We ordered Carne Asada Nachos while playing, we loved it so much(not too greasy, not too heavy in our tummy). Came here for a work event and had a blast! We got greeted right away & our table was all set up and ready to go for our reservations. Our waitress was Katherine & she was absolutely amazing! The menu has a great selection. I went with the classic burger & fries and it was delicious! Everyone else got salads and a few other for sandwiches but each dish came out quickly and looked delish! No one had one bad thing to say. I'd definitely try the wedge salad next with chicken on the side. We finished eating and went over to play a game of bocce ball! It was so much fun! I've never played and didn't think I'd enjoy it at first but after the first game I was hooked and wanted to keep playing. This place is so cute for an occasion. They have a full bar, and a food menu too. The axe throwing & bocce courts you can rent out by the hour. You call to set up the reservation and pay a small deposit to reserve your spot that night. We hosted our company holiday party at Da Boccery, and it could not have gone better. From start to finish, the entire evening was seamless, festive, and genuinely enjoyable for our whole group. The outdoor event space was beautifully decorated with holiday décor, which really set the tone for the night, we didn't have to bring or set up a single decoration ourselves. Even though the event was outdoors, the overhead heaters worked incredibly well and kept everyone comfortable the entire time. The activities were a huge hit! Our team had an amazing time rotating between the bocce courts, shuffleboards, and the axe-throwing lanes. Everything was well-maintained, and it added the perfect balance of fun without feeling forced. The food exceeded our expectations. There was a great variety, the steak was especially delicious, and several people commented on how much they enjoyed the entire spread. A small but thoughtful detail we loved was that, at the end of the night, the staff brought out take-home containers so guests could bring leftovers home. Such a considerate touch that everyone appreciated! We also have to give a special shout-out to the staff who made the night exceptional. Catherine and Erin, our servers, were absolutely fantastic, attentive, friendly, and always checking in with our group. Anytime someone wanted or needed something, they were on it immediately. We came here for a work-related team event. There were probably about 80-90 of us, and we rented the entire outdoor area. I really enjoyed the outside. There are sofa seating areas, some tall tables, and regular dining tables. In terms of games, there's bocce ball, shuffle board, and foot pool. We had the taco buffet, and it wasn't bad. There's corn and flour street size tortillas, and 3 types of fillings: Chicken (4/5), Beef Bulgogi (5/5), and Veggie (4/5). We also had tortilla chips and salsas. I didn't spend any time at the indoor area, but I saw there were more bocce ball courts and an arcade. There's also lots of tables and a bar. It was also nicely air-conditioned. Overall, this is a nice choice for a group event. Since my visit was paid for by my company, I can't say if it's a good value or not. I came here with a group of 10-12 colleagues which happened to fall on Trivia Night. We sat the bar area. Service was so friendly from the staff that interacted with us. As some of my colleagues trickled in later, the staff was observant and prompt to come over and take their drink order. Additionally, the staff were all super friendly in taking all of our orders, getting anything else we needed. Their menu had so many yummy options. I opted for their 3's a company option where you could mix & match items. I chose the Bulgogi taco, Fish taco, and wagyu beef slider. They were all pretty good but the star for me was the bulgogi. So much flavor! my colleague agreed. I ended up ordering ALL bulgogi tacos to-go for hubby's lunch the next day. I knew he'd like them too. I'd go here for bocce ball, but I wouldn't consider axe throwing a very good deal here. We had a large group come in and the fees are per person per hour, but only 2 people can throw axes at a time (which is totally a reasonable ask considering safety!). We ended up paying over $300 for one hour of play, but each person probably only got to throw for 10-15 minutes. I'd go somewhere else where more people can participate simultaneously. I think the safety rules are perfectly fine, but I think it should be charged as per station like the other games, considering most people were sitting and watching most of the time but still incurred equal cost. I was overall disappointed because people always seem to be excited about the axe throwing here. 5 stars for service however, as the servers were super kind and helpful as we transitioned from axe throwing to a game of bocce ball. We probably used like 4 tables throughout the afternoon and they would always get us fresh small plates for sharing and fresh waters. read more

A good place for group gatherings but service has trouble keeping up with larger parties. They claim they are unable to split bills more than 2 ways per party as well. We had a large group of about 25 people and it should've been 8 checks.It was a horrible experience paying at the end. Wagyu sliders were closer to sloppy joes. The texture and taste was on par with microwave prepared food. When we sent 2 orders back we were still charged for it. Bulgogi tacos were a bit dry and too salty. I was here for a family birthday gathering as my 1st visit. We rented out one of the outdoor areas for bocce ball. We had the table with the lane and two high tables behind it. Food was set up along the window wall with the taco party kit from their menu. It consisted of two different meats (shrimp and carne), grilled veggies, mini street sized tortillas, guacamole, cilantro, onions, and cheese. We also had appetizers of chips and two different kinds of salsa (pica de gallo and a chipotle salsa I think it may have been). For drinks, we had menus where you could order whatever you wanted off there - we ordered a couple pitchers of beer to share while others may have gotten wine. The food package we had came with two beverages - I forgot what they were as I never had them (most likely juice or tea), but anything outside of that was extra. The food was not bad at all - would recommend those to try if they planned on going here to try their food and drinks while playing games before or after. This place is tucked in the back of a shared parking lot. There is a Chevron gas station close by too. Lots of parking during the time we were there - 11am I think. The whole place once you walk inside is like a big indoor gaming center. It's bright and spacious. They had lanes of things on the left, arcade games on the right and a bar. The restrooms are on the right as soon as you walk in through the front doors. Outside where we were, they also had lots of areas where they have reserved parties most likely as well as some smaller areas for guests to sit. There are TVs outside where you can watch sports or I'm sure whatever you want if you ask. The outdoor areas are covered, but not totally covered from the outside - the air and sun as well as birds can still get in. Of course, as others may know, they have other games you could sign up to rent / play such as ax throwing, shuffleboard, etc. The staff who waited on our group was attentive. Most of the employees here appeared to look young, but they were all very professional. I wouldn't mind coming back out this way to do some ax throwing, haha. Looks like a fun place for birthdays and get togethers. We had lunch on a Saturday around noon. It wasn't too crowded and service was good. I ordered the Ahi tuna salad, which was double the size I expected and was delicious. However my friend ordered the pepperoni pizza and said it takes ok, kind of "cardboard" crust. We used to frequent this place a year ago. We were so impressed with the food, watching sports on the various TVs, activity options and arcade games - that we were there at least once if not more during the week. We encouraged family and friends to check it out. Service was not always on point but everything else outweighed the spotty service. Maybe towards the end of 2023 or the start of 2024 we noticed that the experience was declining. The games changed to card readers, became more expensive and were not well maintained ( we even let management know). Food was still solid but service remained spotty especially in the high top area where you would need to flag someone down for service even when they were not busy. We celebrated our son's birthday there and food was still good, bocce ball was so much fun but again service was inconsistent and it took multiple requests to have them bring out a birthday brownie for him. The service issues continued to persist and as a result we did not visit as frequently anymore. We visited a couple months ago and service again was poor but surprisingly the food was actually terrible too! We had ordered a pizza which was so undercooked we had to send it back and the overall quality was sub par. While they were good about preparing a new one we left feeling disappointed. Sadly today is our last visit. We were happy to see a new brunch menu and sat in the high top area. We waited for at least 30 minutes and no one came to check in or take our order (though when we first sat down someone tried to give us someone else's order). The bartender finally came by and when we explained no one had come by - he explained he just started his shift. No dude - you were behind the bar the entire team we've been here. The thing is, the place was dead and other servers were chatting at the host station or milling around not doing much. There is zero excuse for not checking on guests and we were not the only ones. At this point, it wasn't worth staying no matter how hungry we were. Management needs to do better. It is sad how in just a year's time this place has deteriorated in food, service and ambiance. read more

Stopped on the way home from San Jose. We hadn't been to the location since Covid . When we parked we noticed a new name .When we walked in we saw that theme had changed a bit . More arcade/sports bar vibe. Which was fine . :) It looked like lots of fun stuff to do with the family . Lots of Sports on Big Screens. An Axe throwing area. And of course Bocce ball . We ordered a Modelo and I tried a Steven Kent Lola White Wine Blend . We then ordered some dinner . My Hunny ordered the Wagyu Beef Sliders a side of Sweet Potato Fries. Both were really great . I had the Chicken Parm Sandwich w/ a Side salad . All really tasty and well seasoned and cooked perfect . Ended the meal trying a signature cocktail - it was called a Tea Bag - it had Tito's Vodka w/ Hibiscus and some honey . It sounds kinda weird . But, it wasn't too sweet and super refreshing. This is a really fun place for group outings as they have lots of activities, such as bocce, shuffleboard, axe throwing, arcade games, golf simulator, corn hole, and other lawn games. They have bocce inside and outside and tons of seating. The outdoor area is beautiful and very comfortable. Food was also tasty. The carne asada nachos were very good and use real cheese, which I prefer. They were loaded well with enough toppings. Most of our party ordered the peloton for an entree. I added chicken and it was very good! I just wish it had a little less farro and more greens, but otherwise, it was perfectly dressed and flavorful and the chicken was cooked perfectly. However, two members of our group ordered burgers and said they were a little overcooked. Service started out poor, but got better as our time went on. What an amazing place to take my smoking hot girl for a first date we got there early to enjoy some of the specialty drinks my date enjoy the "squirter" HAHA, then ventured outside by the fire place and were able to get to know each other better even lost track of time and we're called to our first adventure of Ax throwing both of our first times ,one hell of a icebreaker .From there we moved onto bocce ball inside and had stuffed mushrooms, Ahi, tuna tacos, and Mongolian tacos all three were on point. We swung by Da Boccery after lunch on a slow Saturday afternoon. The host gave us the spiel on ordering along with how to play outdoor games. As a group, half of us wanted to play whereas the others wanted to sit back and watch. A $100 rental fee for a game like Bocce Ball just didn't seem like it was worth it. In fact, the place was hardly crowded and not many folks were playing games. To start, we were a party of 9 and our host had a hard time serving us; our drinks took a while to come out. The table ordered chips and salsa along with a side of fries. Hands down, the best fries I've ever had. We sat inside but wanted to play Foot Pool ($60 rental fee which made sense for the 4 friends wanting to play) which was outdoors. When we made our way outside, they gave up our table inside where we left some of our things. At one point, I felt like we could have walked out and not paid and they would have never noticed. Da Boccery should look into offering deals for smaller groups. Providing some sort of happy hour deal on slower days. On the day we went, it just seemed like most families just wanted a place to dump their kids who were mainly playing the free games. As much as I would like to try out Axe Throwing in the near future, Da Boccery will be a pass for me until I hear of some better weekend deals. read more
