleazebag outfit does that? DaBellas does. If someone comes to your door offering to repair a problem you didn't know you had, send them packing! That is not how reputable businesses operate. read more

I haven't used their services so I won't be rating them. I'm rating them on their employees they send out to try to get you to do estimates for roofs. I was harassed for a full day because I simply said I'd think about their services and would call them if I considered it. Their employee never left my neighborhood and spent the whole day knocking off and on on my door and looking into my windows. They somehow got my number and kept texting me and calling me from different numbers which was even more weird. I called to report this and that I would like them to leave me alone and they spent 20 minutes passing me to people before I supposedly got to their HR department where they kind of apologized and said they'd leave us alone and ensure I wasn't on a list for them The best part is, they tried to excuse their behavior as "well, we can't be having maybes. You either say yes or no and your maybe meant we could change your mind thus why we kept staying around". THAT IS NOT OK BEHAVIOR AT ALL. They have once again showed up to my house and knocked a bunch and looked through my windows. This is very unprofessional and scary considering it happens when my husband/brother-in-law are not home thus I'm alone. Everything prior to actual install was crap. No communication, after calling the company several times a week it took a month after orginal installation date to actually get installed. As a family of 7 who also has a member with disabilities this was very inconvenient and unprofessional. I had every intention to use this company for my other bathroom and roof eventually but due to how this project went I will not be using them again and I will also be doing a Yelp review so other people dont have to go through this. As for the $250 discount for my troubles if I would have known that before hand we would not have gone through this company at all. This review relates to a shower insert. I requested a free quote and got it promptly, in fact the next day. A lovely young man arrived, took measurements, gave me a lot of useful information, and a quote on the spot. It all went south when I told him I would be paying cash. He kept going over financing options, with me repeatedly telling him "I will pay cash, I'm not interesting in financing and paying interest for five years. I have the money in the bank". SO- he said "let me call my manager and see what we can do pricewise for a cash payment. OK, I'm thinking they're going to give me a discount, right? It takes him a good 15 minutes to get ahold of the boss (I asked several times that he follow-up with me later, if boss wasn't available now). He didn't say a word, just kept dialing and dialing and listening to voice messages. Finally got the boss, who, from what I heard on my end, was encouraging him to pressure me into financing, even asking what my debt to income ration was! Finally managed to end the meeting. There is no way I will do business with this company. And incidentally, Home Depot has a better selection at a couple of thousand dollars less..... read more

This company took advantage of my 85 year old mother with a door to door sale charging her $38,000 in a contract with no initial bid and no information regarding product or labor. They requested 1/2 payment of close to $19,000 up front and expect another $19,000 upon completion. Calling to inform them of circumstances that made this an elder financial exploitation in Oregon as well as raising concerns regarding a contract of close to 2 1/2 times the bid we have was of no concern to the office manager Kimberly C. Although there was a form she said she could send to authorize communications she didn't send it and refused to discuss a contract because 'she said' in violation of Oregon law (and lets face it not her that would make that call but no one else called back so likely she didn't refer the concern on). Ok well maybe send the form then to resolve your customer service complaint, but nope? Unbelievable, unsure how people sleep at night. read more

Had a couple fellas come out to give an estimate on a roof job. Justin got on the roof, took some pics of trouble spots. We talked options and pricing. They were knowledgeable about the products and all my questions were well answered (I like props). A couple months has passed. I had asked Justin for the pics he took of my roof to assess and triage home repairs this season. Somehow I never got them. When DaBella called for a follow up today I mentioned this, and Justin was back to take a few current ones to give to me. Overall seem on top of their game. Priced a bit on the higher side, but I believe you get what you pay for. read more

My mother and I endured a very aggressive, sexist, Mormon missionary-esque sales pitch (that they even tried to label as "feminist" because a woman started the company, like we are that stupid). This pitch seemed to last for hours. It lasted so long, our other scheduled roofer came for his appointment, and they were visibly upset. They suggested that my mother get "permission" from my father to finalize the deal. They also came back the same day, while the other roofing company was there, to leave a card for my mom. I'm standing out in the hot sun actually in the middle of something and this guy Tanner is just going on and on about senior citizens and texting with emojis. How is that relevant? The conversation lasted so long, I started to wonder if he was hitting on me really poorly. My mom told them she wasn't going to be requiring their services, and they asked her to rate them. She did, said they were too aggressive, and now their office is calling her and still trying to still sell her a roof. So if you want a company that basically stalks you and your family for a profit... This is it! Creepy... As... Hell. read more

While we were in the process of moving in, a man came by and said his crew was doing a roofing job in the neighborhood, and asked if he could give us a bid. We already had two bids from other companies, for 5500.00 and 6200.00. We told him to go ahead. He said the company didn't have a showroom, but he had several samples in the trunk of his car, which he showed us. He identified the company as "woman owned", seemingly sure this was a plus for me. He did a very aggressive sales job, and explained why this company's product is better than any other. Then, after showing me samples that he removed from the trunk of his car, he gave me a quote of 15,500.00. read more

This is like college works painters, salesmen come out to your house and tell you that you're in dire need of their product. They explain that if you wait just one more year you will likely have structural damage and reiterate that your home is you biggest investment and that you're a fool for not keeping up on it. Then they proceed to tell you how many awards and amazing reviews they have. The kicker is they pay customers rebates to leave positive reviews. The reality is that they tell people who don't know any better that they are in a very bad position and their solution is the only way out, then bid the job at an EXTREMELY inflated price. THEN they refuse to give you a itemized list of their services... if that doesn't raise red flags I don't know what does. My project was bid at about 28,000, the most I could spend sourcing the material myself was about 6,000. Why does it cost 22,000 to install siding? The fact of the matter is they're a "Company" of telemarketers that sub out work and pressure people who don't know any better to finance unnecessary projects. read more

Second time they've came over in as many years. First time was very used car salesmanesque, though the actual contractor seemed knowledgeable and competent. Even said he just wanted me to understand what the roofing process was. Their salesman went from 15000 billion, with financing (for a 13-14 sq roof), to driving back and stopping me on my way to work to say his manager would drop it to a low! , low! , this day only price!!! Of, I think it was 9 grand. Looking to replace the roof, still, and they called. They apologized and specifically said they'd send a "less aggressive" salesman. Getting quotes, and it seems that they offer a decent product, so I said yes. Sent a friendlier person, but the process was very much the same. One of the selling points was, this is gonna last forever rather than replacing your roof two or three more times! For three or four times the price of other quotes! I'm 34, first house, other quotes for a 30 year with 5-10 year workmanship warranty. Planning on eventually turning this into a rental, but I do appreciate they think I'm gonna live into my 100's! read more

I'm not sure what these other reviews are talking about as my experience was nothing but pleasant! I met with Brandon who was kind and patient with me, since I had many questions. I had never made a big purchase for my home before so I was really nervous. He came and measured my house, gave me an estimate, then went over some payment plans with me. While it was expensive, I would say it was overall worth the cost given the quality of the materials I was shown. He was prepared with samples that allowed me to get a better idea of what would be installed. I am happy with my decision to go with DaBella! read more

DaBella knocked on our door a few months ago and wanted to provide us with a quote. Sure- we were already planning a new roof so why not? They told us the decking on the roof was shot along with listing off several other major repairs that needed to be done. They told us how they are the only certified installer of GAF roofing and showed us all their awards (interestingly- they were not dated, so who knows when the awards were given). They had a 'sign now before we leave or the price isn't guaranteed' pitch which sent off flags for me. I refused and started doing research. We ended up finding a certified GAF roofing installer that came in $6,000 less than DaBella AND he is currently on my roof installing my new on and none of the problems listed out be DaBella are found. He has taken pictures for me. This company are crooks. Any organization that pressures you to write a positive review about them online before you get the product and pads the price several thousands should be shut down. Buyer beware.
