I actually reallly liked this place in the beginning. I am in love with their chai. But I am not sure if they have new people, but I went today. This is the second time it happened when I asked for a chai but the woman made me a matcha. It was nice of her to make it again with the right order but both drinks tasted disgusting, Chai tasted like water and matcha was so bitter and gross. I've never left a review like this but I don't think all people should work at a coffee shop if they don't have the skill to make good drinks. I think she should stick to cashier because drinks here are expensive, and was really disappointed in how my drink tasted. This woman had thick curly hair. This coffee shop is not bad! My sister recommended this coffee shop since she couldn't stop raving about how good their cold brews were. Unfortunately, I was not a fan of theirs. To me, their cold brew had a very sour aftertaste that I didn't enjoy. Though my sister continued ordering their cold brews, I tried their matcha lattes, turmeric lattes, and their bulletproof coffee. Everything else tasted pretty good. It was a night-and-day difference between the taste of their cold brews and their other espresso drinks. It's been years since I've had bulletproof coffee and I was surprised and impressed that they had it on their menu. I had to order it. I was so excited that I burned my tongue... The pain wasn't worth it, but I would still recommend ordering it if you haven't tried it before. It doesn't taste that strong, but it'll help you wake up. My favorite drink from Da HI was their turmeric latte. They blend a good amount of turmeric and honey with milk then topped it off with some espresso shots. Delicious and not too sweet! Service was fast and friendly due to the number of staff hustling to get through all the orders. Prices are a little bit on the higher side, but it's worth it if you're in the area. read more

I walked by this place several times and decided to have breakfast here. I had already had enough coffee so I only got food. The employees were very friendly and helpful. It's a small spot but they do have tables outside (in the shade) that they will bring your order to. I got the avocado toast and added an egg. It was absolutely beautiful, the presentation was lovely. It was very tasty too. I really enjoyed the micro greens and crumbled feta. I will definitely come back here again. read more

Great spot for coffee. I tried the iced white mocha and green tea latte. It is a bit hidden inside a building. There are signs outside on the street to direct you in. I found it better than the hotel coffee shop or some restaurant. It's a perfect pick me up at 7am. They ladies were super nice and the store has a nice warm feeling inside. There are a few tables outside but away from direct sun. So you can cool off for a bit before heading to your next destination. read more

Came here for coffee and a breakfast crunch wrapped based on reviewers but definitely disappointed in the overpriced bullet proof with watery coffee. Breakfast crunch wrap sausage was still cold! Definitely a frozen sausage patty and kraft cheese. Kids said it taste like a McDonald's burrito except McDonald's isn't frozen. Super disappointing pick on an island filled with great choices. This is one of my favorite coffee shops close to the beach but not right in the center of the strip. Easy walk from the ilikai and then I walk Waikiki beach with my cold brew in hand. I wish they knew the ingredients to the simple syrup - I have food allergies and would have liked some. They offered to text the owner but I just opted to have the coffee black. I would recommend they source different brands of alternative non-dairy milks. Right now they use brands that have a lot of stuff that isn't needed. I have a soy allergy and all of their alternative milks had soy derivatives in them. If they found cleaner alternative milks this would definitely make them a 5 star shop. Cute little coffee shop.  Their coffee and food was delicious.   I ordered the coffee con Leche and a breakfast burrito (more like a breakfast burrito panini). The place is quiet for a nice cup of coffee first thing in the morning.   I got a cold brew to go, not my favorite.  It might have been the vanilla flavor that i put it in.  Would have to try that again. Would recommend if you want to get away from the resort coffee and quick breakfast. read more

Pretty good local cafe near where I was staying. I unfortunately did not get any coffee so I can't comment on that, but the food was pretty good. We ordered the breakfast burritos and a fruit cup. I couldn't bring myself to purchase a $7 fruit cup from ABC Store just down the street, but I thought their fruit cup here was absolutely worth it. Only $3 for a cup of really delicious grapes, strawberries, blueberries, and banana. As for the burritos: they were good, but nothing that makes them stand out from others. I will say though: I was the only person there at the time, and the burritos took a long time to make. The girl told me it's because their machine is slow (I'm guessing their toaster).... So just be prepared to wait a while if you order any hot breads. read more

This is a hidden gem on the busy strip. Don't pass up on the opportunity to eat or drink here. It's a cute little hole in the wall inside of the plaza. Once you enter, you're greeted with a wonderful staff. Charming atmosphere and the wonderful vibrant Feeling of a local establishment. This is the one place where I ever had a flat white.
