This deserves 10 stars. The best Italian food outside of Italy period and if it was in Italy it would still be one of the best restaurants. Not only is the food amazing, but the rooms are beautiful and the service was amazing. I could go on and on, but do yourself a favor and go see it for yourself. Thank you for the most amazing experience, dinner and evening.

While studying in Florence I came to visit my friend in Barcelona. She was raving about this place from the moment i arrived so we made a reservation and decided to go. We brought 8 people because it is a perfect place for large parties!! The pastas are the best. They are famous for their truffle ravioli but I think it is a literal overrated. The Porcini mushroom ravioli and gnocchi were just as good if not better. The best part about De Greco is the sharing plates and BYOB!!! The US needs a restaurant like this. You can bring as much of you own alcohol as you want and they will serve it to you in ice buckets free of charge. Also, for every pasta ordered, they will bring out another serving for the table to share and try. So I ended up having my own pasta and then 8 others to share. I would have given this place 5 stars but I didn't try enough of the other dishes (besides pasta) to know if they were worth the price. The service was also just okay. Overall very yummy and well priced though. I will come back when I visit Barca again.

The gnocchi was superb and the serving size was more than enough. Loved it.

LOVE this place. 1. Fun entrance - Gorgeous door, you have to knock and then they let you in. 2. Family style made easy - They will bring you a plate of a small portion of what everyone at the table ordered. Also the option to order "surprise" dishes - aka servings of whatever dish. 3. BYOB but they also have alcohol on the menu. Makes it very convenient and affordable if you are with a large group. 4. Food is EXCELLENT and the staff is on top of it. 5. The restaurant is stunning. The decor is just dreamy and there are trees incorporated into the layout. Such a fantastic spot. Even though it is not Spanish cuisine, I recommend taking anyone visiting from out of town.

ONE OF THE BEST IN BCN! Da Greco is one of the best restaurants in Barcelona. As a student coming from NYC, da greco exceeds all expectations. Unbelievably priced and great service - but you do need a reservation. The concept is impeccable- whatever you order you get for the whole table as well. Da Greco is a 10/10 recommend spot in Barcelona. After traveling to Italy, I still believe that the da greco pasta selection and taste is equal to if not better than the best places in Italy as well. BYOB PS: beyonces favorite restaurant as well !!!!!

The food here was really good! I got the truffle ravioli but they didn't it have the actual ravioli so they subbed it with penne. The food was so good but I took of one star bc the food wasn't warm it was like Lukewarm which detracted from the taste. All and all I would recommend this place perhaps when they aren't so busy and make sure you ask for the food to be warned if you prefer it that way.

My husband and I were visiting from the U.S. and my husband found this place on yelp. It was amazing!!!!! We didnt have reservations, but the staff was extremely nice and spoke with the manager to ask if they could squeeze us in. Luckily we were there early! We took their recommendation and ordered a shrimp avocado appetizer, burrata cheese appetizer, lobster pasta, and some kind of salt crusted nystrip. It was amazing!!!! Well cooked, and well seasoned. Hands down, one of my favorite restaurants in Barcelona. All in all, food was amazing, and service was exceptional!

Da Greco deserves six out of five stars. It probably has the best Italian food outside of Italy, maybe even in Italy. My personal favorite dish was the White Truffle Ravioli and I highly recommend it. The service and the decorations are incredible. I could go on, but do yourself a huge favor and go see it for yourself.

The restaurant is located on a relatively quiet neighborhood street making it a super authentic and nice escape from the busy city. There is a cute outdoor seating area with nice string lights. The inside ambiance is a bit bright making it less intimate which can be nice for a more casual dinner or meal with friends. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the hostess who sat us immediately. Our server was so friendly and helpful with our selection of dishes. I also really liked how you could see the chef preparing the pasta upon ordering. We had the pumpkin orange tortellini and the yellow kulurgiones from ogliastra. Both were delicious and very very fresh. The tortellini was very flavorful with a sweet and savory aspect to it.I found the yellow kulurgiones to be a unique dish with the the mint touch. The menu had a broad selection with lots of different pastas and dishes to chose from. Very tasty and authentic Italian food!

Around 10, every table was taken. All pastas were made fresh. You can truly taste the quality here. Not only was this the best food I had during my visit to this city it was also the best Sangria. Full of fruit and spice. Now, I live in LA and getting this quality of food will easily run you around $20-$25 a dish. I believe our entire meal with wine, Sangria, and a Coke for two people was around €35ish. A steal in my opinion. Please make a stop here. The reviews are genuine and the place really is that good! I ordered the pesto Tagliatelle and my friend ordered the butternut squash ravioli. Both to die for. We also got a shot of limoncello to end the meal, yum.

Order at a counter, and they bring you food to your table. What we ordered: 1. Pinsa Romana with Stracciatella - Translation, a very margherita-esque pizza, but think very fresh and soft mozzarella. The dough is heavier and has a slightly sour taste a la sourdough. First thing we finished and would order again. 2. Aglio y olio + spinach + shrimp. Delicious. Our second favorite and would order again. 3. Cacio y pepe with broccoli added. For my American tastes, this was too heavily white pepper and not black pepper. It was a lot for me to scarf down in one dish and no one else liked it enough to eat this family-style. Would have just doubled up on aglio & olio if I were to visit again, which I would. Overall, a very nice place to sit down and have a casual meal. Would come here again.
