Not all options are shown on the TV screens. I would have ordered a fountain drink if I knew it was an option. No music plays, though some of the staff sing quite loudly. Pho soup was good, though it lacked depth of flavor. Pretty good meat/noodle/veg ratio, but it still lacked the layers of flavor I have had at other places. Little disturbing there were no bottles of hosin and siracha available. I got a tiny cup that was only half full, which is not nearly enough. The spring rolls were massive. Though it had a ton of noodles and veg, and not enough meat (shrimp in my case). Peanut sauce was watery. Again hosin/siracha at the tables would have made up for this. This is far from what I would consider an authentic Vietnamese place/food. I would be back to try their vermicelli bowls, though I won't get my hopes up.
