The food is very authentic, it taste almost like what you can find in street food vendor in China, however, they are heavily seasoned and a bit on the greasy side. It is good to have it once a while. Service is prompt and good. The decor has a good vibe

Came in on a weekday evening around 9:30 PM. Very chill, laid-back vibes- kind of like casual Chinese street food with Chinese music in the background. We were seated right away, and the service was friendly. We tried the beef and lamb skewers, which were flavorful and tender. The large family-style beef stew was a solid choice too- great portion size and bold, savory flavors. Also ordered the tomato beef stew, which was a nice change of flavor with its tangy kick. The restaurant is located in a plaza, so parking wasn't difficult. It's open late (till 2 AM), so this is a perfect late-night spot to grab a bite. Would return for the vibes and the solid food!

Every dish hit our taste buds perfectly! It was so delicious that we didn't even have time to eat the complimentary side dishes Highly recommended -- we'll definitely be back next time!

I can't believe I've never been here before! The entrance is a bit of a hole in the wall, but the interior is impressive! There's a giant bumblebee statue in the lobby as you walk in & the restaurant has Hong Kong eatery vibes. There's also a late night karaoke room that looks amazing for parties! The food is really good here! I was very impressed by the hotpot where they put in chicken then the giant oysters . The smashed tomato beef, the garlic seafood, and the shredded chicken salad are must tries. I definitely coming with a group here to experience all the shareable family style dishes. They also have cool drinks like the sangria lit on . Service was very attentive and nice for a Hong Kong styled restaurant, we were very pleased by the experience.

this used to be my favorite skewer restaurant in the SGV but they recently took out my favorite/one of their most popular items (the duck blood). Their portion sizes have also slightly decreased, and the place feels a little colder than before. The staff are still friendly but it doesn't hit as hard anymore.

This place is so cute! They have outdoor patio and indoor and I think they also have 4 private kareoke rooms? Their skewers all tasted so good and fresh, their intestine, beef, and even their dishes tasted good. Will be back!

Such a cool place! There is a man in the front that makes sugar candy into cute little cartoon characters like Hello Kitty! They have a big spacious outdoor patio area and indoor area. There are even private karaoke rooms inside! The night I was there, it was already booked up though. I definitely want to try that next time. The decor inside reflects the street food in China. Super cute! The food was pretty good! We had several kinds of skewers and the big fish. I thought the lamb and the gizzards were a bit overcooked, but all the other ones were good. The beef was really good. The big fish looked big, but it was light and was easy to eat. You order through an iPad so it was easy. Service was quick and the servers were nice! Would come again, especially for the karaoke!

It's located on the second floor of the Life Plaza. There's outdoor seating, indoor seating, and there's private karaoke rooms too. You can waitlist on the tablet in the waiting area and for our party of 2 we waited maybe 5 minutes maximum. Each table has a little "cart" next to it with the call button, utensils, extra dishes, hand sanitizer, a pitcher of water, napkins, and the spicy and cumin powder. We also got a complimentary dish of these yummy chips that remind me of Bugles but in rectangular form. Ordering occurs through Chowbus with the QR code on the table. All the food comes with a picture, and you just add things to your cart, hit submit, you'll hear a ding from the back of the restaurant, and the servers will bring the food to your table. If you want to order more or dessert for later on, you can keep adding stuff to your cart. When you're ready to pay just select that you are and a worker will come to facilitate you with that. Most of the items on the menu are freshly made/grilled so it may take a bit of time, so it might be best to stagger your orders or plan accordingly. In the mean time there's C-pop playing, people just vibing hardcore (playing this dice game with each other), huge projector screen playing Chinese dubbed Poke'mon and Kung Fu Panda, and they even have a Chinese mask dance here too! Did NOT expect that since I've only seen it at fancy rich people looking restaurants like The X Pot by Wagyu House or like Haidilao or something. I would never expect to see that at a beer / karaoke bar, but this was the BEST mask dance performance in comparison to the fancier restaurants I've seen it at. WAY MORE interaction with audience, the performer also tossed freebies into the crowd, and did a viral Tiktok/Douyin dance. The performance also felt longer too. HUGE W for our group hands down. For food we got the: 1) Snails: -Unfortunately, I've already forgotten the exact name of this dish but it's the appetizer version and not the main course version. This comes with 8 snails. -The snails are drenched in their delicious sauce that's made with garlic, green onions, a bit of chili pepper, and cilantro. There's a nice tangy sour, but rich taste to the sauce and it was so good that we started drizzling it on our separate bowls of white rice afterwards. -The snails are a tad more difficult to take out of their shells and their "foot" is still attached so make sure to spit that out, but overall, they're fairly tender and taste great with the sauce. None of that weird sandiness that you get with mollusk sometimes. For the cost and the amount of snails we got, this was a great appetizer. 2) Duck Blood: -You can choose between the options of spicy or sour/spicy, we opted for sour/spicy to get the best of both flavor profiles. -I have never actually tried duck blood (only pork blood) before this and the dish is actually quite different than the image on Chowbus. It's not just a tray of sliced duck blood but a stew of sliced duck blood with glass noodles and onions. -The duck blood is very silky and smooth and doesn't crumble like pork blood. There is also less of an iron taste. We enjoyed this a lot. -The noodles absorbed the mostly sour but slightly spicy (it is very subtle) soup and was flavored nicely. -Didn't expect that form this dish so was pleasantly surprised. 3) Skewers (chicken gizzard - 4 pieces, lamb - 4 pieces, 1 piece Chinese sausage, 1 piece sweet sausage - Taiwanese style): -You have the standard spicy and cumin powder at your table for skewers. The gizzards had a nice slight crunch to them and the lamb was tender and moist. You can't go wrong with foods in weiner form so that was good too. -Great snack type food if you're not super hungry. 4) Chocolate Mushroom Pudding: -That's not what the official name of the menu item is, but when you see it on the menu, you'll immediately recognize it. -Super cute and unique, I've never had a dessert like this before and I honestly say that it's better than the American equivalent of a "dirt cake or pudding". -You have a chocolate top and vanilla stem mushroom made of icy ice cream (it's not as creamy so you tell it was milk/liquid frozen in a mold, but still good) on a bed of almond pudding with dirt from crushed Oreos and Ovaltine, and there's rainbow fruit jellies scattered about. -It's a tasty dish that utilizes a lot of different dessert flavors and textures. Super good and a worth to try dish for sure. Already planning to head back one day with some people who can drink and will definitely try more of their menu.

It proved more difficult when dealing with the owner Scott. I'll start by saying the end result was us rescheduling at the same rate that we booked & our event went well, however it wasn't without hiccups. When rescheduling, we were specifically instructed by Scott to cancel our booking in Peerspace & rebook the new date. That's when issues started. Before cancelling I mentioned how Peerspace won't refund our full amount & Scott replied that whatever isn't refunded will be credited toward the new date. That didn't happen without us constantly reaching out via text, email, & Peerspace. When you request a date on Peerspace it's pending review/approval from Blush, however it charges you immediately. Since we opted for the payment plan that required about half down & remainder later, we were waiting on our refund to book the new date. It never came. When we were finally able to have a phone call with Scott, I couldn't get one word in the entire time he was mansplaining the world of business. He was very patronizing & I swallowed my pride because we just wanted a resolve & to not lose the deposit. I asked very clearly whether he was going to uphold our agreement. He did, but under the condition that we pay the remainder of our balance upfront in good faith to them. We did & that was that. Thereafter, it was back & forth whether Chris would still be working our event which Scott said he was. Chris was the saving grace of Blush in our opinion. Customer service & how you treat people is king, so it put our hearts at ease. But not for long, since it was changed later to Jin. Getting Jin to respond was difficult. We requested a final walk through with our coordinator about a month before our event. Jin told us he wasn't feeling well & wasn't present for most of the walk through. So we asked questions via email instead. I specifically mentioned a clean facility is important to us. The place just wasn't as polished as we first saw it. He was responsive only after I'd send text follow ups. The week of, not at all. I was waiting on confirmation about our drink selection which I never got & we just hoped it would all work out the day of. Day of our coordinator arrived first. The bathrooms were clean but the bar, cocktail tables, mirror hallway, & front door were full of fingerprints and sticky as if not cleaned from a previous event. We were told there would be 2 staff & that they'd be able to help us move cocktail tables. We weren't aware one of those people would be Jin & he wasn't helpful at all. He completely ignored our coordinator & aunt, but jumped to help our DJ with the sound system. We can only conclude it's because our DJ is a man & as a same sex female couple that leaves such a bad taste in our mouths. Our coordinator & aunt ended up cleaning everything with the one rag & spray bottle he gave after we repeated asked. Coordinator, wife, son, & I moved the heavy tables/ottomans. The drinks didn't taste like our selections. But the worst part was that he started charging our guests upon arrival. My wife & I stepped away to change our clothes. We were there 1.5hrs before start time & Jin never approached us or our coordinator for our card. He also had our itinerary ahead of time and met our coordinator. FYI on top of booking fees, you're also required to use their bar service for ALL drinks alcohol/nonalcohol which is included info on Peerspace. We agreed we'd cover the required minimum of $2500 & once we reached that amount it would turn into a cash bar. Our guests approached us confused about the bar so my wife personally went to Jin & asked why people were being charged, to which he responded "I couldn't find you guys." They immediately include their tip, which we weren't aware of, so drinks totaled to about $2100 w/ the remainder being tax/tip. They continuously ran out of cups & had zero cups for the water dispensers. We were refilling used water bottles to give to the kids. My aunt & cousin were busing tables. Bartenders didn't care to stay quiet or hold drink orders during vows. Every video we have of our vows is them shaking drinks & slamming glassware. There were good things too, kinda. It wasn't communicated to us that the front bathroom was for staff only & we had a outfit change planned, so after first saying no, Jin ended up letting my wife & I use the front bathroom. Also him assisting our DJ resulted in the music going well. It's sadly overshadowed by all the other things that needed improvement. It comes down to a lack of customer service & professional decorum, because the venue itself is beautiful. We gave a final 3 STARS because everything came together. Those missing components are just so vital. A work day for them is literally someone else's most important day that they're choosing and paying to celebrate at Blush.

The place itself has a really cool vibe, kind of an old brick, industrial style that gives it character. We had a private outdoor room in the back, which was a great setup for a party. They also had games available, which added to the fun. For a Saturday night around 7:30-8:00 p.m., it wasn't overly crowded, There was plenty of parking, and most of the staff were welcoming, attentive, and quick with service. Drink prices were reasonable too,. The only downside, and honestly a big one for me, is the food situation. If you want food, You're required to order from the restaurant next door due to their contract (according to security at the door), and the prices are pretty steep. For example, $32 for 12 chicken wings with no sides just didn't sit right with me. We asked if we could bring in outside food (we were craving pizza), but security said no until the restaurant closes, which was too late for us. Because of that restriction, I probably wouldn't return. It's unfortunate, because the place itself has good vibes and a lot of potential. If they allowed more flexibility with food options, it would make a big difference.
