I spent a week trying to communicate with the facility about a last min booking. They said they could accommodate and to book online. What they post on their site is 100% misleading. First it started with us booking a package online. We utilized their website and booked a package that included the marker. On Friday the day prior the owner cancels and just refunds the order no communication. His reasoning they don't offer that package. Tom then said we could reschedule for next week. Again mind you this was booked prior and was for a birthday. We get it rebooked after much hassle and then he tells me the time I booked for would be short. Since we scheduled for 3pm, I asked if there was any kind of compensation since the time would be shorten he said no. Further more I had to suggest to add on the time at 2 pm, so the kids could get the full experience. He agrees and says we should be good to go. On Saturday, today. We get there and to our surprise we weren't the only party booked for the hour, okay not a problem. Then we find out there is only one ref. Rain starts about 30 mins in and goes until about 3:30, my kids got to the canopy around 3pm so an hour already lost between waiting for people, and the rain. Let's talk about the canopy, it is a hanger style canopy but did we get the space to ourself? Nope we had to share with the other birthday group. They pulled in their trucks kept them on and blasted music the entire time all while screaming profanity and other inappropriate things. The ref Sean (the star problem) comes out and gives a safety briefing to both parties. It is now almost 3:30, an hour and a half gone. Then Sean grabs both groups and decides the white family goes first despite us being screwed over and already having missed half the party. Despite the fact that Tom the owner messed up this entire thing and misled us, they still could not handle separate parties. When Sean was confronted about how half of the time is being missed he began to explain that they are short staffed and don't have any available fields and says I understand but they have to wait. Okay so by 3:45 I'm back in the front and when speaking with the lady ( she is remarkable and the only reason this business works,) she calls out her kid who helps run the place. He was very polite however his only solution was to suck it up or to refund and go. Their reasoning for the other family , "they had priority because they were already booked" even though we had it booked prior and their owner cancelled it because they messed up their website and offered a product they couldn't sell. No compensation Fully misleading as compared to their website. They stated 3 hours of play, we got 1.5. They said a ref the whole time, we shared for half the actual play time. They said a canopy, they never said we had to share. During play the ref was subpar Sean seemed to not care. We explained one of the guns kept jamming and he said "yeah that's the kind of gun" not "let me switch" not "im sorry" just yeah. Don't bother booking online. Don't bother for a party. It's $390 for 10 kids for 1 gun to not work, no available fields, half the play time, and half a ref. They will not compensate, they will solely offer a refund and no paintball. Not worth it. I suggest the one in Orlando near west colonial or any other but don't spend your money here. They messed up and nothing.

Under the new management it has seen MASSIVE improvements for both recreation and competitive play. It is an absolute night and day difference from how it was before and I highly recommend coming here for any of your paintball needs. Only played a few holes but would definitely like to go back and get the full experience. Best part was that the clubhouse stays open late so we were able to grab dinner. The salmon was cooked great with a delicious sauce, I would recommend it. The french fries were also good. Full bar with friendly staff! Be careful around the lakes because we saw an alligator that had to be at least 7 feet sunbathing.

I've never been inside the community center itself but the park that it has is a decent place for…read morefamilies to gather and have picnics. The playground is nicely shaded and covered by trees. There are a couple huge open spaces which work for pickup soccer games. The Community Center also has a huge baseball/softball field with lights. I've played many a game under those lights. Definitely no complaints there. Beyond the fence in the outfield is another huge open area where we've practiced softball. There are also football goalposts set up and I've seen a number of midget teams practicing there. The community center also offers public bathrooms. These are nothing special but they are always stocked with toilet paper and have running water. There is also a water fountain (if needed). The final piece of the puzzle is a small, one basket, basketball court. If you are into sports, looking for a playground or just a place to sit under the tree, the Land O' Lakes community center might just do the trick.

Despite the fact that Cross Creek Park has been growing over the past few years, there is still not…read moremuch going on here. It currently is made up of three baseball fields (which I rarely see being used), a basketball court and a grassy area big enough for a touch football game. The Pride Elementary playground is easily accessible from the park as is a pavilion. Bring water with you, there are no water fountains anywhere to be found. But there is a bathroom. One lonely blue portable pushed up against field one. I can't vouch for the inside of it or the amount of toilet paper that is stocked because I've never used it. On certain mornings (Saturdays?) you can catch hot air balloons taking off from the park. With the sun rising in the background and hot air balloons growing in the foreground, it is quite a serene scene. There are usually cranes walking around the small park so that adds a little natural element. All things being equal, I much prefer Flatwoods or Branchton as there is more to do. Unfortunately those aren't walkable from my apartment.

We have been coming to Center Ice since October 2024, and we enrolled our son in the Learn to Skate…read moreprogram when he was just 4 years old. Now, in May 2026, he has graduated from the program and moved on to Hockey 101 at age 5. We truly have nothing bad to say about the program or the coaches. They have always treated our son with love, patience, and respect. Even though there are many children in each session, the coaches consistently make an effort to provide one-on-one feedback to every child, regardless of skill level. They are kind, encouraging, and genuinely seem to love what they do. We are incredibly proud of how far our son has come, and so are his coaches. The program director, Vinny, has been especially wonderful. He is professional, caring, and so sweet with all the kids. What really stood out to us is that he remembered our son by name and even recalled when he first started the program. He was just as excited as we were when our son moved up to Hockey 101, which meant a lot to us as parents. The facilities are always clean, the rinks are very well maintained, and the overall environment feels welcoming and organized. The food is pretty good, and the snack bar is perfect for grabbing a quick bite or drink, although I do feel some items are a bit overpriced. The hockey shop has also been an amazing resource for us. The staff there are truly a delight. They are patient with our son, even when he gets easily distracted, and they never try to upsell unnecessary equipment. Instead, they work within your budget and genuinely try to help you find the best option possible. You can also tell they truly enjoy interacting with the kids. Since we were completely new to hockey when we started, they took the time to teach us how to lace skates properly, make sure equipment fit correctly, and they even taped our son's stick for us. Over time, we've started to feel a real sense of community at the rink, and a lot of that comes from the positive environment created by the skating program and staff. We have also enrolled our son in private one-on-one lessons, and Coach Ava has been a fantastic fit for him. She is kind, fun, professional, and wonderful with children. Overall, we are incredibly grateful for the positive experience our family has had at Center Ice. Watching our son grow in confidence and skill here has been really special for us. They had canned beer and wines you could purchase while doing this, so you felt the part of an old pub throwing dangerous stuff! That said, this place was super family friendly. Kids were throwing and grandpas and grandmas, too. Cool because kids and older adults really got into it as well. Reservations are encouraged because they fill up fast, especially on weekends!

I reserved the golf course for our fourth annual golf tournament. We agreed face to face 6 months ago about the date (March 6th) and price $10,000 to rent the course for the whole day. I have been selling tickets and reverting the date and Misty (the other incompetent worker there) told me we can no longer have the day we reserved. Oh, and they tried to increase the price now by $2500 for the day and they want to get people golfing when we're done even though the whole point of paying for the whole day was so we weren't rushed out. Heritage Isles is filled with rude and incompetent people.
