I've been coming to Regal for about 8 months now. Literally never disappoints!! Peter and Paul are absolutely amazing and very patient/flexible individuals. I recently started getting my manicures done by Ana and she is a PERFECTIONIST which I love(I am too lol)she is also very patient and will work with you on whichever design you choose. If you're questioning on going, take this as your sign to go.

I am so disappointed today. I had my nails done last week and paid $45.00 and the polish was peeling and thick. So I went back in a week later for pedicure and the owner wanted to charge me $25.00 more to change color but would fix the nails with the same color. Why would I do the same color again if it peeled already? So disappointed . Bad customer service. Plus I have known them for over 10 years.

My go to nail place for the past 3 years. Peter and Ann are great and have open communication about services and price. It's very relaxing and they serve drinks including wine. Happy with their business.

Worst place ever said they can do the design with a beach with a starfish, picked out color then doing the pedi he cut my skin with the filling and cut me on two areas, then cutting down my toe nail, he cut the one all the way down in my nail bed??? Who does that? Ended up walking out not happy paying 50.00 for nothing no design, what a joke!!! Horrible!!!!! Will be fighting this charge!!!

I should have paid more attention to the recent bad reviews. I finally convinced my husband to get his first pedicure and his experience was awful. The nail technician sliced his toe badly when doing his cuticles and didn't even say anything or apologize. He just went about his business finishing the pedicure. He also filed too low on my husbands skin causing an abrasion. My husband was too embarrassed to say anything so I mentioned it to my nail technician who seemed to be the manager. The manager did apologize and spray some alcohol on his foot. However when we went to checkout he said he was going to give us a discount for my husbands toe but still charged us full price anyway. I still gave them a very generous tip anyway but I will not return and I don't think my husband will get a pedicure again ever. Also if you are getting regular polish the selection is low and many of the bottles are old and dried out.

Went into the salon on Friday (early afternoon before people were off work) for a walk in appointment to get a manicure. I asked for a dip mani knowing that my nails were short but I didn't want to get tips put on so they could grow out. The gentleman who did my nails was the same person who helped manage the salon and book appointments. He continued to comment that my manicure would look better if I had longer nails. Toward the end of my service, he literally was filing the skin on the top of my fingers. It was quite painful. He also cut my cuticles and I bled multiple time. The comment made was that I have sensitive cuticles. I normally get my nails done every 3-4 weeks. It's been a few days and now 3 of my cuticles are inflamed and infected. I paid $45 for my dip mani and I wish I hadn't ever come to this salon.

This is the best mani & pedi I have ever had. I loved everything about Regal Nails. I came to Regal based on previous Yelp reviews and I was not disappointed. Staff is very friendly and salon very clean. And after a hard day at work to be offered a glass of wine made my experience wonderful. I will be back. read more

I have been coming to this salon since moving to Florida in October every 2 weeks for mani/pedi. I came here based on reviews and I won't go any other place based off of quality alone. Not to mention they have the best massage chairs I've ever sat in and... they have WINE!! Mimi and Rosie are my personal favorite, but they all do a great job. I opt for the volcano pedi due to my job and walking on concrete floors allll day long. Since I've been doing the volcano pedis not only do my feet look and feel amazing, but they're less sore after a long day of work. My only complaint is during the busy times, the salon can get a little loud, but if you go when they're not that busy it's ok. I'm not one to usually leave reviews, but I came here based off of reviews so I want to share my experience(s) hands down best nail salon I've ever been to! read more

I went to this nail salon a total of four times. The manicures and pedicure were well done initially, but I never had the feeling that customers were a priority. The day I had my pedicure scheduled the owner was 20 minutes late opening the salon (which made me late to work). No one could explain to me the difference between pedicures, and just kept referring me to the book, which only seemed to have pedicures starting at $45. The last visit I had, I was put with one of the friends/family of the owner who are "helping out" in the salon. Customers should be informed (and charged a lower rate) for services performed by a trainee. My manicure took an hour and the polish had not even been put on yet! I paid for what was done, and went elsewhere for the polish. Will not be returning. read more

I've lived in the Brandon/Riverview area for over a year now and it took me FOREVER to find a place that does my nails just the way i like. I went here tonight and the employee who did my nails took her time on my glitter hombre look even though they were about to close and they came out BEAUTIFUL!!!! Deff 5 stars i will be back. My girlfriend convinced me to go get my first pedicure. I'm a guy so I felt that it was a "girly" thing to do. Had an awesome experience and I recommend this place to every girl and guy out there. My calves were very sore from working out and now I feel like a million bucks. Come to Regal Nails and Spa for a very relaxing experience!! read more

I visited this week and got the organic mani pedi and used regular polish. My paint on my nails is only now starting to chip, which must be a world record. The leg and foot massage that I got from my technician was done so well, I felt so relaxed. She didn't just rush through it all, she took her time. And the massage chairs were really really nice. Best Nail Place Ever! PCSed here from NY and needed a gel fill and deluxe pedi. Looked around and loved this place! Very Clean- Super friendly staff and my daughter loved the pedicures. Soooooo glad I gave this salon another chance! After a PAINFUL experience in October, I returned today and had the most fabulous experience with Tommy!!!! Not only did he show me hundreds of colors to choose from, but he told me to take my time, and even gave me a bottle of water. So far, this was the exact OPPOSITE of my October visit. Tommy continued to dazzle me with his proficiency! He was extremely pleasant, and we had a delightful conversation while he focused on his expert work. Unlike my last visit, I did not leave with burns and cuts on my fingertips either. I will DEFINITELY return to Tommy for regular nail care. Well done, Maestro! read more

When I approached the door it what seemed like a rather tired shopping center, I was hesitant. However, I trusted the yelp reviews and am so glad I did! I have never been so impressed by a nail salon as I have been by Regal Nails. I was in town for work and desperately needed a mani-pedi. While it took them some time to get to me (I did not have an appointment, which I would recommend), they also made it clear quality was much more important than quantity. I was at the salon for nearly 3 hours, with about 2 of those hours of active mani-pedi time. Don did my pedicure and was meticulous. I have never seen anyone so careful (and talented). My pedicure lasted a full 4 weeks, and was only that short because I had to cut my nails. My gel manicure lasted 1.5 weeks before starting to peel at the base of one nail. Everyone at the salon was kind and I was offered a beverage of my choice several times (I finally accepted on the 3rd or 4th offer). If you enjoy wine, they have a large selection of boxed wine - which makes sense, as it will last longer. I am so sad this place is not in my town. This place would, without a doubt, be my regular spot if I lived in the Brandon area. The staff know their customers - it is a place you can really feel like part of the group. It's the "Cheers" of nail salons :) Do yourself a favor and make an appointment ASAP! read more

This was a lovely clean facility. However, I feel my pedicure was overpriced for the service I received. My pedicure was $45 and I asked them to massage my feet and legs. Basically I got a scrub down with some hot towels. read more

Today was my second visit to Regal. Both times I have taken my daughter with me for a pedicure and both times I have made an appointment in advance. The first time, even though we had an appointment for the same time, they gave us our pedicures at separate times and my 7 yo daughter had to wait for me to get mine (not ideal). This time when I made the appointment I made sure to specify that I wanted them at the same time and they did. I really like Regal. They provide complimentary beverages (even wine) while you are getting your nails done. The salon is clean and they get new packages of supplies each time for each customer. Everyone that works there is very friendly. They are very accommodating with colors and designs. It's not the quickest salon, but it is the highest quality I have found since moving to the area. I would definitely recommend! They also have a punch card. The only thing I find odd about that is it says it's for any service over $16, but they only punch it once even though I have gotten two services each time over that amount (one for me and one for my daughter). read more

I was very happy with the first time there but the second time a week ago I had a pedicure and mani and while I was having my pedicure which was really good, they did my manicure in that chair. There weren't any customers waiting so what was the reason for doing the mani while I was in the chair. I wasn't happy with the quality of the work while I extended my arm across my chest so that tech could do the manicure. I had the gel so I expected the quality to be better than I got. I won't go back there. read more

Love this place! The owners are nice, they have wine and always do a great job! Been going here consistently for a year now. They know my name and are always accommodating. One time I did have to go back because a few of my nails started lifting (not sure why) and they took me in right away and fixed it for no charge. Customer service is a priority at this place. I would definitely recommended scheduling an appointment ahead of time. read more

This place is wonderful! Such a treat! Peter the owner, has nothing but good stuff for you here. I got a pedicure done today and it was so good I brought my husband back this evening for a pedicure as part of his Father's Day. He loves it too! The service is amazing! They provide complimentary beverages including wine; the massage chairs are incredibly soothing. They're extremely clean and sanitary as well as knowledgeable about their craft. And you can pick a movie from Netflix to watch while you're being pampered. We will be back on a regular basis. read more

Despite this, the removal process was a struggle, and even after paying for the service, I still left with product on my nails because the technician couldn't fully remove it. As a business owner, my time is valuable, and spending that long on a pedicure and soak-off was frustrating. On top of that, the total was $75, which I've never paid for a pedicure in my life. I have no problem paying that price for an exceptional experience, but this wasn't it. The service was overpriced for what was provided, and I was genuinely shocked when I was told the total. They have pedicure chairs that are very comfortable. They offer you complimentary drinks every time(including wine, mimosas etc). I want to mention they offer this responsibly of course. Her prices are very affordable and you could book your services on Booksy. Services offered : Acrylic nails, Apres nails, manicures, pedicures, clothing I also really like that she does monthly specials. ***Tip*** The salon can be tricky to find so I suggest entering through the shells plaza and pass the car wash and you'll see the salon the right.

So this place is the closest to my house so I have tried going there multiple times. I have never had a good experience with them. It's either the nail work is not that great or today I called and made a reservation and I found it odd they didn't ask for any info. When I got there there was no one available. He's just like oh yea sit down when someone is ready they will see you. I made the appt because I was on my lunch break and my time was limited. I was disregarded because they were busy and clearly did not need my money at the time. If they would have been empty I'm sure the attitude would have been much different. Definitely do not recommend this place to anyone. And they are expensive on top of it. read more

I absolutely loved the service here!! The employees are honestly so kind and my nails turned out super cute and presentable. I wasn't awkwardly sitting there while getting my nails done either because the conversation between my nail artist and I just kept flowing! They served complimentary beverages and if I had a concern with my nails, my nail artist was very attentive and he wasn't reluctant at all to fix a minor mistake. Was able to go in with other girls on a walk-in to complete a pedicure and manicure(acrylics). The pedicure was so relaxing and very well done! The manicure was for my wedding and she took such extra care to make them beautifu! They offered beverages during services and were so sweet and accommodating! 10/10 recommend and will go back! My second visit today! (The baby blue was from New Years Eve) Peter and his team are the BEST in town! I highly recommend them; affordable and accommodating, friendly and memorable!
