I've been a loyal customer since 2023 when they opened their Garden Grove location and I live down the street of this new location! I am soooo excited that finally I don't have to drive so far for coffee that's amazing! I love Da Vien! I stopped by on Sunday sadly I don't think I got my points for that's day. I really liked the lychee tea and it's nice and cozy inside. I'll give the matcha a 6/10 I wish it had more of a matcha flavor because I feel like it was a lot of milk but besides that the drinks were pretty good. I definitely come back for the lychee tea! First time here at the Long Beach location. Usually I go to the one in Cerritos because it's on the way to work, but it's Sunday and I was craving my coffee fix and it's not far from where I live. First thing I noticed that this location is a bit bigger than the one in Cerritos, I think. Ambience is like any other coffee shop. Love the setup of the store and they have this nice couch that gives that home vibe. Very well lit and comfortable space if you want to do work there. Since it was a Sunday morning, not a lot of foot traffic. That was a plus. I like how the kiosk is closer to the register counter than the one in Cerritos and how they distinguish the lines between ordering from the kiosk and ordering from the register. I think it helps keep things organized and orderly. The service was above average, although when I walked in, some of the workers were on their phones and talking amongst themselves. Not an issue because it was pretty slow that morning. Don't expect workers to be robots when the morning rush is slow. We were greeted by a gentleman with glasses, who happened to be Filipino. And I say that because he was very polite and was speaking Tagalog to my wife, which made the conversation and experience more pleasant. Don't know his name, but shout out to him for his excellent service and attitude. I've had almost every coffee drink at Da Vien, and went with one of my usuals, the Ube Cream Iced Coffee. This is one of my favorite coffee drinks there. And they make it just the same as the one I go to in Cerritos. Ok, you might say that they should all taste the same. But mind you, some coffee shops with multiple locations you think they all taste the same, but you'll be surprised. The only issue that I have, is their croissants. For the price of the croissants and how big they are, it's a bit overpriced. I can go to a mom and pop shop and get one 2x bigger for the same price. As a customer providing feedback, this isn't a bad thing. We get what we pay for and you can charge however much you want. But, if the croissants were bigger, these would definitely be a sleeper hit outside serving coffee and teas. Overall, my experience at this location was pretty solid and will continue to support this business as much as possible. Just crossing my fingers for bigger croissants! read more

I've been to this location a few times, and it has now been 3 times that they've given me a wrong drink. The first two times they didn't add the boba I paid extra for. Today I ordered an einspanner latte and they gave me this banana latte (you can see the topping has the design and inclusions from the banana). I did not notice till I got home and tasted it that something was off. I tried to call and got no response. If people have dietary restrictions and receive the wrong order it could end badly, so I really see issue with this. read more

Unpleasant visit this morning, wasn't going to write a review but I did leave bothered. I have came here almost everyday since they opened and I've loved it. Today I mobile ordered as usual, walked in and asked for my order she said she was still working on it, no biggie. I did see my sandwich's were ready so I reached over to grab them, as I did the employee held on to them and said we're still working on the order in a strong tone. Never have I ever had to hold off on grabbing my sandwiches because my drinks weren't ready so this was a shock. It's not what you say it's how you say it. I was there for their grand opening waiting in line in the rain for over an hour. Got there before 9am. They had so many ads circling for their grand opening saying first 400 people in line get tote bags, tumblers, key chains, and so on. Even though it was pouring rain many of us got their early and stood in line. Not even close to 400 people there. Store opened at 9am and at 9:08 they had a worker walking the line saying they already out of the 400 tote bags and all prizes. That everyone standing in line in the rain would not get one.
